It's all good. If were are annoyed and frustrated, so is the jury.
By him attacking this intelligent, likeable Dr, he adds to the docs credibility.

yup! it makes him look like a huge bully. between him, mumbles, and the evil casey anthony this defense team is def pissing off the jury

I wonder if there have ever been studies that show how the relative number of "sustained" or "overrulled" objections affect outcomes of the trial.  For example, lets say in a particular trial, both the prosecution and the defense raise 20 objections each.  But most of the prosecution's objections are sustained, and most of the defense's objections are overruled.  Just curious Smile

I thought he was one of the alternates but I could be wrong

IDK the answer to your question, but earlier Bill Scheaffer said if one doesn't object at the time, it's lost forever.  No coming back to it.
