I think he mentioned a developer in one post.. I may be wrong.. still it's sad... very sad. Most states and places have tax emptions for disabled people...I am pretty sure that Maine does.. at least I am constantly reading about it..

Maine also has tax breaks for "homesteaders"  and veterans.

Of course, we are taxed to the gills for everything else.  

right Maine's motto is .. got some dreams, we will tax those too!

The only mod I haven't seen anywhere and I am probably wrong about this one is Kismet... silly me liked most of them... there were 3 I hated... and it was obvious to me that they felt the same..

Kismet is probably around, just using a different nickname.

probably... there were a couple of mods that I really truly adored... silly me

but now... NOW, we have the mods to end all mods... heck no one holds a candle...

I know the source(s), I don't think they would make up something as crazy, but not putting my hand in fire. As to why....don't know.

Oh GOD, YES!!!!!  ANd I recall having a helluvatime trying to figure out how to NOT have a quote stack, lol!

One day when I was at work reading the board everyone was waiting for the mod to lock the cage and she wasn't here.  One of the posters said let's do major quote stacks.  I was cracking up at work.  The quote stacks were so big and they just kept quoting each other.  Finally the mod came back and threatened to give everyone a time out.

the rumor about his being a son is from a former neighbour of his mom. The rumor about NH being held there is from someone who has a lot of friends among the police.

She is answering a question from Nikki.  Remember her venture into birthing?  Was it puppies or kittens...I forget?

In a way, I do feel bad for Joran's mom. She has probably been hit hard with the reality of what her husband is really like and the reality that Joran may not be the golden boy she thought he was. Reality is easy to deal with one thing at a time, but she's been hit hard by all this too.

Well, maybe she meet a nice guy that doesn't lie and sweat so much and run like a girl....(sorry, couldn't resist)

UNfortunately, those taxes are being grossly misappropriated. I am beginning to wonder who's pocket they are going in.
Maine does not pay its medical bills for that wonderful free medical care they have and as a result some families with kiids and elderly will begin to be turned away. The doctors are leaving the state and some hospitals are going under.
My own doctor left last month to go back to the mid-west.
Isn't socialized medicine great?
