I started that when I heard the verdict or maybe they are happy to be rid of Casey and hugging GA and Cindy cause they know they will be next on Casey's list

Thanks. I am not understanding the math. She has been jailed since what...Oct. 2008? ALL APX.
Oct. 2008 to July 2011 =  2 yrs. and 9 months (33 months/apx. 992 days) + apx. 330 days for 10 days per month good time  gain = 1322

365 days/year = 1460 days
                      -1322 days
                      = 138 days to remain in jail  = apx 4.6 months

why are they saying she could be out in late July or August?

She has been in jail since July 17th I believe and out for a few days twice on bail..so they will count that time too.

The defense team knew she was guilty.  They were planning a big death penalty hearing.  They had lawyers dedicated to making their name in pleading against the Florida death penalty.  The death penalty was even mentioned when she was found innocent. 

I believe there are a lot of "team" members very disappointed that they will not gain fame. The reason Bolin showed up?

Hopefully, with Casey remaining in jail, no one will want to hear anymore about it, when she gets out.

Oh, yes!  Baez saying he saved a life, even.  They are totally pretending Casey was snatched at the last possible moment from the jaws of death by lethal injection.  The odds were always highly unlikely of the DP being evoked in this instance but the DT thinks it makes them seem more important.

Jeff Ashton said last night he was MOST "surprised" (pissed) by Lee's testimony of all of them. He was 180%   degrees different than his deposition and attitude.

I wonder what exactly was different?

On a replay, judge said the jail will have to figure time credited for good time and gain time... what is gain time or did I hear the wrong word?

Gain time could come from a job that she did while she was in jail like mopping floors, taking out trash, something like that. I may be wrong though.

Gain time is just that- time GAINED, not GOOD TIME.  Gain time would be disciplinary action- such as more charges added, for instance- finding Casey with a shank, drugs in jail during a shakedown of her cell or on her person, hitting jail personel.  Anything where a warrant can be taken out.

Failing to make your bed, not being in uniform at the appropriate time would fall under disciplinary procedures of the jail itself where a warrant wouldn't be requested.

OC jail policy is 5 days/month gain time. BUT, that's for trustees, which KC isn't qualified b/c of her being in protective custody. The expert on HLN calculated according to OC rules and says KC might be in jail til Christmas.

I believe he said in part that Lee had been cooperative prior to trial; during trial he had to have his memory refreshed on everything, was like pulling teeth to get anything out of him. 

In another interview (I think with Dr. Drew)), he talked about how Lee broke down with the whole crying game on the witness stand about how they had not included him in KC's pregnancy, yet in deposition when he told about it, he hadn't been emotional at all, just shrugged it off.

Part of the reason momster killed Caylee was to get away from her controlling mother.  I don't see her flocking back to that embrace when she knows lying sindy will just try and control her again.  Some idiot will front her the money to pay her fines, etc in hopes of cashing in at a later point.  I hope she chokes to death on her first crab puff!
