DES, please convey our appreciation to what LP is doing.  But to please be VERY careful as to not do anything to the advantage of the defense, as they WILL jump on any shred they can grab, which appears to be little right now.

LP is also a lawyer, right?  He should know what to do and not to do in a case such as this.   Thanks Des!

I thought a lot about what you posted to me....Yes...you are right....so...I've decided to continue to read...do research...make phone calls
but NOT post any info I gather in this forum.

Any *new* info I gather on this case will be sent to only several Monkeys in private....including Janet.

Any *new* info I gather on the NH case will be sent only to Lala's Mom in private.

Why would TES need an attorney in this case?

Maybe the A's are suing him for something? Possibly the real reason he dropped the A's- to avoid conflict of interest? Just thinking out loud.....

Thanks for the link these people are crazy so now the family says there not going threw the chain of command i can just see George or Cindy going up and grabing someones child that may look like Caylee. Good Grieft these people need to wake up and smell the roses.

I'm so glad you gave my words some thought and understand what I believe to be what most everybody was trying to get to last night.   I do hope you let LP know too!  Maybe he will understand the questions asked better as well.

I know you have my email addy and I hope I am on your list, as I too, look forward to and appreciate you input and information that may help me see things a little differently.    However!  NOTHING will make me change my mind about ALL the Anthony's or Tim.

Ya know, from one who seems to be 'on the outside looking in', it's stuff like this that makes me and likely others feel even MORE on the outside looking in.  Would much rather this cage be 'one for all and all for one' type of thing.  Someone has "top sekrit stuff" am thinking either share or keep it on the downlow without alluding to it on the boards.

No I do not think that is what she was saying at all.  Des said she would be emailing certain monkeys, and Dhianna just mentioned she hoped she was on the list....I am sure you could ask that same question to Des if you wanted to.  Do not start a mess where one is not needed.

I don't believe she was starting a MESS.  She made a simple statement which I happen to agree with. People will think what they will, regardless of what you think.

Then you and them would be mis-reading both Des's and Dhi's statements as well.  Yes I will think what I want regardless..and I think that many just like to stir up trouble where it is not needed.  That being said, I am done.

I'm sorry for being way back here on page 7, my comp crashed badly yesterday and I had to reformat.  Am pedalling fast to catch back up. 

Am reading thru the comments made back and forth on this matter and am astonished that some would put mis-placed blame onto those who have reacted and spoken out how they feel about it all. 

Just read back and see how MANY read those earlier posts and also must feel they are 'out of the loop', so to speak, because they want to be on the mailing list too. 

For those wishing to blame those of us brave enough to stand up and voice our opinions on this (even if on trembly knees), for "STARTING A MESS"... let me gently remind you that we aren't the ones who started this.  We are simply reacting to it. 

Again, I go back to what I said earlier, and this underlines it for me.  If anyone has 'top sekrit stuff', by whatever means they got that stuff, which they do not wish to or cannot share with the rest of us, then by all means, do not!   But if you cannot share, then may I suggest not making ANY mention of it here.   

Otherwise, it completely sounds like: "I know something you don't know!"
