Just another thought please:  the two brothers drop off Natalee and Dutchboy.  Somehow, a car pulls up and Dutchboy can't defend Natalee and some idiots grab her.  Now they've got her and she's in all the news.  They still need a means of getting her back without getting convicted for kidnapping.

No amiiler...they think I am nutty. Plus now I am so afraid something is going to happen to them at camp so they are wishing I wouldn't be on here. We actually do have a connection to the case because Natalee's uncle lives here in Houston and one of our teachers is a good friend of his. She does give us some updates each day as well.

If you remember a couple of days ago the Dutch sent some "experts" to help in the case.  They said then that they would not characterize the nature of their expertize because it would lead to assumtions bout where the case was going.

I believe now that they were ComputeR experts.  The FBI likely did not have Computer experts who were also bilinguql.  So They had To be dutch.

I just hope that some jailhouse detective didn't get hold of those computers before they got there.  They should not have even been turned on!  They should have  "ghosted" the hard drives first.  There could be a tremendouss amount of info on there.  Even if you delete something...its still there for a Computer Forensic expert.  All their chat, all the pix off his porn biz, his various web searches, etc.

Excellent theory, LouLou.

Arubagirl,

Seriously. think this through. The US spends the money and pulls the manpower to send an FBI dive team down and doesn't look at a map and say, "hmmmm. it's an island. it's surrounded by the caribbean. hmmm. let's send in some guys who don't know squat about diving in the ocean. Let's totally waste money and send down a crew that can't handle all conditions."

I don't think so.

Here's an article that talks about the limited role of the FBI in Aruba.

http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/11887882.htm

Miami FBI assists in missing-woman case

FBI agents from the Miami office have been in Aruba during the probe into the fate of an Alabama high school graduate, but their role has been limited.

Highly-trained agents from Miami's FBI office have been in Aruba for two weeks, but are playing a limited role in the search for Natalee Holloway, the missing Alabama woman whose case has drawn international media attention.

That's because the agents from the top federal investigative agency have been invited on the Dutch Caribbean island only as observers. Local authorities are leading the investigation.

Up to now, the Aruba government has requested minimal FBI assistance, said Judy Orihuela, the FBI spokeswoman in Miami.

''We are there at the request of the Aruban government and we'll help in anyway they ask us,'' she said.

Six Miami-based agents are on the island along with a seventh agent based in Barbados. The team of agents, along with a supervisor, watched from behind a glass the questioning of the five men implicated in the 18-year-old's disappearence.

Aruba officials also asked the FBI to analyze a DNA sample taken from the backseat of a suspect's vehicle. The sample was flown to the FBI crime lab in Quantico, Va., but came back negative for blood.

Natalee's mother, Beth Holloway Twitty, has publicly criticized the pace of the investigation.

Even if Holloway Twitty wanted the FBI more involved in the case, the Dutch government would have to approve.

''Aruba is a sovereign nation,'' Orihuela said of the island, an autonomous member of the Kingdom of the Netherlands where Dutch is the official language, but English is widely spoken.

For now, the agents -- members of the extra-territorial squad that deals with events in the Caribbean and South America -- will continue in their role as observers. Among them: an expert in evidence processing, a crimes against children specialist and a victim/witness coordinator. ''It's really up to the Aruban government what they want us to do,'' Orihuela said.

On my lunch break today I went over to pay my cable bill. While I was waiting in line, they had Fox News on the TV in the lobby. It was all the breaking news about the search, I'd say about 1:40 - 1:50 CDT I raced home (didn't even pay the bill and it's like 8 days late now), turned on Fox and turned on the computer. I made a sandwich, but my mouth was so dry I couldn't eat it. I thought for sure they had found the answers they sought and there would be some closure to this sad story.

Be that as it may, as sad as I am that there is yet no resolution, I still can not fathom the feelings of those involved, especially those close to Natalee.

I read her Mom was present at the search site and was seen crying. It breaks my spirit to know there's not a thing I can do to help her.

And still as I write this, I have absolutely no idea why I'm so engrossed in this story nor why I care so much.

I was hoping they were experts in interrogation. as someone suggested.  Given reports today it seems that's what they need most.  Sounds like pansy interviewing to me.

check this link out for a chat on tripadvisor for more insight on the exit from C n' c's...I have no idea who the poster is, identifies herself as mother of a MB teen on trip.

http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g1-o610-k170488-i9659-Off_topic_chatter.html
"NATALEE WAS NOT THE GIRL WHO WAS SICK IN THE BATHROOM AT C&C's! My daughter had already told me she was puzzled by that story 'cause she neither saw nor heard anything of the kind regarding Natalee. We were at the vigil yesterday and they were discussing that... It turned out to be other girls on the trip. Somebody had mentioned that at church and these girls went, "Oh no! That was US!" It was definitely not Natalee.
My daughter spoke with Natalee right after C&C's closed.
My daughter & her friends came across Nat & Joran as all were exiting the club, and all were walking more or less together toward another group of classmates.
Natalee was walking unassisted (not falling down drunk), spoke ok (though not answering in long sentences), and was not touching Joran. My daughter only noticed that Joran was tall, dark-haired, American-looking; he did not speak and she couldn't read his facial expressions.
Nat turned down my daughter's invitation to go with her little group. (Ironically, they were about to circle the inside of another club to make sure no others were left behind.)
Nat assured them that she was fine, and said she was going to go back to the hotel "with THEM," pointing to the MBHS group just a few yards ahead.
The Kalpoes were nowhere in sight; neither was the car.
Next Alana heard was that Natalee got into a car that many in the group had thought was a taxi. (Those look like regular cars.)
It may be that the Kalpoes pulled up on the street before Natalee reached the next group; Joran may have deliberately stalled her. The group may not have even realized she was behind them, approaching. But while we hear that she got in the car willingly, we know from her comments that it was not her pre-planned intention.
Because of this, I do not believe she knew she would be going anywhere but a fairly short distance down to the hotel. Her plans changed in the blink of an eye, and she was gone."

Except that I heard an interview today with an FBI guy who said they were expert 'interrogators'. He went into great detail about the delicacy of interrogation and how the Arubans aren't particularly experienced at interrogating for these types of crimes because it happens so seldom on the island. I think I saw this clip on MSNBC, but I can't remember.

"Whore-an" is definately the culprit.  He's sticking to his story and Katdish and Deepshit are singing.  If they were involved, the could have led police to the precise location  by now.  The "Aruba scavenger hunt" that unfolded today suggests to me that only "Whore-an" knows the truth.
