Anthony Defense Team Adds Attorneys
Dorothy Clay Sims Introduced At News Conference

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense team on Tuesday announced the addition of new attorneys to its roster.
Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, and fellow defense attorney, Cheney Mason, introduced Dorothy Clay Sims at a news conference and also said that Ann Finnell will now represent Anthony.

In addition, Charles Green, of Orlando, will take over Anthony's civil case, Baez and Mason announced.

Anthony is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008.

Anthony has pleaded not guilty. Her trial is scheduled to begin in May.

High Profile Attorney May Be Added To Casey Anthony Defense Team

KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez announced the addition of two new attorneys to the defense team during a news conference on Tuesday.

Baez said a new attorney was added to the team as an expert on the death penalty -- a role previously held by Andrea Lyon, who left the case in June.
Baez introduced attorney Ann Finnell during the news conference.

"Her experience is second to none," Baez said.
Baez said local attorney Charles Green will also join the team and serve as substitution of counsel.

"He's taking responsibilities of the civil case," attorney Cheney Mason.

Recently, Ocala attorney Dorothy Clay Sims was added to the team to focus on depositions leading up to the trial, which is set for May, 2011.

Sims said she has met with Anthony, but would not fo into any specifics about the case.

"My heart is in it because I believe in the case," Sims said. "I believe in the facts, and I believe in these two men (Baez and Mason)."

Sims said she has not owned a TV set in more than ten years. She said she has stayed up to date with the case through the Internet.

The news conference was held outside the attorney's Kissimmee office.

You know, I don't give a damn who they bring on board for Casey's defense. She's going to hell in a hand basket and no one can save her from that. God has his hand on this and I truly believe that justice will be done. Shame on those who think this is a game, doing this for "fun" or a movie deal. Karma is a bitch and those who have facilitated misdirection, knowingly accuse innocent people and destroy others lives for the sake of someone they KNOW is guilty, will ultimately pay the price. The Lord will replay what Casey did, he will show them their own greedy thought process and how they acted effected others. They are the ones who will stand before the Lord and have to explain their actions. No lying, no excuses, no calling on the laws of the land. Caylee will have her justice, here on earth and in heaven.

Can I get an AMEN?

Me too, one thing for sure and that is he won't get rich if he does so why take it on when he is doing just fine without this case of clowns.

I am of the opinion that the Roy Black involvement was fabricated to get the media to attend the presser---to allow the Jar to spout off about the Greer case.   I can't believe they paraded Sims in front of the cameras like a pet pony.   And we're supposed to believe that a professional who can't figure out a tv, ( ) is supposed to poke holes in scientific evidence?  And Baez can't remember what year this is? (stumbling over his whining about delayed discovery-"Aug. of 2008 and here it is, uh, August, September of 2009")
You know what?  I know what the Baez Smirk is all about.  It's more commonly referred to as a "sh-- eating grin."  And I wish he would.
