Has anyone calculated the maximum number of years Casey might get in prison if she were convicted on all the current charges?

Are you reading my mind?  LOL  Get out now!!!

Think about this...they have these charges that will net her some time..."wanna make a deal Casey?  Tell us where Caylee is and we will deal"

The State Attorney's Office said Anthony will not likely be rearrested or need to turn herself in because she is already out on bond from those previous charges.

Anthony's arrest two weeks ago stemmed from suspicion of those economic crime charges, and Thursday the state is formally moving forward with those new counts.

If convicted, Anthony's charges -- one grand theft count, three fraud counts and six forgery counts -- could mean 50 years in prison.

Meanwhile, Anthony made another visit to the office of her attorney, Jose Baez, on Thursday.

Her brother, Lee, dropped her off.

Baez is aware of the 10 new charges against his client. Although the State Attorney's Office said it is unlikely that she will get rearrested, Baez said he prefers Anthony be able to turn herself in.

Protests Continue At Anthony Home

Protests at the Anthony's east Orange County home continue to keep deputies busy. Records indicated the sheriff's office was called 32 times for a response since the disappearance of Anthony's daughter, Caylee.

"I've never seen people so collectively angry," protester Liz Pounders said.

The ORIGINAL check fraud charges were approx 17 years.

That was including the child neglect...I believe.

Rob ... a question.

Does a group or an individual who has an issue with you or me has the constitutional right to verbally harrass either of us day after day as we come and go?

Just wondering.

Janet ,

I am not Rob but I do believe there is a law preventing harassment. Whether that law could be applied to protesters I am not sure.LOL maybe I should have let Rob answer that question.

Are these the same shorts Lee was wearing during his sign destroying mental breakdown?

THE DEFENSE IS RUNNING THE SHOW

TWITTY:  ... We go back and we remember that Paulus Van Der Sloot and Antonio Carlo have been connected since the very beginning and really just kind of running the show. I mean, the defense attorneys seemed to be running the show in Aruba last summer. So it doesn`t surprise us at all that he would prevail again here.

And this would be in addition to the original 17 years? So a possible maximum sentence of 67 years at this point? TY

Janet - those protester have a right to assemble. It's in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.billofrights.html

Amendment 1 is a biggie. That's why it is NUMERO UNO.

It is against the law to even consider an injunction here.

Yeah but i think in the homeowners association booklet there might be something about noise after a certain point of time at night...there's lots of kids that live in that area and an elementary school nearby

Restrictive covenants are for the most part not enforceable in a court of law.  Adhering to these covenants is mostly a matter of good faith.   In any event, a homeowner's association's restrictive covenants will never supercede the Constitution of the United States.

You know, if a 22 year old got 67 years in prison, that would add up to a person who would possibly be 89 years old when she got out. That sure sounds like a life sentence to me. And these are charges it would be easy to prove.

I'd say she might as well go ahead and bargain with them for a reduced sentence in return for knowledge of where Caylee's body is.
