Casey is a VERY artful liar, IMO. I can’t imagine anyone could have come up with a better story to tell than the lame one she came up with. Granted, it is as full of holes as a sieve, but while I was listening to the audio tapes, I realized that the story of getting jumped and Caylee being stolen in the face of threats, at least takes into account what she told police. I remember Cindy saying that Casey was “trying” to lead police close to the truth and that there was a reason she didn’t immediately call police, etc.

More than anything, I’m astounded at the size of Casey’s cahonies! She took them all the way to a building and right up to a door before she faced them and said she lied. I knew that but was amazed at her cool, collected self in the face of it!

One more thing: I noticed that when Casey was asked about her car, she volunteered and added that she did not “abandon” it there. There was no need to do that. She had explained that it had run out of gas. She also went on to say she had left a couple of notes on it that she was out of gas and would be back to pick it up. That’s pretty telling to me.
Either she did leave notes on the car (along with leaving the purse in the front seat) to draw attention to the abandoned car in hopes it would be stolen, or she again felt the need to embellish the story around the car.

I read Mark Nejames (whatever) comments about Cindy and George being victims and had a tinge of guilt for their manhandling by all of 'us', then I looked at all the available facts and guess what?  They knew Caylee was dead when they smelled the car, they tried to get their liar to tell them,with no success. Then they started their own cover up. For that they deserve NO charity, respect or sympathy, not now and not when Caylee is found if found.

I can't quit thinking about the timing on the internet searches that someone in the Anthony home did for "chloroform". I got to thinking, if it was Casey, she might possibly have asked questions on one of those sites like "Yahoo answers" where you have to create a profile. I've been searching Yahoo answers for people with questions about chloroform to see if any of the profiles look like they could be Casey. I did find one that called herself "Pearl". She posted a question a year ago about where to buy chloroform. Anyway, I have to run out for awhile, but I will continue looking when I get back. Maybe some of you fellow monkeys can look, too.

Maybe it's just me, but how do you take "psychical" action against somebody?  Seems to me that slashing somebody's tires is a physical act.. not a psychical one.  Could be wrong, though..   

At this point, Tony, I agree. I felt differently early on, but the known facts here just scream too loudly to still be hearing Casey.

Does anyone know the date of the searches for chloroform on the anthony computer?

No one but LE. We don't have the computer, but we might possibly be able to track down evidence on the net of that research and find out when it was.

I wish the police had asked her:

1. Why she routinely took Caylee to a babysitter at all since it had just been established that she did not have a job.

2. After Casey stated that she had taken advantage of her Mom, she said that she had used her credit cards, even though she had her own money. I wish the police had asked her where she got her own money since she didn't have a job.

I hear ya, and agree. Regarding the car that "ran out of gas" ...why didn't she ask Tony to bring some gas or why didn't they go get some gas when he picked her up, if that was the only problem? Why abandon it and say her dad will come get it? And just who were the "two guys" who helped her push it into the Amscot parking lot, why have they not surfaced? Just some things I have wondered about.

Does anyone else ever wonder that if Cindy had not called the police on July 15th what would be going on?  Would they just be living life w/out Caylee and accepting that?   Would they live a life of telling people they gave Caylee up for adoption and no one would
know any different?

Imagine if, say, Lee came to the parents house, not knowing there were '2' bodyguards there. He sees one guy on the way in, goes to the bathroom and opens the door. Tell me he wouldn't shit his pants seeing a big gorilla sitting on the toilet!

Why didn't the detective ask:
When you left the car at amscot, if it was out of gas why not get a can and fill it?
Why did you leave your pocketbook in the car?
Why not go back if it was your car (you bought it from your brother right?)
What was that smell?

They might not have known all the details but it is so strange of her to leave the car to possibly be stolen.

This is probably a moot point, but do we even know the gas cans were EVER in the car???  Or was that just something George said?????

To date, nobody seems to have answered as to whether LE actually checked the gas GUAGE. Was it fully functional, intermittent, or, just plain broke.......?

Good morning, all.  I was hoping to log on today and see that something big had finally been released, but the waiting game continues.

I have to say, though, that I trust that LE are doing a great job and trying to do everything right.  It's infuriating to hear that a criminal gets off on a technicality, so for them to take their time and do it right is worth the wait.

I don't believe for a single second that the lack of a murder charge at this point has anything to do with a lack of evidence.   I think we've seen nothing but the tip of the iceberg, and what we've all seen is pretty damning.

Still praying for those in Texas and thanking God for people like Tim, Joseph, and all the rest of the true heroes that repeatedly restore my faith in humanity after seeing the monstrous side of the human race one time too many.

