Some one E-mail Nancy and ask her to ask the Anthony family / friends to provide a picture or sketch of the frigging person that Casey left/dumped/sold Caylee to   PLEASE.

If they think Caylee is alive with someone  lets get a pic of that person on National news so Cindy will  shut her mouth !!!

Didn't the LE already go that route?  The Zenadia Gonzalez that came forward from what was told looked nothing like the picture, and when Casey was shown a "line up" of photo's she could not even pick her out.

I think they will be able to put Casey away for a LONG, LONG time even if Caylee's body isn't found.

I think that what they have is pretty darned compelling.

What I'm wondering is if they can test the sample hairs they have of Caylee's - (from her hairbrush at the house) to see if chloroform has been used on her in the past.  (I think someone might have mentioned this last night)

Does anyone know if the hair would show traces of it having been in her system?

I was asking bout this last thread, couldn't they tell from the hair strand if she had been drugged in the past,  anybody think that may be the case, and can't they do a bone test too,  providing they find her body, to check for signs any kinds of drugs? Sorry for being so graphic.

Forensics can determine most of the usual recreational drugs through hair... don't know about chloroform.

They can identify EVERY drug which a person has used for months. The longer the hair, the longer timeline they can make. The Body Farm, at U.T. has done some astonishing work on deceased bodies in this. I am sure when the Body Farm people came into this investigation, they were given ALL the things available for research.

Maybe the search for a body is part of a clever ruse by LE or lawyer Baez.  Make the real people who have Caylee careless for just a moment...and she will be found.

UPDATE - Casey Anthony likely to leave jail by mid morning on Friday - 500,000 dollar bail has been posted with the Clerk of the Court and is being processed by the jail

…I have verified that the jail is now in possession of paperwork provided by the Clerk of the Court that will satisfy the $500,000 bail on the Child Neglect Charge. Bail has already been satisfied on the other 11 charges. The jail is now processing the bonds provided by the clerk. When that process is complete, I will send out further details from the public record on this matter.

Due to the home confinement requirement the earliest this release could occur is mid morning Friday morning.

The release of Casey Anthony is blocked at this time by a home confinement hold and one other internal “undisclosed” hold. The undisclosed hold, just like last time, will likely be cleared and not delay the release. The home confinement hold will be cleared at the time of release. Since defendant Anthony was already on home confinement the last time she was out on bond, everything should be in place to allow the release to occur in the morning around mid morning.

The release will occur through the front doors of the Booking and Release Center at 3855 John Young Parkway, Orlando. The media restrictions there will be exactly as announced last time. I will resend those restrictions in the next update.

The morning video visit is still showing on the schedule for 9 a.m., but if Casey Anthony is being prepared for release, she will not be available for that visitation. I’ll update you on this later, once I have official information.

Yes, I believe thay can do a drug test on the hair found.  It would tell them a great deal.

She electronically, via the internet, paid her cell phone bill, using Amy's funds. I'm sur LE is aware of this. I'll bet she goes back on this

Wire fraud is a legal concept in the United States Code which provides for enhanced penalty of any criminally fraudulent activity if it is determined that the activity involved electronic communications of any kind, at any phase of the event. As in the case of mail fraud, this statute is often used as a basis for a separate federal prosecution of what would otherwise have been only a violation of a state law.

The crime of wire fraud is codified at 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and reads as follows:

    Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

In one important case (United States v. LaMacchia (1994) -- text at eff.org), an MIT student was charged with wire fraud when he could not be charged with criminal copyright infringement (having not personally profited from the online distribution of millions of dollars worth of illegally copied software). The United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, dismissed the charges, noting they were an attempt to find a broad federal crime where the more narrowly defined one had not occurred. Congress promptly amended the copyright law to limit further use of this loophole.

The alleged misrepresentation to support a conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 1343 must be a material misrepresentation. Neder v. United States, 527 U.S. 1, 23 (1999). A misrepresentation that is capable of influencing or has a "natural tendency" of influencing a decision is material. Id. at 13.

Thus, the essential elements of the crime of wire fraud are:

(1) Devise or intend to devise a scheme or artifice to defraud another person based on a material representation; (2) With the intent to defraud; (3) through the use of interstate wire facilities (e.g. telecommunications of any kind).
