I don't see the purpose of releasing it now.  I'm sure whatever it displays is going to get me all worked up again, especially depending on what her reaction is and knowing she can't be re-tried, no matter what.  Should have been shown at trial! Still praying the Feds do something to her.

I want it to be released so that Cindy and those 17 brainless, idiots from Pinellas County get to see it every where they turn.  Also, it will haunt KC for the rest of her life.  Especially when her dream team decide its time to introduce her into society again.  I feel almost certain that her behavior on that tape is what Caylee witnessed on a regular basis, especially on the last day of her life.  Show it and show just what kind of a 'great' mom KC really was.

Good point.   I guess I'll never get over it anyhow.  Just when I think I can let it go, something else comes up to PIZZ me off!

A hearing is scheduled this afternoon to determine whether jailhouse video of Casey Anthony should be unsealed and released to the public.

The video shows Anthony's response upon learning that the remains of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie were found n the woods near her home in December 2008.

WKMG-TV Channel 6 has filed a motion to unseal the video.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry will preside over the 3 p.m. hearing.

Anthony's defense team didn't want the video, which has no sound, released publicly.

"While the court is loath to shield any public record, an argument can certainly be made that the contents of the video are highly inflammatory," Strickland said in his three-page order that sealed the record.

WKMG says the video has news valued. The news outlet says there is no prejudice to Anthony now and the tape should be released.

I don't know if anyone mentioned it, but cindy did her self-serving minimizing again. She said she found out the felon she has as a daughter was FIVE MONTHS pregnant when she learned about it.

We all know she was seven + when she found out. How she gets away with all the lies is beyond me. I suppose that is why she needs a full-time family attorney. That brings me to another question. How many grandparents NEED to have a full time attorney for more than three years after their grandchild passes???

Shouldn't that alone alert people to their criminal actions and greedy ploys? The last time I checked (thirty years ago) a full time personal attorney cost $100,000 to retain.
