Interesting....from the report....not that we didn't know but Bozo can't argue tampering very well

" The clustering of vertebrae at the scene separate from the location of the bags and skull indicate animal activity occured at this location after decomposition started, but before complete disarticulation of the skeleton. This indicates the body was put in this location prior to skeletonization. The roots growing into the vertebrae and bags indicate that the body was placed there months prior to being found. There is nothing inconsistent with the body being placed there soon after the date of being last seen alive".

RIP caylee

from autopsy:

duct tape over lower facial region  still attached to head hair. This duct tape was clearly placed prior to decomp, keeping the mandible in place.

The body was put in this location prior to skeletonization

There is nothing inconsistent with the body being placed there SOON AFTER the date of last being seen

DING!
So in plain English the duct tape covered from the jaw bone all the way up the nose?

Seems like there could be an expert that could do measurements of her face compared to the width of the pieces of tape in order to calculate whether it would've covered her nose and mouth

I didn't see anything about the heart shaped sticker.  Did I miss something or is there more to come?

Was the duct tape put on before or after death?

laundry bag no deterioration, still intact down to the tag and labeling.  In the bag was fine silt and sand as well as dirt.  Also two pieces of black garbage bag.  Laundry bag remained cinched.

I highly doubt that silt and sand would be present at the remains site.
From the sandbox?

That makes sense.

I think it was from the hurricane.  I am confused about the duct tape.  I am not reading that it was around the head, or maybe I am wrong?  It sounds like it was over.  I am surprised there is nothing about the heart sticker impression?

And that blanket would match the comfort seen in the picture of the crib.

NOTE:   the roots of plant life growing shows that the body was there for a significant amount of time despite weather conditions

"SEVERAL overlapping pieces of duct tape, over the anterior portion of the lower skull, including mandible and maxilla (jaw/nose); still attached to scalp hairs; mandible still in anatomic position with no visible attached soft tissue beneath the duct tape"

actually upper and lower jaw - correction
am i misreading, or did the report say that among the unrecovered bones was the hyoid bone? If thats the case, how could they rule out strangulation?

I'm curious if the tape had tongue depressions on it?

shorts are multi-colored with pink green and orange thin stripes and a pink button on front. Nothing in two shorts pockets. Shorts have multiple irregular defects consistent with decomp.

Further down in the report

A large portion of the scalp hair was in a mat under the skull  - extending across the calvarium (upper doom like portion of the skull without the lower jaw and facial parts)
roots thru the hair 6-7 inches in length med brown

I live near Orlando and there would definitely be silt and sand at the remains site.  They are everywhere here in Florida.

Cece thanks for the visual...choo choo

HLN covering it now

OMG Cindy is the poorest wannabe actress EVA

You're welcome Capp.  I can't wait for someone to post video of the ants leaving the courtroom!

It is amazing how quick they can change their emotions.

When Cindy realized what the Judge's order was going to be, she was shaking, she was so angry.

Yes, point of fact - denote the body language as it never lies.   They were ANGRY, not grief stricken

I thought it very disrespectful of George to just get up and walk out before the court was dismissed. In some courts here, the judge would have told him to sit back down until court was dismissed because some judges do not allow a witness to leave the courtroom at all without court approval.

I totally agree, I was floored by that. On a serious note, Im not sure someone should not Baker Act him right now.

To a tee & Cindy KNEW it was missing & only disclosed that fact when CSI showed up for a subsequent search warrant after the remains were found - key to remember

skull had duct tape over the lower portion of the face with tape still attached to some of the scalp hair.  A large portion of the scalp hair was in a mat under the skull. The mandible ( lower jaw) was still in approx anatomic location in spite of the skeletonization.

I think you are right about the Baker Act, before George does harm to himself, or someone else.

The body was dumped at the site in the early stages of decay (less than 2 weeks after death)
