So IIRC, the Florida Bar association has investigated this and does not find a conflict of interest?  This stuff is unbelievable.  Everyone riding on the coat tails of this poor Innocent little girls death.  I see the latest press release from Jose Baez' boss is right on par with the prior ones.  http://www.wftv.com/news/18623734/detail.html

I think now that PR statement just concluded that he is Gil Cabot. This guy can't be quite now. Does he realize what he has done here? JB is basically outed on who he is affiliated with and just used a play of words when talking about that company. Man..I know there is more because everyday something comes up in this case that just makes you shake your head and have a heavy heart for little Caylee losing her life. The vultures always find there way in and this case is circled everyday.

Turning a prison experience into a successful business deserves respect, and in fact -mainstream news broadcasters and publications regularly employ as experts formally convicted individuals; G.Gordon Liddy, John Dean and Mark Fuhrman, to name a few. Working crisis media cases isn't fluff public relations, and in high profile situations using security names is required by Press Corps Media for employee safety.

I originally inherited the case because media rep Sabrina Cane had been on maternity leave, but as some of you who have talked with her already know, Sabrina has returned to her full time duties and you are free to contact her at (615) 254-1400.

I swear I call about once a month because of missing subscriptions.People lady just told me it's not considered a no show till tuesday so I guess I'll call them back tomorrow.   

sometimes, i don't even get mine until wed or thurs! make sure they extend your subscription for another week!!!! they told me my mailman was taking it & reading it also! once i made them start adding a week everytime it didn't come on time, it started coming every sat!!! i guess they told my mailman to stop it!lol

Hello monkeys and welcome new monkeys.

This is O/T but since it's slow I thought I would ask.
My DD read a book in school and they are setting up a courtroom and having a trial about the book.

It's about a 17 year old boy that got a riffle for his birthday and went into his back yard and shot it and the bullet hit a man working on his roof four blocks away and died. The boy at the time didn't know this happened but later learns what happened and didn't tell and hid the riffle.

My ?? is does any monkey know of a real life case close to this one that my DD could read about it and what the out come was. She is the proscuter.

His real beef is with the media for decades, that is rather obvious! LOL   But what he doesnt realize is him or no other one individual is going to take the "media" down as a whole.   Interesting coming from some wannabe that kept trying to insert himself into celebrities lives, now he is preying on the ilk of our society to make a living...is this the same Sabrina that he tried to victimize?

PS  DUMASS...Mark Furman did NOT go to prison - what a moron! And endless Baez is lying NO ONE HIRED HIM IN THIS CASE, but that is the ultimate question that the Florida Bar should have demanded an answer & proof of...I hope this is reopened

  Actually I do, IIRC it was in Illinois on the fourth of July, an older man at the park waiting to see the fireworks keeled over (no one saw or heard anything), when they rolled him over they noticed he was bleeding but had no idea why. Turns out almost 1 entire mile away there was another cook out and the man (a felon) was showing off his new gun and everyone was shooting at the barrel. He asked his girlfriend to fire the gun and when she did, it had so much kick that the bullet path went over the barrel and actually killed the older man. Dr. Martin Fackler in Gainesville, Fl worked the ballistics on this case. He is a wound ballistics expert, in fact he started the Wound Ballisitic's research center at the Presidio. When I get home I will try and get you the name and the town this happened in, the woman was never charged as it truly was an accident but her boyfriend was charges because he was a felon and had a firearm.
