(CNN) -- It is unclear if the illness that halted Casey Anthony's murder trial will delay the trial Friday morning.

Anthony's murder trial ended an hour and a half early Thursday, with Orange County Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. telling members of the media in the courtroom that Anthony was ill.

Jurors were not told why the trial ended early Thursday, and Perry asked them not to speculate. He said court would be in recess until Friday.

The murder trial of a Florida woman accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter is set to resume a day after she took ill, forcing the judge to recess court early.

Judge Belvin Perry ended proceedings about an hour and a half early Thursday, closing the most intense day of evidence so far, which included jurors seeing photos of Caylee Anthony's decomposed skull.

Casey Anthony cried and looked away as pictures of the girl's remains were displayed in the courtroom. Later she kept her head down to avoid seeing the pictures.

    Casey Anthony has returned to the Orange County Jail where she is being seen by Corrections Health Services medical staff. No information can be released regarding her treatment or medical condition due to HIPPA and Florida Medical and Mental Health Confidentiality Laws.

    Because transportation would be involved, no information can be provided as to whether Casey Anthony will be at tomorrow's court proceedings. Orange County Corrections will never reveal the transport of any inmate in our custody due to the security risks posed by such knowledge being made public.

Prosecutors seem to be leading up to testimony from Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia.

Dr. G, as she is known, said in 2008 that Caylee's cause of death was homicide by undetermined means.

Her testimony is likely to bring a lot of fire from Anthony's defense team.

In adeposition, Garavaglia agreed with defense attorneys that there is no scientific evidence, but argued that it is well within her right to consider the circumstances of the duct tape near Caylee's mouth and the fact that the body was dumped.

In a March report, defense expert Dr. Warner Spitz said scientific evidence does not support a finding by Orange County Medial Examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia that Caylee's cause of death was homicide by undetermined means. Spitz performed a second autopsy on Caylee's remains.

Hoping they just tell Casey to quit her whining and get her butt ready for court.They need to show her the same sympathy she showed to precious little Caylee Marie.The only thing Casey was even remotely ill about yesterday was the fact that she was caught and now she has been exposed to the world and her stupid little made up stories are not going to get her out of this one.I don't think for one minute she was upset for Caylee....she was upset for herself....cause that's just the way she rolls.....
Also yesterday, a co-worker who I have gotten hooked on this case was watching the trial while I was busy elsewhere...she came busting in on me and said..."Casey just poked herself in her eye to try to make herself cry"......sure enough, she was right. I also have 17 year old summer help who follow with me....(they have no choice)...they are convinced of Casey's guilt.
Hopefully the good judge will send down the order that if she's breathing, she needs to be in court....ASAP!!!!!!
I cried last night ...a good hard cry. I had seen the pictures and knew the story, but I had a good cry about it last night. It seems to be affecting everyone in my house and those who work with me.Imagine what the jury must be feeling right now.

I wasn't even going to dignify Casey's sickness with a comment, but I'm really leaning towards menstrual problems with Casey as her main source of illness yesterday.  She was holding her stomach, grabbed at her lower back. CIndy not only testified to Casey's monthly issues, but also showed her how to act weak, hence the way Casey left the courtroom.  Casey turned into a chameleon once again and put those things to work yesterday. Of course the fact that yesterday was pretty much about Caylee must have played a role as well.  Can't wait to see how sedated she will be today.

That stunt yesterday was all staged. KBelich was watching closely- when the Defense moved the laptop from in front of KC she knew they were just doing it so the Jury could get an unobstructed view of her "crying" as they showed the photos.  She has seen these photos before,so they are not that shocking to her. She is upset because she knows she is BUSTED... ::MonkeyWink::

If this were a movie, the one that Baez has been mugging to the cameras for, one would call it "WAG THE CASEY".

I guess the script called for Casey to react in this manner. Script stated (act like you cared for daughter when seeing remains, pretend you are sick) Make a scene.

