Just watched Lindsay Lohan cry at her sentencing. http://mojo.channel955.com/cc-common/mainheadlines3.html?feed=184186&article=7323740   As much as I think this girl is a little twit, those are real tears. She's terrified at the thought of jail and truly upset. Not that it will stop her in the future of making the same mistakes, but the tears are real.

Sooo different than Casey or Cindy's fake acting jobs. Maybe they should watch this and grab a clue. What it shows me is that Casey wasn't afraid of jail time, she was just lovin' her time in the limelight and will continue to do so. She knows, deep in her heart that the jig is up, the state has too much on her. So she is going to go down big time, in an inferno of stardom. Why make it easier on everyone? So she can fade into the night? Hell no, she want's everyone to remember her.

Hi Boo--Good Morning other Monks--

I think that Casey actually likes being in jail.  She has her cell cleaned, meals delivered, a wide choice of snacks and amenities, and she does't have to see Cindy at all. She has a library available and receives many letters from  deranged admirers. As I recall, when she was at home, out on bail, she told Annie that "They love me in there," and I think they probably do.  She is a chameleon; she can be all things to all people as required to accomplish her ends. I would not be at all surprised to learn that another guard is repeating the last guard's actions and allowing her to talk to and correspond with other inmates.  She's the star, doncha know?

Maybe at her trial she will finally "Get it" as Lindsay Lohan did yesterday, but I doubt it.  She will be sentenced to LWOP or death saying "What did I do that was so wrong?"

Good morning, Monks---It will be a delight to see Cindy under oath and required to answer SA's questions.  She might squirm, but she won't be able to get away.

It is perfectly obvious that Cindy was upset because she had just learned that Caylee was missing and that is what caused the urgency in her voice, not her wish to have LE come soon.  She said the car smelled like there had been a dead body in it because the car smelled like there had been a dead body "In the damn Cah..." Up until that time she was just calling LE to threaten to have Casey arrested for theft, etc.  It was her way of putting pressure on Casey to tell her where Caylee was.  However, when that didn't work, and when Casey told her the cock and bull story about Caylee being kidnapped, that's when Cindy made the call.  One can hear the desperation in her voice.  IMO it was soon after that call that Cindy was brought up to speed, probably by George whom I suspect helped Casey on June 24 when he likely discovered Caylee's body in the trunk.  I'm quite sure that Cindy wishes she had never called the police and they could have explained Caylee's absence in some way, i.e. she's with her father.  No one would ever have known.

I also think that when Cindy was told the real story that Caylee was dead, they all went into action to tamper with evidence.  Well, maybe not Princess Casey.  She never had to do anything in her life.

Hi BB....I can't wait to see her questioned.....she is either going to be biligerent or try to act pitiful....but when she says she made the statement about it smells like there's been a dead body in the car to get the popo to her house quicker she is gonna get smacked down (I hope) . I can't wait to see how Kc reacts to Lee being on the stand. I wonder if by chance either Lee or sin-cin have been allowed/will be allowed a visit with her before 7/15?  I do hope JP has watched sin-cin's performance with Mr. Morgan!!

Oh, and Cindy will finally be able to see Casey face to face. I wonderhow distracted she will be while Casey is watching her.

This should be REAL interestng, July 15. 2 PM.

Oh you are right....face to face.....do I think there is gonna be a cry fest?  BOZO will have to pinch the hell outta Kc to get any REAL tears

Cindy will put on a major psycho lovefest for the cameras. She’ll take the stand, gesturing with both hands outstretched longingly in KC’s direction. Then she’ll place both hands over the area where normal people’s hearts are, and mouth the words, “I love you.” Then she’ll ask Judge Perry for a Kleenex. Baez will run over to her with one. Then she’ll dab at nonexistent tears and look carefully at the Kleenex afterward. Then she’ll look over to JP and spout some garbage like “I’m sorry but I haven’t been able to look my ‘beautiful’ daughter in the face for so long…yak, yak, sniff, yak…” Then JP will .. I don’t know, my imagination just ran out.

I can see it all now! lol

Ooooo will we see gum smacking? Disgusted smirking? Will she wear that butt-ugly green shirt again?
I will pay one of them to say "That's the way you like it!!". Can we get people in the audience to wear John Morgan buttons???

I wonder how BC continues to stand with these maniacs?  At first I thought he was going to be 'good' for them, but it became obvious rather quickly that he had no control over them.....any advise he gave went right in the toilet.  So why is he still there?  free publicity....since he lost his expensive condo it's rather obvious that he isn;t doing all that well......perhaps he too needs to wake up and smell the garbage.

Hi Monkeys...I've been reading the posts and started thinking about how much energy it takes to tell a lie, then lie again to cover up the first one, then remember which lies you told and lie again to cover those up (and even though all CA are on film and have been aired, she continues to lie).   I just would not have the energy to continue with 'the lying game.'  First of all, I wouldn't have lied, but secondly of all, if I did I just wouldn't have been able to keep it up and would have thrown in the towel a long time ago.  Lee may be an air head, but I do give him credit for "getting out of dodge".

