If no one has seen these photos before, I have to wonder what that defense team thinks when they look at her now.  Especially since she has told them she did it.

this may have happened, but I'm not gonna count Kronk or his gf's chickens until they hatch (get on the stand in court).  all else is hearsay and will never make it into court.

yes it's evidence I want to see also and we should be allowed to witness it, all of it.   

I agree, the public ought to be able to see all the evidence in this case.  The evidence is Caylee's last voice calling for justice.  Casey ought to be made to look at all of this as well.  Anything done for her comfort during this time is wrong, and minimizes Caylee, IMO.

Dorothy Sims doesn't appear terribly sympathetic to Casey.  The camera has panned over to her and she seems pretty stoic.  Even her pats of Casey seem perfunctory.  Andrea Lyon seemed more emotional.  (I don't know if that would have been a good thing or not for the defense, just an observation.)

Simms looks more uncomfortable in that pic than Casey, IMOO. Maybe she's having a "Come to Jesus" moment, realizing she's defending a cruel, cold-blooded killer??? Probably not, but not impossible.

again, tho, I have a hard time believing she told a lady that worked at the jail that she did it or wrote it down.  That makes no sense whatsoever when we dissect her past actions.

Isn't it an Attorneys obligation to report an admition from the client by law to LE?

Yes, that's why many attorneys don't want their clients to tell them the truth.  Makes it easier for the attorney to argue in court when they don't hear the truth either (defense attorneys that is).

So at what point did he tell LE this? Right before the trial?