So Casey waits 3 years before she reacts like this? Really? What an act. I might have a differing opinion had Casey acted like this after Caylee was dead. That might have been the time to feel sick, throw up and be tearful. Instead Casey Anthony has been defiant and a party girl.
Maybe if she had not decided to do a "hot body" contest as her daughter an "accidently" died. PLUEZE.

Casey has shown a lack of empathy and conscience to ever react to anything that was not about her. And that leads to more of the point. When the State presented the pics of Caylee, it was like little Caylee testifying from the grave. All of the focus of the trial was off of Baez's buffoonery, his lack of legal expertise, off of accusing George, the sensationalism of incest and went to the core of the case ... the death of a little helpless girl that somehow died in an accidental pool drowning with duct tape on her mouth.

Interesting how a pic of a baby's skull and remains can make the focus of a case be on really what the case is all about, isn't it.
That being said, the minute that the case focused on Caylee and not the narcissist Casey, she went into full blown drama. What a shock. How transparent can it get?

Just curious, doesn’t the defense have the same evidence and information as the State and vice-versa? There is supposed to be no gotcha in a trial, that’s why they do depositions and discovery. The Defense and Casey knew these pcis were going to be shown and come in as evidence, yet she reacts like she was not aware.

Sorry, I do not buy the reaction or those that state she finally has realized what happened to Caylee.
Its just more of a show from a liar.

The reason I ask is because I think it may be her monthly visitor and NOT what is going on in the court room...as Cindy has stated she has trouble when she has her period and that may very well be what she is reacting to today and NOT the pics of Caylee...IMHO!

Sorry had a power outage here ..anyway finally found the date she got sick in court last month...It was Day 3 of Jury Selection on "May 11, 2011 " and today is "June 9, 2011" seems reasonable to me that she is sick per say for real but NOT because of anything to do with this trial oranything other than her "MONTHLY VISITOR" !!! IMHO

HMMMMM if this is the case then add in her so called panic attack on "DEC. 11, 2008" when Caylee's remains were found ??? Puts a totally different perspective on her reactions now....

Good morning, Monkeys.  So Her Royal Highness deigned to join the proceedings today?  I can tell all of you this.  If it were I or asny of you who were on trial for murder, we wouldn't be treated with kid gloves as Casey Anthony is.  This woman committed one of the most serious crimes in the annals of criminality.  She crossed the line to violate a  taboo which is held as monstrous by civilized societies.  She is indeed a monster.

I don't care that she's sick, if she is, which I doubt.  I rejoice if she has some discomfort while listening again to what she has done which makes her a pariah to decent people the world over.

There is nothing whatever which can happen to her which is too bad considering what she's done.  I hope she vomits her toenails up.  Probably been practicing all night at the behest of her so-called defense team which IMO is nothing more that a bunch of sleight-of-hand-artists.  Now you see her, now you don't.

Why do the defense lawyers question these witnesses as though they've all done something wrong and treat them as if they are somehow guilty of wrong doing, or maybe that they are there for some sort of personal reason to gain notoriety or something? Is it just me? Or is this just a normal way for defense lawyers to be? Ugh, just gets frustrating listening to them question these witnesses who would probably be somewhere else doing something else.