Speculation on Caylee dying goes two ways, accidental or onpurpose,

Accidental poisoning
Accidental overheating
Accidental drowning
Accidental falling

On purpose murder, sale, abandonment.

Some of these can be ruled out if we assume that Caylee,if dead, is hidden, buried, burned or put to sea. 
An accident draws no crime except when hiding something in her system or on her body.

I agree completely.  Listening to the tapes for the first time....everything the detectives said was true----it was only going to get worse and Casey's lies & denial were going to hurt the whole family.   These interviews were conducted on 7/16, before any protestors showed up....so Sorry!

The Anthonys are trying to shift time.  During the 911 calls, there were references to 30 days and 31 days--which would be around June 15.  Within a minutes/hours, the time shifts to a starting point of June 9.  The shifting was to fade the big argument into the background.  Then, the Anthonys were faced with witnesses who had seen Caylee up to the 15th.

The gas cans were reported on the 24th, around 10am.  I think the shifting was the later explanation of George around the trunk with no mention of smelling anything.  We were led to believe Caylee wasn't in the trunk on the 24th, and that expands the time slot.

I believe George didn't know anything at the time he reported the gas cans missing.  Later, he backtracked to confuse the time Caylee went missing.

No. I signed up about 4 months ago for John Heald (Carnival Cruise Director) blog but could never figure out how to use the site. I did go to Casey's site but couldn't see much. I never clicked on a darn thing. I wouldn't have. I would NEVER want to be associated with her or that site.

They could very well be tracking who goes to Casey's Facebook site. I use the Zabasearch site a lot for work, because some of our clients tend to fib to us in order to get freebies from us. Zabasearch provides a lot of info that helps us determine if the clients are being honest. I noticed the other day when I went to search someone at Zabasearch that they can now track who is being searched and let that person know.

invision ... I truly believe that Casey and George had not anticipated Cindy calling 911.  They did not anticipate the law entering the scenario.

I believe that the plan was to revealed the truth to Cindy and Lee when the timing deemed right.  Casey and George knew that Cindy would be hearbroken ... she would be angry but ... she would protect them from the legal consequences of their actions and ... she would live a lie for a lifetime ... a lie that implied that Caylee had been given up for adoption.

Thank you, everyone for the nice Welcome.   I've been a regular blogger on the SM site since 2006---finally decided to come in the forums.   While I don't consider myself pc illiterate....going to have to finagle around in here a bit so I can figure this out.    Guess I can go through the help pages...lol    I just enjoy catching up on everything here.   Haven't been as engrossed as much in a missing persons case since NH, never forget our Nat.   

PS-  I know this sounds mean, but I am so disgusted w/the Anthony family- I feel a little guilty that I have not contributed monetarily to the search for Caylee Anthony as I have in the past to NH.....I just can't get my head around Cindy Anthony supporting her daughter when it's obvious she is covering for her!   I feel badly about it but I would rather open my wallet to those who are deserving and appreciative of it.

This point is a red flag for me. I really do think that George and Cindy thought Casey was still working at Universal. I know they gave her money, but it would have been in the amounts of "extra", not only. I still think it's possible that Casey was an escort. For two years she had routinely left the house with Caylee, "going to work" and somewhere in all this, Cindy said that Casey hadn't been away for more than 2 days at a time. I just can't see Casey being maternal enough to entertain Caylee all day while she's faking work.  :smt102

Lexis Nexis search is a paid service used by most police departmets. It is out of Ohio. Could George still have access to this search engine from his days in the police department?

I am going to my son's football game today. One of the parents, a dad, works as a dective for OCDO. I haven't seen him there in a couple of weeks but he had been pretty open about the case a few weeks ago. I think because he is not working this case, he can talk about it.

I am going to ask him his theories and about the general feelings of the OSDO and what they think happened.  I will let you know, let's just hope he is there today!

That's a very interesting point. If a child isn't enrolled in school or daycare, I don't know that anyone would be suspicious, as long as personal friends or relatives had a plausible explanation.

If you didn't sign up at Facebook, then she must be reading here.  Sometime, in the last few days, you posted your email address here.  I wonder if they're attempting to lure people into making disparaging comments about the 'mother of the year' for future lawsuits (ie: another get rich quick scheme).  I believe there was some mention of that by JB a while back.  Reading what I just typed, I sure sound paranoid  ::MonkeyEek::, then again we're talking about the Anthony's.

I know I am not alone in thinking Casey meant "close to God" or something similar, not close in physical proximity. I remember Cindy trying to figure out what Casey meant by "close." This "close to God" theory falls right into place when they said she would be "at her 3rd birthday party."

