- since there is no nanny, since Cindy did not always have Caylee, where was that child for hours, days, evenings, on end?   With all of the publicity anyone caring for the child would have come forward or at the very least brought into the case via KC.

-has anyone even asked KC where this child was during the times before her death?

I really believe that Lee probably helped "direct" Dom Casey and Jim Hoover the day they were on Suburban looking for Caylee's little body.

I think after Dom abdicated working for Baez and went to the A's camp he had certain info from Baez that was about Caylee's location, but in "Casey speak"

I think Lee took that info and came up with what he felt was a plausible location(s)..hence the house up the street thta was empty ..where a Gonzalez or Frenandez used to live and was vacant..and the old Pet Cemetary on Suburban.  IIRC Caylee was not found in that exact area..but close enough that you know they were working on a tips and clues from Casey and not some psychic in VA.

I don't think Lee ever sexually assaulted Casey..and even in Casey's account it didn't happen..she thought he was trying to touch her..huh...same as in a dream she sort of remembered her Dad did too..right..Talk to sex abuse survivors..there is no kinda sort of act and no kinda sorta memory.

When Lee was talking to Casey in her first jailhouse phone call home he sounded assertive and pissed at her game playing ..and I think he was.  I hope he can get that same assertiveness back in court tomorrow or whenever he tesifies.

to answer your question about Lee.  If he was older than 14, I think it would have some influence on the jury.  If she was over 14, I say she probably liked it.  It would not surprise me if those two had consensual sex as teens.  I know that sounds gross, but this family is twisted.  There had to be some reason why they tested Lee's DNA and why he didn't deny and instead said he'd answer at another time.

I don't know what's wrong with Mallory because I cannot fathom finding LA attractive in any way.  He is emotionally stunted, or has some sort of disorder IMO.  I'm not being ugly, just sayin' it like I see it.

Klaas ,you and all the other monkeys who needed a recap are so welcome.  I have lived on all of your wisdom, posts and links for almost 3 years.  I have finally found a way to contribute to the forum I love.  I am a typing fool, lol.  I have two monitors set up, one to type on, one to watch on and the TV.  I hope to be able to recap everyday.  When someone put me in the same sentence as Brandi I almost stopped.  Her brilliance amazes me and she inspires me so much.  This forum has become a big part of my life and justice for Caylee is in my heart.

I'm fed up with these pundits (most recent aphrodite jones) who keep saying you hear no reaction from George to Cindy's hysteria during the 3rd 911 call. They need to listen to the entire call.....you can clearly hear Cindy scream back to George after he must have told Cindy to call the police......"I'm ON the phone with the police"
Who else would have told her to call the cops. The only other people who were @ the house were KC, & Lee.....and they KNEW d@mn well Cindy was on the phone with the police, or at least KNEW she had made 2 previous 911 calls.
These talking heads are idiots who do not do their research before spewing their BS!

I think on the days during the week she left as if going to work and gave George time to leave for work and went right back home.

Other times I think Caylee was given chloroform and knocked out/asleep

IMO Caylee was either with Casey or Casey had the car "babysit" her.  Remember, Casey wasn't working.
