I am literally sick about this.  I should go to bed, but I can't.  If she decides to testify, I will probably go to bed and catch up with you monkeys later.  It will not end today.

I'm exhausted myself, but I'm staying awake just in case.

You stay right here Zoomom...I was headed to the laundromat at lunch break and changed my mind. I don't want to miss a thing, plus I was out yesterday and it took me until 1am to view all the video testimony from yesterday...ugh

I agree..Casey is insisting on taking the stand..she thinks she can clear all this messy truth up with her lies..and she is going to be trying to gouge out the testimony of everyone that has testified against her..meaning Lee, George and Cindy....

Casey is the type of person who can never just walk away from a fight or insult..she has to have the last word..and I think that she will go after them this afternoon.  She will not go quietly into that dark night..not this woman.

She is so accustomed to having that LAST WORD  in fights with her family that she probably thinks her last word will get the chit off of her hands.
Hoping she does testify, but neither will surprise me at this point.

Does anyone have any ideas WHY Sindy told Bozo details about the pet's burial?  Did she do it to make George appear guilty?

I believe that was Baez' strategy but it backfired.

Cindy testimony furthered the State's case that ... Casey wrapped Caylee in a blanket and ... put her in a plastic bag.  IMO

LOl..yes Bozo has done a wonderful job for the Pros.  Amazing!  Every one of his experts have verified the state's theory....because it is the truth.  Truth wins the day.

TWO HOUR LUNCH?

I am thankful.  Three hungry grandkids (8-11) were just dropped off by Dad.  Bacon and Papa's waffles is where it is at and ... then when the trial proceeds ... a video of their choosing will keep them occupied for another two hours.

I do feel a "little bit" guilty but ... only a "little bit".

If the defence keeps calling witness you may never make it to your daughter's beach house.

cherjers ... it is not quite the same as watching live but ... Magic's overviews imply you can quickly catch up on what you miss.  Also ... WFTV immediately posts videos of the proceedings.

While I think she is going to take th stand, I don't want her to. I want this trial over. She might be on the stand forever...sigh.

I don't think the jury will put much in her testimony anyway since Bozo has been so nice to point out she is a liar numerous times. I do believe the state will be the winner on tearing anything down she tries to put out there. She just thinks she is a smart "paralegal" but really she was a good liar when people overlooked it. I don't think they will this time.

No.  I think hie and ICA conjured up this 'story' with the 'help' of LKB and other Def attys suggesting things to Bozo and him 'running it passed ICA.  IMO Bozo knew the 'whole' story from the get-go.

I know.  I just watched an episode of a show that I missed on TV and the sttaions has the full versions on line, and I still have a half hour.  I have to be at work at 10 pm so I have 9 hours to sleep, if I go right now, LOL.  Eyes are so so heavy and my heart is very very heavy too.  Poor Caylee.  I am so afraid her lies are going to win the jury over.

Might be wishful thinking on my part...but this picture looks to me like the guard is asking Mason where does he want the guard to take ICA.  Like in the 'private' room so they can 'prep' her.  Then it looks like Mason is asking ICA one more time...and ICA is confirming it 'yes'.

Question: Since the Defense opened the door for George's suicide note to come in...and they brought on the good expert Karioth that specializes in grief & trauma counselling...did they also open the door for that taped reaction showing Casey's breakdown fit when Caylee was found?

I think it was ruled on that it was too prejudicial to be allowed.

After all is said and done, and the jury gores into deliberations, what do they say if there is a hung jury? I know if they say "The jury has reached a verdict" that means they all reached an actual verdict (guilty or not guilty) but if there is a hung jury, we pretty much know before the jury comes back. But what do they say. They can't say they "reached a verdict"
