NR can you tell the date on that document?? I can read the ______ day of December, 2009, but can't make out the day.

to me it looks like it says 9th  (i definately see the "th) i swear i see the circle of the 9 and a line angling to the bottom left (because its angled in that picture..)

or it could be 19th. there may be a faint "1" before the "9" - but considering the 19th was after the the incident with EJ reporting him missing when he was with the Smiths - i still think its the 9th

Have photoshop.. adjusted the contrast (darkened the dark.. lightened the light).. I think it says 9th still

Everytime I read something from Tammi I need a glass of wine.  I have been having the worst time trying to post and do spell check which obviously I need.

They must be having server issues. Any way , I played with the power of attorney to try and work out the date it is very blurred, but it looks like it might be the 2nd, just a guess.  How did Tammi get a power of a attorney with only Elizabeth signing it and not Logan?

If EJ left at night, she may have given Gabriel some meds and he slept most of the night. She could have gone a long way without stopping. Young folks can wait a lot longer than us old folks to go to the bathroom.

lol could be the 9th too... I played with it as well ,the copy is not easy to work with. When did Elizabeth drop Gabriel off at Tammi's? I guess I could look it up.

Good grief, this absolutely makes me sick.  Praying to God is holy.  To use prayer to make oneself look better . . . well, I won't get on that soap box.  Careful Tammi, calling on God will get an answer, but you may not like it, it's not a game and He will make sure you understand that.

First off if she were that holy of a person she would not be a liar. lies do not = God it's that simple

I don't believe she really got a phone call from EJ on Friday. She is just covering because she probably has been advised of being charged with co conspiracyHer defense will be, EJ set me up to take the fall with her. Everything she has done and said so far in my opinion is to cover her sorry hinny.   

I am sure it can be proven by the jail and or phone records as to whether or not EJ did call her, so for her to lie about that is foolish IMO. I guess she just can not help herself.

The text she sent to Logan, isn't that an admission she knew where EJ was? Was she going to send a magic fax? Didn't she say at one point she didn't know and thought the baby was with Logan that weekend and she was surprised by it all?
