Cindy will take the stand..I hope it's today, but it seems the state wants to be sure she hears a lot of testimony from the friends as to how Casey really feels about her.
I'm still annoyed that the state supposedly gave the duhfense their list of the first 40 witnesses. I hope it's not in order.

I doubt the trial will be able to proceed on Mon., due to the overwhelming costs. Time and a half (at minimum) would have to be paid to everyone involved.  I do think it signals that the jury is already sick to death of the duhfense and their ineptness. When this is all over, I think there will be a quick verdict of GUILTY.

The third day of the Casey Anthony trial will likey see Tony Lazarro, Casey's ex-boyfriend, take the stand again.

He, along with nine other witnessses were cross-examined Wednesday.

During testimony that lasted over two hours, the prosecution and the defense questioned Lazzaro on a number of issues, including Casey's demeanor.

I read Magpie's report and find it a bit amusing that they have this area cordoned off for protesters, and no one is there!

So, I guess we will finish up with Tony first thing today?  I too, think that today we will be seeing Cindy on the stand. 

Another day of Baez whining about anything he can think of, of not being prepared, of false accusations, of being a Bozo.   He is really wearing on me at this point.

I found that realy weird that they cordened off a place for posters and no one there... guess they dont think she is worth it.. but funny here in calif when it was scott petersons trial .. the protesters were outside of the courthouse.... even in OJAY;S  trial no?

Not only was that space empty, half the courtroom was too.  I read a comment somewhere yesterday stating that Oprah's last show was more important than Casey Anthony!!  I think the first day drew so many due to Baez's "you'll understand in the first three minutes" spiel.  Now that we have heard it, and no one buys it, no need to go in person, at least not at this stage.   Baez, Casey, have really out done themselves.  Can't wait to hear the liar in action first hand.   I despise lying. Not sure how I will react when I see the best there is, giving her BS.

Do we know if Cindy will testify this morning as it's so hard for me to follow in the afternoons with my granddaughter living with me.  I get so upset with CNN link on the computer and all the commercials with INSession and then HLN and feel like I"m neglecting her.

I am reading the above depo from Nik Savage from the FBI, and I am completely shocked at how Bozo acted.  Like a big bafoon stamping his feet.  Did you know we wanted access to the crime scene?  Do you know know who was leaking stuff? 

What did you think so and so was not truthful about, like a big old baby.  Nik would answer he would have to look at the report to check and Bozo would say no I want your opinion.

Isn't a depo to ask your actions on matters or events, not what did you think of this person when you interviewed them. 

I do not know how he became a lawyer.  This is one big whole conspiracy against his client and the poor little duffense team.

I watched live until about 1:30 yesterday, then picked up from WFTV the rest and watched it last night.  I had to see Tony L.  He is a cutie.  I am from NY too and he did not appear rude to me at all.  maybe jsut a bit, shall we say confused, by the same question being asked time and time again.

I want to say something about Mr. George.  Why does he always have to ask his other attorneys if he is done yet?  After every witness he asks for a second and goes back and talks to Linda and Jeff, then says nothing further.

That letter that George wrote Casey in March of 2010 that someone posted on here yesterday, the one that asks her why she's gonna lie and throw everyone under the bus?  Where did we get a copy of that?  Seems kind of damning to the defense's case that that letter is public.  Does anymonkey know if it's been entered into evidence or will come up at the trial?  My guess is No, but I am curious to find out more about it.  TIA. I dont believe a single thing Casey & her defense put forward.   George & Cindy have both acted despicably in their attempt to DEFEND their daughter but just how much can any heart take, my God.   George & Cindy BOTH have had issues & created a dysfunctional environment in their home, including enabling a daughter who has acted beyond inappropriately well before she killed their granddaughter, this is true BUT to allege cold heartedly that not only your father but your brother sexually abused you (at very distinctive occasions) is beyond the pale.    Why pile on that it wasnt just her father but her brother too, its too muckin fuch which then goes toward Casey's typical pathological lying behavior that again existed well before she murdered Caylee.

I pray when it comes out that Casey told both Tony & Jesse specifically what she did that the jury sees it for what it is, another outrageous lie.

The craziest turn of events this trial has taken has me empathizing with George over these outrageous accusations & saying Gooooooooo JoJo.

ITA, not at all.   CJBP instructed the jury that they are to ignore emotions of the defendant (impossible since its a human reaction but necessary to state).  In 3 brief days she has exposed herself for the skanky evil witch with B she is, I doubt the jury is lost on this fact.

I think that George appears very credible.

He knows the details becaue I am sure they have been drilled into his memory over the past couple of years by all the witness statements and depos..and more recently his own lawyer.

I am glad that he finally saw the light..and that his lawyer prepared him for the bus, train, and steamroller Baez had headed in his direction.

Don't get me wrong..I still would not condone Cindy or George's behavior prior to this.

But, but..I do believe they turned a corner a couple of weeks ago, with the insight of Mr Lippman.  They seem to be there for Caylee now..and let the chips fall where they may.