I had not noticed that comment in red that I underlined before, and can't help but think perhaps her body is not in Orlando.

It is not hard to invite a friend by their email on Facebook. I only signed up a few months ago to get in touch with a lost relative about her ill grandmother so I don't really use for anything else however there is a page that gives you several options and on is invite a friend and you just add their email. I would assume it then sends them an invite and then will ask for you sign in or to register if you aren't (just guessing).

If you post on other websites under the same name be sure your profile does not have your email because this leaves you open for things like this. I would say whoever is filling the "friends" of Casey on her Facebook or whatever are watching for anyway to add numbers. Actually the sick thing is....there are people who like being friends of people like death row inmates, prisoners they have never met, etc.

What the heck is Cindy doing, weeding?!? She has been out there bending over for about half an hour now!

Yardwork must be more important than searching for Caylee.  The Anthonys' sure have strange priorities!

Casey states during an interview that she heard from Z via a phone call on the 12th, She spoke briefly to Z and then Caylee came on the phone. When asked what was said Casey told them Caylee was talking about her shoes and a book she was reading. Asked whether Caylee missed her mom Caset said no and that Caylee was always like that (doesnt show emotion). Askd when she was ever gone that long to have shown no emotion before Casey said Caylee was never apart from her for more than one day.   Asked again about what exactly Caylee said, Casey reiterated book and shoe conversation and couldnt be specific.  She said she worried when no "adult" was on the phone after Caylee and then the phone went dead. Asked why she did not call the police immediatley casey gave her bs again.  Lie after Lie

Dispatch: okay, did you guys call and report a vehicle stolen?

Casey: um. Yes, my mom did.

Dispatch: okay. So is the vehicle stolen too?

Casey: no. this is my vehicle.

Dispatch: what vehicle was stolen?

Casey: um, it's a 98 Pontiac Sunfire.

Dispatch: okay, I have deputies on the way to you right now for that. So now your 3 year old daughter is missing? Caylee Anthony?

I believe Caasey's story is that on June 15, she had a call from Caylee. Casey did not speak to an "adult" during that call.

Just some quick info about facebook. If you sign up it somehow will show you a list of possible people you might know already on face book and this is done using your personal email list stored on your computer. It matches your email list up to people who have already joined facebook.If you sign up and begin adding friends it gives you lists of people you and your new friend might have in common. Its all done by email adresses. So if you sign up for face book dont use the same email adress that you give to friends for forums if you want to remain private , otherwise you all get connected up together on facebook.

I apologize for jumping to conclusions.  The speculation that abounds in regards to either Lee or George being Caylee's father does not set well with me.  There does not appear to be any credible foundation for that speculation and ... until there is ... out of respect for Caylee ... I will not go there.

Casey's former boyfriend??  Considering documentation implies Casey had sexual relations with these guys ... there is a foundation that speculation can be based on.  I believe in the process of elimination in regards to potential suspects ... LE should be pursuing this issue.

last time I checked there was still not much info being released by the LE on Nicole's death... such as manner or items found. They seem to be keeping this very quiet. I've been looking for updates but have not seen anything new for over a week - anyone else? She seems to have been found under some brush or something and someone tried to conceal her. (IIRC)

her husband is devastated, as to be expected.

Emergency response team members used machetes to cut through the brush in hopes of finding possible evidence. Deputies said they haven't found a lot of items, but they did find a black baseball cap and the back of a cell phone charger. IMO Nursing home officials would have no reason to lie either way in this case ... you have the signed book, the date and time stamp on the video and then the argument neighbors heard at the anthony home that evening ....  Personally I believe Caylee was alive for the majority of the day on June 15th ... sadly I also believe this is the evening where she met her dimise..... we know Casey spent the night at Tony's that night alone ..... I do not believe Georges story that he saw Casey and Caylee the early afternoon of June 16th.

Before this girl had put her myspace to private she had Zeniada as her name.  Somebody at another site said it was 'the one'.  She also had pictures of her kids Jasmine (sp) and Michelle on there.  Remember, on the guest card for Sawgrass that Zeniad also listed her kids as Jasmine and Michelle.

I'm surprised they actually kept a log. Who fills out the log? The visitor or the nurses?  Maybe it's different these days, but when my mom worked in a nursing home, I went there many times and never signed a log.. even though my mom wasn't on duty at the time.  Even after she quit and went back to visit a patient, we never signed anything.

I go to the nursing home every week to see Mom and have never signed in/out.  They know me well....  The only time I sign their book is when I borrow my Mom, kind of like a liberary book!!!!!  Des, I've been missing you.

