This type of problem/drama seems to happen more in missing persons cases when the child/person has not been located yet.  It gets worse as time goes on.  I don't know what the truth really is about Hobbit but I can guarantee that none of this is helping to find what happened to Haleigh. 

We can't allow Haleigh to be forgotten in all the BS.

then AH was on, he said his sources tell him Ron has an exotic dancer girlfriend now, and seems quite happy.

It does amaze me how these folks get married, get divorced, get new girlfriends.. when  their child is missing and another child that needs all his undivided attention because Jr. has got to be traumatized by all the changes he has been thru.

Yep, hes been in and now out.  Word has it that he was arrested the next morning after a 911 call reporting that a 42 year old had OD and was foaming at the mouth. All that it was Daddy Croslin, however nothing ever came of that. But the next morning:

The brother of Misty Croslin, a key figure in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings in Putnam County, was arrested on drug charges Thursday after he was found in a car with a variety of narcotics.

Hank Croslin Jr., 23, was found lying in the front seat of a van on Tyler Street in Satsuma about 8:56 a.m., according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.

Rescue personnel arrived about the same time as deputies and woke Croslin up.

Deputies saw a prescription pill bottle and a plastic bag with pills in the car.

A sheriff's report said that when deputies questioned Croslin about the pills, he told them the pills belonged to his father and were left in the van by him.

Croslin reportedly told deputies he didn't know the pills were in the van.

Hank Croslin's wife, Lindsey, came to the scene along with Hank Croslin Sr.

The elder Croslin said some drugs had been stolen from his house the night before.

The drugs found in the van include alprazolam, hydrocodone, methadone, cyclobenzaprine and oxycodone, the report stated.

Croslin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia.

He had been arrested earlier this year on theft charges and has been questioned over Haleigh's disappearance.

Misty Croslin was the girlfriend of Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, when the 5-year-old disappeared in February.

She had been baby-sitting Haleigh and her younger brother that night while Cummings was at work.

She later said she woke up early in the morning to find that the girl had vanished from the home.

The Sheriff's Office considers Misty Croslin "key" in the case, and investigators have said that information they have gathered during the investigation does not match her version of events that night.

Why does this not surprise me 

After 9 months, there is nothing that surprises me anymore about this case. NOTHING.

I don't think HaLeigh will ever be found and I don't think anyone will ever be charged for her disappearance. Now that would shock me if it happens.

I could make so many remarks about Ron dating a exotic dancer...but I its got to the point I found everything they do is disgusting and Haleigh suffers from all the choices these people make...

I think that Haleigh will only be found if there is Divine intervention. My prayer is that all the hidden secrets will be brought to light and that she will be found. I remember that many of us had almost lost hope that Caylee would be found but she was and now her killer awaits trial and an eventual guilty verdict. I believe in my heart that Haleigh will be found, as well. It cannot happen soon enough.
