I just thought it was pretty shameful because I could hear everything, and of course there I was straining to hear, but the curtain was pulled 

That is very sad, but can I ask was it a private hospital or a not for "profit"?

Anyways, if you can't pay, you can't pay and there are ways to get help and they are NOT from the goverment.

My BFF had breast cancer, she had insurance, but a lot of stuff wasn't covered or would have been very expensive. The drug companies helped out as did the hospital and she was out very little. Drug companies get a very bad rap, but they will come through for you if you just ask. JSM JSM

I don't know it is the hospital we use with our Health Net Insurance.

It was probably private and not for profit. I know most hospitals want their money up front, but if the are "not for profit" they can't do diddly if you don't have money except once you are well enough transport you to the county hospital. We have  GREAT county hospital, but most people without insurance choose to go to the at our ER so they can be seen quicker and then expect GRAND treatment. Then if they need better treatment because of no insurance, they go to county after they have been treated as best as they can be.

Most of the stuff he is saying I can agree with him. Fix the insurance where others can afford it and not be refused. But DON'T GIVE US SOCIALIST HEALTH CARE!!!!!

I use to work in a hospital in Garden Grove, it was a very nice hospital and then we started taking medi-cal and I hate to say this but it went downhill so fast, it was shocking.

I don't think our country can hold together till that time. Once a law is implemented, it is never recinded. We will be stuck.
