IF kc takes the stand, can she take the 5th to the questions asked by Linda?
 

Once you take the 5th then that stops all questions.  So, theoretically, she could take the stand and answer the defense questions, then take the 5th.  However, I wonder if there would be some legal loophole.  If I were a juror and a witness pulled a trick like that, I wouldn't believe one single word out of that witness's mouth.

no no.  if you waive your fifth amendment right and take the stand and testify then you are waiving the right against self incrimination.  She can't decide to only answer the questions that she wants if she does testify and then take the fifth.  it is kinda all or nothing.  she either testifies or she doesn't.  Now, I have never heard of a defendant just straight up refusing to answer questions by the prosecution after answering defense questions- that would be interesting.

What I find very amusing is that Bobo was making fun of Dr Vass for dowsing, and yet Ginnette the psychic claims she is an experienced dowser before she discovered all her abilities and we are to believe Dom and his story.

WHOA.. NG has Terry Lenamon on and in a roundabout way brought up overmedicating your child... it seemed like he agreed and stated she was immature and had childhood trauma     

Immature is the least of her issues, childhood trauma well that's arguably probably provoked by her own despicable behavior & over lies she had already started to spin to anyone that would believe her, even if she was "abused" it does not rise to the level of explaining the fact that she murdered a young innocent baby girl.  For that matter if she was provoked to kill due to that "trauma" her victim should have been her alleged molester.  As far as overmedicating that can be a lesser a degree but overdosing a child with a toxic substance, in essence poison cannot be considered accidental as it should NEVER be administered in the first place which upon a child is aggravated child abuse, if death occurs as a result of that its felony murder.

Good post; I'll add in a "home-made" "toxic" substance, showing all the pre-meditation in the world - and even if it was an accident, chloroform is a carcenogenic - it causes cancer - more likely than not, Caylee would have ended up dying of cancer.

Yes, and it makes my blood boil....especially when a few individuals try to minimize it as an accidental act as if its not despicable enough to use such a thing on a child to begin with.   Its not like they rubbed there gums with scotch due to teething like back in the old days.

OMG! I remember someone saying she brought Tyson chicken nuggets (those frozen chicken nuggets in the red bag)!!! I don't remember if it was Tony or Jesse though. Ugh I'm sickened.

I thought that too, when Tony said kc bought bags of food from the a's house.
Also was a few months ago, someone stated (can't remember who) that ca bought a new freezer, washier/dryer.  Anyone know about this?