Casey wasn't sick for the 31 days she partied and got tattoos and shacked up with Tony and said Zanny Nanny was with Caylee at Busch Gardens. She has NO RIGHT to be upset over anything. Next photo shows a pair of shorts, very dirty and tattered with button intact.  It appeared the garment could of been torn or cut before decomp or after.  Next photo is the tag of the shorts.  "Circo Brand" from Target.  Next photo is from another tag on the shorts showing its composition and size 24 months.  Next photo is a the back of the same tag on the shorts, the washing instruction label.  The next photo are separate letters that would have eventually spelled "Big Trouble comes in Small Packages", they are showing the pink t-shirt on Caylee in split screen with the letters with the remains.  The next photo is the remnants of the shirt, the neck and the tag, size 3T. Last photo is of portion of a blanket and another portion of a piece of fabric he couldn't identify.  The duct tape was sent to the FBI.  His involvement in this investigation ended on the following Monday.  It then went to Dr. G.  She came back on Friday Dec 12, 2008 and took over the case. What do you do?  I am a forensic Pathologist.  What does that mean?  A Dr. that diagnoses disease states and performs autopsies and investigates death, cause of death and manner of death?  Before the remains were found you were aware of the hoopla surrounding this missing girl?  Just as a media watcher.  After the remains were found, Chief Hanson took pictures, made reports and came back to you, you were in charge?  Yes.  Dr G was gone elsewhere?  She was.  Dr. G came back into town and took over the case.  Do you know why?  She had a very good working relationship with the LE, he was new and didn't have that relationship.  Was did Dr. G take over for the media reasons?  No, she just felt the need to take the course, she would have been involved in any rate.  You would of stayed on that case if Dr. G. didn't come back and take over?  Yes.  There was no duct tape on the left side of the skull was there?  What do you mean by on?  You saw photos yesterday of the duct tape of the tape on the left side. There was none on the left side?  There was some.  There was no duct tape circling the skull.  No.  There was no duct tape stuck to the left side?  There was some adherence.  You did no examinations of the duct tape?  I did  not?  Were you wearing gloves?  Were you suited up?  I was.  You then released it to the FBI?  There was no human tissue on the DNA was there?  I didn't see any or test for any.  I was there to remove the duct tape.  Did you see any evidence of trauma?  No.  You saw any evidence of trauma to bones?  Some but no breaking.  Was there any healing fractures?  No.  Did you cut through the skull?  Removing the top part.  It was not done.  If that body was found 4 months prior, you might of found evidence of death?  Yes.  You were asked about clothing that was brought to you.  What size were the shorts? 24 months.  Where you involved in seeking further exams of these remains, with Dr. Shultz.  Only the exams of the early evening of Dec 11, 2011.  Dr. Shultz is an anthropology.  Did you do any texts for toxicology?  Objection. Dr. John Shultz is the witness.

Jeff Ashton is up........

Dr. Shultz is an Associate Professor of Anthropology.  He has a sub field of Forensic Anthropology.  He has degrees in Anthropology, Master in Human Biology.....human anatomy.  He has a PH.d in Forensic Anthropology.  He studies Forensic Archeology and taphotemy.  He spent five years at the Human Identification Laboratory.  He has studied many skeletonized bodies.  He specialty is detecting human remains and using ground penetrating radar.  When he arrived at UCF he worked with the ME's and the Sheriff's Dept.  He was the on call Anthropologist for the ME's Office. 

On Dec 11, 2008, he received a phone call from Steve Hanson and Dr. G.  To go to the remains scene of Caylee Anthony.  He did not go Dec 11, he went the next day but directly to the ME's office.  He looked in the bag and saw the skull and the duct tape on the bag.  He was there when the skull and the duct tape were photographed.  He was holding the skull up in one of the photos. Jeff is showing him a photo.  The mandible was close to the correct anatomical position.  He was surprised that the mandible was still intact.  It would usually of been separated at this level of decomp.  The tape was adhered to the hair.  The other bones that were brought in had no evidence of trauma.  He had an advisory role in the recovery of the rest of the remains, they were underneath the leaf litter.  The recovery was processed in a very careful manner.  The bones were of a small child and it was a heavily wooded area.  They decided to process the scene on their hands and knees, removing leaf litter and screen all leaf litter from initial location of skull and bags.  Screening means sifting for bones.  A mesh box would sift the material for remains and evidence.  Everything was sifted twice.  They used a very small size screen because the bones were so small.  The Sheriff's Dept took photos and documented the recovery stations.  Looking at a photo, is of a blue canopy, main area station...where the skull was found.  It is showing people on their hands and knees and using flags.  There was a mapping process to document the spacial relationship to where items were found.  They also mapped out all of the skeleton remains were found.  They used a computerized mapping process.  When remains were found, he would examine them.  Some of the bones found were not human and he let them know.  The search area increased in size and additional CSI came and found additional remains.  Talking about the canopy photo, showing the process, removing vines, plant debris, root debris, all the debris was collected and sifted for remains and evidence.  When items were located they would place numbered flags and photograph them.  The bones were then removed.  He wanted to know where bones were found and in what order.  The bones were disarticulated and found in many areas.  Next photo is of the process of recovery, flags being placed.  Showing a CSI on her hands and knees locating remains.  The CSI would place a flag, then place the bone in an evidence bag .  He told the Sheriff's office what were human bones and they were transported to the ME.  Next photo is of bones that were found.  A number of vertebrae, the spine, they are separated, no soft tissue and roots growing through it.  The important thing about this photo is that all of these vertebrae bones were transported at one time, they were in a different location than the skull. Next photo is of one of the bone fragments and the Manila envelope that was labeled where it was found and who recovered the remains.  Next photo is of 2 bones found, they are the largest bones in the body, the lower leg bones.  They are doing a split screen to show how the bones relate to each other.  The top of the bones have been chewed on by animals.  Casey is *crying* and being held by Ms Simms.  They are at side bar......side bar is over.

