More important is if she deleted that day's emails at a later time shows she was trying to get rid of evidence that she worked that date - Bozo & Cindy's fingerprints all over this

Cindy has a real advantage at this point, to be able to sit in the courtroom and listen. I can't imagine how she can explain away this testimony, but she sure knows what the jury will know.

She cant, even if she lies that someone else in the office used her system, that would be a violation I believe

Cindy says she may have been home when the searches were done, but if she said she did the searches isn't it obvious that she's saying she was home???

What I'd like to know is how Cindy remembers being home at the specific times LDB asked about, originally? They were very specific and I sure has heck couldn't remember something like that.

If the excel sheet was cut in half, they should have put it on legal paper and turned it to landscape. JMO.

I suspect it was even too big for that. They've taken database records and put them into excel is my guess.

Can someone tell me...is Cindy claiming that she was home most of that day or has she said she was 'back and forth' from work that day?  I'm just curious if she isn't going to say it didn't log her out because she came BACK to work within that 5 hr window and did more work...?

Her boss and fellow employees can clear that up.

They should!  A nurse who smells picks up her daughter's abandoned decomp smelling vehicle from a tow yard, child seat still intact, and doesn't call LE? The same nurse admittedly removes items from the car and cleans them. The same nurse who perjures herself in a first degree Death penalty murder trial?  The same nurse's false testimony subjects a medical corporation to federal review.  FL should pull her license. MOO

THANK YOU - this is what has bugged me all along - she is a nurse, he's a cop and they went on as if nothing was going on. Never made any sense.

She's crafty. What she testified was that she did the searches, and if the home computer forensics showed those searches on a given date, then she was home on that date and time.
