Chief Ron Fraser Oxford Police - Yesterday evidence lead police to two suspects and arrest of same two persons.  McClintic and Rafferty in court today to address charges.  May 28th next court date.

Police still have many unanswered questions. 

Most important mission they have yet to accomplish is to reunite Victoria with her loved ones.

Just reported that OPP still have chopper in air north of Guelph, they are looking for areas that show soil disturbance.

Det Insp Bill Renton - Investigation takes on new direction as of today.  Not stopping till they locate remains of Victoria Stafford.  Team if investigators still working leads and looking for evidence.  Much they can not comment on.  Focus to examine evidence, and follow it to where Tori is. 

Focus to assure solid case for court.  Certain they have a solid case.  Need time and space to be effective.  Encourage anyone with info to come forward.  Assurance that when they find Tori media will be notified.

Searching several locations today hoping to find Tori's body

School board officials say students told this morning that their classmate Tori won't be coming back to class.

Although they have not located Tori's body, it sounds to me like there is direct evidence that she is no longer here.  RIP baby girl.

Q  Can you speak if there is a sexual component to this case?

A.  The matter is before the court, I can not speak to that.

Q.  Why was the Amber alert not issued?

A.  Because the criteria of Tori's disappearance to not satisfy the criteria of the Amber Alert.