Wow TruTV is showing a fight broke out in line to get in for the public.   A guy pulled on a woman's arm as she cut in line, reportedly a wrist injury occurred.   I recall saying that the way they did this was ridiculous.   They need to go to a random lottery & avoid this stampede to get in line as the first 50.   It is a disadvantage to the disabled & someone is going to get really hurt.

I dunno if Casey is "performing" more for the camera or for the jury.  Seems to me that if Casey keeps up with her playacting, which delays testimony, there might be no more camera on Casey.  I wouldn't care much if that were to happen.  Casey on cam has been a distraction from the case proceedings from the start. Strategically, the defense wanted this distance from the jury.

This way, when she pulls her theatrics, like she is pulling now- she may appear to be distressed without having to produce genuine tears.

I've decided I don't want Casey to plead guilty unless she tells everything, including the id of the license in her wallet! (The extra one the police officer took when they were going through her bag.) So, bring on the damaging, soul destroying evidence of her lies.  It will almost compensate me for my tears for Caylee.

Well I thought maybe the biotch would fess up after yesterday but I see she is still playing the part.

It irks me to see KC up there being protected, and even mothered (by her lawyer). That is what KC was supposed to be doing for Caylee, proctecting and mothering her. KC can't even face the fact of what she did and how she let her little daughter end up laying in the woods and what happened to her after she left her little body there. It hurts me seeing the little bit of the pictures we saw. The one of her shorts, and then the picture of the letters that were left from her little shirt next to a picture of her wearing the shirt when she was still alive.

This was to demonstrate to the jury across the room, the magnatude of her upset.

Would they show Caylee's skeletal remains complete with Skull?  I think it would be incredibly effective to show the picture side by side with a picture of Caylee alive.  I know I would be in floods, and it would be something I'd never forget.

IMO, she won't look because it would give away her guilt.  She knows she did this, and she would not be able to hide that from the jury.  She is caught and it is pissing her off she has no way out.

I agree with that.  Simms needs to tell the murderer to straighten up and act like an adult.  There is after all a trial going on--her trial.  I think it would be funny if Casey just fell over and they leave her on the floor and continue on.  I think she'd get up prettty quickly if no one paid attention to her. 

I wonder at what point Casey will get bored / tired and drop the whole crying act.  I think the longer the testimony goes on and if the jury seems unimpressed she'll stop or lay off a little.

Am thinking the only way that Casey is gonna get the idea, is if/when the Judge calls a halt to her shenanigans.  What they are doing right now, is in effect, letting Casey get away with it all, encouraging her each time she is successful at it.  Which likely will only, in turn, ensure that the next thing she does is throw an even bigger fit.. and so on.. The Judge needs to nip it in the bud now.  IMO.  Ignore her azz, would be my suggestion.  And if she makes noise, tell her attorney to get her under control.  Threatening contempt of court would be the next step, following thru with that, the next.  I highly doubt that it will just occur to Casey, in an aha moment, to knock her crap off.
