If that is a fire, it surely must be contained in something, not just burning on top of the grass. I can't believe the person wouldn't have already been arrested for something otherwise.

Yes, I just now saw a slight head movement in mine too.

Ya know, I can't for the life of me understand why on earth the Anthonys would have their palm trees pruned the other day, in the middle of all this mess.

Might be.. I'm trying to figure out if those are people separate from fire dude/chick, or pals.. they're kinda off to the side.  But somebody else keeps standing over fire dude/chick, and bending over.
