Happy court day. I have my popcorn, iced tea and Zoloft......I am ready. Hoping all we hear today is denied,denied,denied,denied. I just do not see Judge Perry reversing Judge Strickland's rulings.

Have missed posting with you guys, have been so busy for the last couple of weeks, only had time to read a little. Hope everyone had a Blessed Memorial Day. My thanks to all the Veterans and all of the troops fighting for our Freedom. God Bless the families of all our Armed Forces.

BC is on InSession right now BooHooing about how the parents can not go to jail and that is why the visitation logs need to be kept from the public. 

BC also just said he DID NOT represent Georgie when he gave the grand Jury testimony.  Wonder why he wanted the public to know that?

 Noon update:

Today's Casey Anthony hearing starts at 2pm. One of the motions to be argued today: Casey Anthony's defense team wants the jail visitor log sealed.

FOX 35 put in a public records request to see who has been visiting Casey Anthony in behind bars. In the month of May, the 24 year old only had five visitors. Jose Baez visited once. Michelle Medina, who is an attorney at the Baez Law Firm, visited twice. Andrea Lyon and her private investigators Mortimer Smith also visited Casey Anthony last month.

Other visitors have included Jeanene Barrett, she's a mitigation specialist. She will working on saving Casey from the death penalty if Casey is found guilty of murdering her daughter. Casey's parents minister also visited once. That was in December of 2008, about a week after 2 year old Caylee's remains were found.

Hi Sunny, That is my usual daily fare anyway lol. You do not see me without my glass of tea. And have to have the Zoloft to survive day to day life .
I hate the early morning hearings but it seems like it is taking forever to be 2:00. Guess that tells me I need to be doing something around the house while waiting.

Thanks, Northern!  What does that mean, the parents can't go to the jail?  If she's not guilty, what can they, (or she, for that matter,) say to incriminate her?  "Remember that time I washed the decomp out of your slacks, honey?"
