(b) In a criminal proceeding in which one spouse is charged with a crime committed at any time against the person or property of the other spouse, or the person or property of a child of either.

The wording is a bit tricky, Grama.  It isn't that a wife/husband cannot testify against each other (which implies no choice).. It's that a wife/husband cannot be compelled to testify against each other (which does imply there is a choice).

  Ok gang, I'm going to go play baseball with my son on the beach.....just because I need to cool down and it's gorgeous, so IF you hear about some spring breaker getting smacked with a fast ball..............well, it wasn't me BBL

What is the timeline for the continured searching?  At some point does it just stop?  When would we expect Ron to return to work?  I have never been this close to an investigation and on a forum.  I am just asking cause I don't know. Question Question

I even started the list of reasons why this is doomed to fail, IMO.
