ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Judge Belvin Perry ruled Casey Anthony competent to proceed in her murder trial on Monday. On Saturday, the defense filed a motion that Casey be examined by three psychologist to determine her competency to proceed in her trial.

Being a narcissistic sociopath does NOT show up in psych evaluations. It's a character flaw, not a mental illness. She's fine to proceed DUH!!!!

I think it is shown as a personality disorder.   And to date, I have not heard that personality disorders respond to medication or counseling.  In fact, traditional "talk therapy" is a total waste.

I think KC was giddy because she thought she was walking AND because she had been the total focus of attention for the testing. 

I agree. I also think that maybe there was a plea attempt, which was shot down by the Prosecution, so Casey had a temper tantrum, so the Defense requested a psych eval. She wasn't just seen by 1, she was seen by 3. Or was it 2 psychiatrists? Plus she was seen on Saturday as well as Sunday.