It could be.. maybe it depends. If it's a nice nursing home?  The last nursing home my mom went to, she said a lot of people didn't have visitors.  This one man was always in the hallway, and he always seemed to be looking for family to visit him..  he thought my sister and I were his granddaughters, I think.  The man my mom took a liking to (she often cut his hair for him, and would take him out to eat), had family in the area, but they never came to visit him.  It's very sad.  ::MonkeyNoNo::    So many of these people get shuffled off to places like that, and it's pretty much "out of sight, out of mind" for their relatives.

Considering Cindy's frantic words to the 911 operator ... I contend she had no idea that Caylee had met with foul play.  I suspect that she was just desperately trying get out of her daughter when Caylee was.  In other words ... she was telling the truth.

Cindy claims it was a month since she last saw Caylee ... Casey claims it was 31 days since she last saw Caylee  When I backtrack 31 days/ one monthe from July 15th ... the date is June 15th.

Why was the date changed to June 9th by George, Cindy and Casey a few days later?  Could it be that Cindy was now aware of the truth regarding the happenings encompassing her grandaughter and ... they were all messing with the timeline in an attempt to obstruct the investigation.

There's the connection.  I know on my kids myspace pages I look at all their friend's pages and their friends' pages, too.  So I wonder if CA did the same on William's/Amy's page and just picked a Spanish person as the nanny, knowing that would really make her mom mad (since her mom doesn't like Spanish people as it was noted in earlier comments).

Carpe, the nursing home log-in is easily changed, but, is it POSSIBLE to change a date/time stamp on a video camera?  If so, what a PERFECT alibi !!!!!

I listened to these tapes last night, and hearing her talk about it is quite different than reading it.  She was relieved by the end of the second interview, even giggling once they took the pressure off and were "nice" to her.  They definately could see by her actions that she was a psychopath.  When she admitted she was petrified by her mother's reaction to Caylee being gone, she talked about she herself possibly never seeing Caylee again, as if she was talking about a lost item of clothing.  Absolutely no emotion or care.  All of the Antony's complaining about protesters, media etc., when they can hear for themselves"  CASEY DIDN"T CARE!"".  They warned her, and she didn't care about who was hurt, or what anyone thought of her.  They need to put the blame where it belongs, directly on Casey's shoulders.  This is the most sickening thing I have ever seen or heard.  George, Cindy and Lee need to be electro shocked back into reality.  As for Casey, the electric chair is not bad enough for her.

This is kinda off topic, but goes to show you the difference in the way some handle dealing with their missing kids:  My son is over in Iraq right now.  He's on his second deployment.  His first deployment was in 2003-2004.  While home, he went through the police academy and became a county police officer.  Then last October he got called back to Iraq and was home on R&R in August.  While home he said he wanted to post missing children on his myspace page which he did.  I know he posted one that he showed me, anyway, I got an email from him yesterday and he said the mother of the missing person he posted on his myspace page emailed him and thank him for posting her daughter's picture!!!  My son was so surprised and it really made him feel like  he was getting the word out!  See, I just don't understand the Anthony's...not at all.  I would be at the police department camping out just so I could hear anything about my granddaughter.  I would be out searching myself.  I would be posting flyers in every town, city and state.  I would not be sitting at home unless I was having one of my major panic attacks...sitting at home wouldn't really be an option, you know?

I also noted that Casey said (in the audio tapes) that Zenaida went to the apartment that turned out to be a senior center.  It makes me think she followed this Zenaida around at one time.

About Facebook, I use it all the time. Only when you go to other Facebook "friends" does it show friends in common. Those are done by addresses stored on Facebook not you personal computer. You cannot access people who don't have you listed as friends. Someone posted that your email address may have been compromised by posting it here or on other blogs. Also on Facebook profile you specify what leval of privacy. Mine is only friends can view.

Caylee was last seen June 15th, Father's Day. Jogger killed June 10th .

It's very easy to change a date and time stamp on equipment ... however .... LE could tell IF this was done ... the original date and time stamp would remain on "file" similar to the hard drive of a computer ... when LE checked the date and time stamp they contended that it had not been altered and that this date and time was correct .... this was discussed in earlier threads ...

In a sworn statement, Cindy's mom and Caylee's great grandmother said that she saw Caylee on June 15, she remembers it because it was Father's Day.

Here's a possiblity:

June 15, 2008 Cindy and Caylee go to visit GGP at the facility - CASEY did not go.  Cindy finds out from her mother that Casey had stolen money from her account.

