Since this is a Dutch investigation that turned up the new evidence, I wonder why they would not be prosecuted in a Dutch court.  I don't have a lot of confidence in an Aruban court, to say the least, and would prefer to see this handled by the Dutch entirely.

When I opened the FP from work as I usually do, I was struck speechless ! And that is unusual.
I had to check the date of the post, I thought maybe I had gone back in time.

WOooohooo  great news 3 suspects were rearrested today fox news just had it on Bethand dave were notified few hours beforeit hit the airwaves.  Lack of penis was on saying Kalpoes rearrested with new evidence but he didnt know if it included joran Yeah right... Im so happy what a great thanksgiving this makes!!!!!sandy l

Yes, CBB, it's true!! We don't know a lot yet.  They have discovered new "evidence."  Dana's show tonight in about an hour and 20 minutes will have more info.  Jossy, Art, and others will be on it.

Joran will appear before a judge in Holland tomorrow. His Dutch attorney will be with him. The judge will then decide whether he goes to Aruba or not.

I think the KLPD nailed them this time round. The Dutch legal system doesn't allow you to arrest suspects just like that. There must be a very reasonable ground for it.

It's all over the news now in NL (headlines). This came as a complete surprise and I can't wait to find out which scenario KLPD believe has happened. It apparently involves all three of J2K (or J + one of the K's).
 

I hope he is not being returned to Aruba so his parents (hurts just saying that) can control what happens.  In NL they cannot have control over him.  I hope this isn't another game being played.  I don't trust Anita or Paulus.
