now you have the actor who played the alcoholic... Now you need the movie.

Yes I do...

But I have to be honest...I can't think of a movie Dick Van Dyke had to do with alcholism....well i sort of remember something but can't remember the name of it......

Well you keep  thinking....  I need to take my afternoon nap now...

Here is one to think on....   I had a pole vaulter on my track team, years ago, by the name of Jeff Mueller.   He produced a film with Kevin Costner.  what was it?????

 Laughing

Jeff A. Mueller producer on 'Waterworld'.

yup,  just one of the students who were around at that time.  Another named Billy co-stared in movies of Vietnam, Mississippi and Christ...  Is still making movies.

Not, Willem DeFoe?

and carnut:  Would that be Chitty Chitty Bang Bang?

And Carnut:  right actor and actress, wrong movie...

Guess again.

yes, he changed his name slightly.  His father is a doctor here in town.  They pronounced  the last name ( Day - Foe)  I do believe the year book has his first name as William.

Hopefully you are referring to the car pictured above.

Nope that car is not in 'It happened one night'.

The car belonged to a 'fun loving' couple in the movie.

The Roadster reminds me of an old movie,   "Topper"  with Cary Grant...   I loved to watch those when I was a kid

That's the 'Long Long Trailer'.

It's a New Moon trailer and Desi has traded in his old Mercury for a new 53 Mercury Convertible to pull the trailer.

In the mountain climbing scene though they used a Lincoln to pull the trailer, guess they figured no one would notice.