I guess we could take bets on how many times Judge Perry will have to admonish Cindy on the stand. I can see this now. Lee, probably won't act out too much, or will he?

Hi nrcg, I don't think Lee will do anything other than just answer the questions.  I think he has made his stand fairly clear, at least as I see it....he is finished with lying for Kc......and he is not supporting her....however, he is not supporting Caylee either....at least so far in the court room.

I agree Sunny. He's got a life with Mallory and Zam.... I don't think he is willing to do a little time for his sister. He has felt no need to write her or attempt to see her. I think he's been on the web and seen public reaction to his own actions and HOPEFULLY embarrassed enough to back away. Really when you think about it, LEE has Cindy & George by the balls. If they want to be a part of HIS life and the lives of his future family with Mallory, they will have to play very nice with him. No screaming and trying to back him into a corner to lie for Casey. He has the capacity to pick up and leave the state, leaving them behind. No one would blame him at all. And none of that grandparent right stuff, he has proof on video of his own parents bad behavior. JMO

It is going to be very interesting to see the actions, reactions and interactions with this group of misfits on the 15th that's for sure.  No matteer what, I have a feeling they will not disappoint.

I so agree with you on this. I believe they all went into cover up mode and that is why nothing they have done makes any sense. I fully expect CA to try to be so cool on the stand, but get ballistic when they ask what she does not want to tell. She can't do what she did in that deposition and just refuse to tell them anything more. I hope she tries to pull that this time, so she can find herself in jail there for contempt.
Does anybody know at what point the SA could declare CA a hostile witness?  Does it have to be during the trial?

You sure held my attention.  It sounds exactly like what will probably happen.  I remember at one of the bond hearings Cindy was on the stand chomping on her cud, and Judge Strickland had the bailiff to hand her a tissue to remove it.  I wish JP would hold her in contempt, but then that's really too much to hope for, isn't it?

Hi BB......I really think she is going to TRY to walk a straight line in the court room.....I thinks she has been in JP's court enough to know that he will not put up with any of her shenanigans.....so I think she will cry and go the pity party route....I can only HOPE that Jeff or Linda will be able to push her just enough for her true self to appear!!

I don't know for sure.....but with her past history I think they could declare her immediately upon swearing her in.  JMO

It exhausts me just trying to keep up with all of this. They must be well versed in the mistruth business.
Up until now,I think they just haven't been put in their place, and it will be my pleasure to see them get what they have coming.
There will be justice for Caylee.

thanks trim, I don't want to read more into that than it is...but I felt TL was giving a very precise message that AL and BOZO were not in agreement on the defense strategy....just like TL and BOZO weren't. I don't believe for a second that money played any part in her leaving....first of all...most of her work can and was done while not in Orlando.I think it was pretty clear when CM was brought on board that AL was on the way out.....and IMO CM is nothing but someone who is DP qualified......BOZO is running the show and it's gonna be his way or the highway.....and CM doesn't care one way or another..JMO of course

Oh, how I'd love a repeat performance of the Zenaida Gonzales depos.  Especially that silly little self-satisfied grin and wink of the eye to her attorney as if she had accomplished something.  All she did was make a fool of herself and pose exactly as she did to be turned into a Grinch and green all over.  She is argumentative by nature so I hope she argues with the judge or someone.  Then there's George who has a habit of stomping out of the courtroom when he doesn't like a ruling.  I know he hasn't been there for a while, but maybe he'll show up to support Cindy.

I have noticed Cindy chomping on her gum while in court recently, but maybe the judge just requires attorneys not do that.  I sure hope he makes her remove her big wad of Wrigley's, though.

Casey Anthony's mom to answer questions about 911 call
  4:19 EDT p.m. 07/07/10
Casey Anthony's mother must answer questions about a series of 911 calls she made after learning that her granddaughter was missing, according to her mother's attorney.

Brad Conway, Cindy Anthony's lawyer, confirmed today that she and her son Lee were served with subpoenas in late June to be available for testimony for a critical hearing next week.

Part of the hearing, scheduled for Thursday, July 15, will focus on whether 911 calls Cindy Anthony made two years ago should be admitted during trial.

During one of the calls, Cindy Anthony describes the odor in Casey Anthony's car as smelling like a "dead body." The call also recorded Casey Anthony's early account of what happened to 2-year-old Caylee Marie – that she had been taken 31 days earlier
Prosecutors say they want the 911 call admitted because it would "demonstrate to the jury the progression of the defendant's lies about the fate of her daughter."

Casey Anthony's defense team, meanwhile, insists the calls amount to inadmissible hearsay.

"She's going to tell the truth," Conway said today. "She made the phone calls. It's factual. She's going to testify truthfully."

Lee Anthony, Casey Anthony's brother, was present during two of those 911 calls, which were made on July 15, 2008.

Casey Anthony has been charged with first-degree murder in Caylee Marie's death.

Hi BB...yes she loves an argument and she HAS to be right...she made such a fool of herself.  If she has an ounce of self respect she would make a public apology to Mr. Morgan and crew.  I just hope Jeff or Linda can push her just enough so she shows her azz....LOL

That reminds me to try to get a close-up of Casey's fingernails next time she goes to court. LOL