June 15, 2008pm - Casey comes home and they get into a huge arguement. 
      a.  Casey leaves without Caylee and spends the night with Tony.  Casey returns early in the morning to the Anthony   home.

      b.  Case leaves with Caylee, uses chloroform or drugs to keep Caylee asleep and leaves Caylee in the car while she sleeps with Tony.  Casey goes to her car on the 16th to find Caylee is dead. (this would also mean George is wrong about what day he last saw Caylee and Casey).

I just made mention of it because when I signed up and didnt know how it worked it had a list of possible friends for me and 6 of the friends right off the bat where people who had my email and I have there email also from an ebay group I belong to. I had no clue they were on facebook. And I didnt know quite yet about the privacy level as I was new to it. If its not email then Im not sure how they obtained that list of friends for me unless they (my friends)had all previoulsy searched my email adress previously at facebook that might have been it..

Cindy IS messed up bigtime.  Geo too.  Both lie right out in the open.  Example:  Cindy's call to 911 on a damned dead body smell in her car.  Later she goes to great lengths to call that odor rotten pizza smell.  The two smells aren't even comparable  How stupid does she think people are???   She lives her daily lie.  The whole family does.  In certain psychosocial circles lies are associated with evil.  There is truly evil in this world.  Cindy and Geo raised the vilest kind of evil person, Casey.

No I hadnt listed any groups in my profile, the first thing I saw there was list of my possible friends. Some on the list were my friends and some werent.all I can figure now is my email  musta have been searched previously by my friends and then ends up in a myspace data base they keep .
Sorry I dont want everyone to think myspace is compromising everyones email adresses, what i shouldve said is if a person (from forum) or not has your email and searches it in Facebook and you are a member there under that email your profile will come up at myspace.

1.  Incident report - policeman states:  "I sealed the vehicle as evidence and Johnson's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the residence to the Orange County Sheriff's Lab, whilie I followed behind."

The car was sealed before it ever left the residence...no dead body was placed into it after it was towed to the lab, Cindy!

2.  Lazzaro's statement - Tony stated that from the beginning of June 2008 to July 15, 2008, Ms. Anthony lived with Mr. Lazzaro at 3843 Sutton Place Boulevard and that Ms. Anthony would bring Caylee Anthony there during the day but that Caylee NEVER spent the night at 3843 Sutton Place Boulevard.

WHERE on earth was Caylee every single night???  We know that she was NOT with Cindy and George because Casey!

In the 400 page docs.  (don't remember where offhand) but it mentions on June 19 a Mr Crisp received a call from Casey regarding an apartment in one of his complexes.  Later that day Tony & Casey went and filled out a form. 

What I'm thinking is if Tony & Casey were looking at apartments, maybe Casey also went to Sawgrass to look and that's when she discovered Zenaida Gonzalez's form and just took it from there.

Here is a link to the house on Lake Jessup Road in Oviedo. Click on the house pics..it is the SAME HOUSE. Judging by Caylee's appearance (hair, etc.) in comparison to the video of her on Father's Day, I think the pic is fairly recent. I strongly believed the wooded area behind that house needs to be searched. This is proof that Casey has been there and is familiar with that location (which has been vacant since APRIL)

Good day, everyone! About Facebook, I could be wrong, but this is my understanding:
When you first register for facebook, a screen will pop up asking you for your yahoo email password, so you can sign into yahoo mail & facebook will automatically search for the people in your yahoo address book. However, you do not even have to perform this option. Above where it says to enter your yahoo password is a small "skip" button. If you put in your yahoo email password, it would automatically use your yahoo address book to search facebook for matches to find your friends. Also, if one of your friends does it, and you are in there address book, it will automatically match you with them. This happened to me. When I first registered, I typed in my email addy & it told me that a friend of mine wanted to be my friend. It was a girl I haven't talked to in ages. When she first registered for facebook, she did enter her yahoo password so facebook would automatically find the people in her addy book. I wasn't registered at the time she did this, but months later, when I did register, it still recognized me from her addy book & automatically requested me as a friend. I had JUST registered and already had a friend request from her.

I guess when you do the yahoo address book search, it stores the email addy's that were not found on facebook. Then if an email match registers there, it automatically connects u. But as far as how casey got your email addy's is beyond me. I also thought that you had to approve a friend request? Like your just getting messages saying casey CONFIRMED your friend request, sounds like you requested her and she approved the request. Now, I know a few of you said you never requested her, so I'm just befuzzled as to how she was automatically added to your friends. Even if she did have your emails to search for you, you would still have to approve her friend request. Am I right? I wonder if this made any sense. And when facebook gives you "possible" friend results, it is just done by matching your networks. Your location and hometown.
