Finnel started mitigating this during jury selection.

She's there now to add any imput into more mitigation..ie the shrink reports...now she wll have Baez put George and Lee and Cindy up on the stand to try to get more family innuendo out there...won't work thuogh..the jury has got to be shell shocked by now.  They just want to get this over with..

when taken in totality and not looking at the little details - heck even when looking at the little details - the defense really has been laughable and done nothing to even dent the state case.
