Is all this for Baez's lame effort to assert that Caylee's remains were not there when they were? There's no way to establish that with Hoover or Casey. If nothing else, they've shown the jury they are idiots, and the "search" they did was laughable. They have both established there were lots of garbage bags, and that they did not open all of them. They have indicated there was some water and logic would dictate that SOME water would become MORE water if it rained hard.

Logging out, but want to commend Mr. George.  He has been very effective IMO.  I think he is super smart and very good at what he does; he has elicited some powerful and damning testimony from many witnesses in this case.  I really like him.  I think he and Linda and Jeff make a formidable team, each bringing their own set of talents and abilities.

I THINK the reason is that the Defense did not confront him on phone records --- The State could/would bring those out in rebuttal.
