Is anyone keeping track of side bars and objections from the Dufense?  If I was on this jury I would be so mad at having to leave the court room over and over again!

The juror with the back issue that needs to walk to stretch his back out  is probably even frustrated.

They're going to have to set up chairs at that side bar soon.  And the poor court reporter needs her equipment on wheels.

I think in grade 7 science they talk about control samples.  Not sure why Bobo keeps beating this horse when Dr Vass has been very clear on protocols for the control sample.

Again.  He goes on and on which, in turn...helps the STATE.  So whateva BOZO.

It's all good. If were are annoyed and frustrated, so is the jury.
By him attacking this intelligent, likeable Dr, he adds to the docs credibility.

So what was the point of the spelling lesson with the red crayon?  Did I miss something?

He was going to go with a chain of thought, even started to say "And...." and then switched to a different approach (the current one - which is also not going so well for him).

I think they ended up ruling that guy out, didn't they?

I think the diving rod question should be saved for Dominic Casey and Jenny Lucas.  Just sayin'.

You can say that again.

I wonder if there have ever been studies that show how the relative number of "sustained" or "overrulled" objections affect outcomes of the trial.  For example, lets say in a particular trial, both the prosecution and the defense raise 20 objections each.  But most of the prosecution's objections are sustained, and most of the defense's objections are overruled.  Just curious Smile

IDK the answer to your question, but earlier Bill Scheaffer said if one doesn't object at the time, it's lost forever.  No coming back to it.
