Since KC was found "not guilty" on all charges related to Caylee's death, I believe she can now re-claim herself as Caylee's sole "Next of Kin." The U.S. does not recognize, aunts, uncles or grandparents as immediate family members. It is unlikely that the A's can profit from Caylee other than granting interviews and accepting donations....

"The six that voted guilty said it didn't matter at what point in time she came home and found out her daughter was missing," he said. "She had to report it in some way, shape or form, and that's where the negligence came in."

But some jurors, he said, had decided not to convict Casey Anthony of any charge in the girl's death. By lunch Tuesday, the guilty side started to lose votes.

Juror No. 2 was the last holdout. Deliberations lasted for 11 hours over two days. They filed into court at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday to hand over their verdict.

"We truly don't know what happened," he said. "Somebody knows, but we don't know."

WOW he was the last holdout how I wish he would have just stood his ground. But atleast he tried I guess. But 6 6 for manslaughter why couldn't they hold out who was the bully I wonder?

I truly truly hope the "new grandmother" is indeed Caylee's grandmother & will file a wrongful death suit on behalf of Caylee's dead father (& her )

If he isn't the father (the guy that died in the auto accident) and the state knows don't they have a right to tell the father he is indeed the father of Caylee???

So Baez signed himself and Casey up with the William Morris company.  They are a huge book company.  If you remember the I Love Lucy episode where she decides to write a book, I believe it was the William Morris company she submitted her book to, but go rejected.  Unreal.

I am 5' even.  I stood up to twenty six angry family members angry at me for reporting my father for molesting kids & cooperating with police.  Shouting screaming playing the "it's family card" for months...........I stood my ground.  You're telling me this piece of schit couldn't stand up to the other jurors?  Coward pure & simple!  I hope nothing serious ever happens to his family because he'd be pushing his kids out of the way to get out of the door!

I can't believe it was 6 against 6 for manslaughter... 6 flipped. Weak as water - all of them.

I wish all of them nothing good in life. Lost souls.


How can 6 people just give in.  I dont understand this at all. Maybe if it had gone on for days, but not just a few hours.  This makes no sense to me.
