Hey guys, some of you may have read I wasnt feeling well  so I laid down for a bit, during that time we got hit with a humdinger of a storm & got kicked off line...Im caught up with posts, still reading the package released today.  To be honest, so far some interesting things as well as a few disappointing realizations (IMHO nothing earth shaking, there is plenty to convict this vile creature).

This is a gem from Bill Scheaffer over at WFTV in the video posted already:

"This defense has always been like the shifting sands of the desert, it just seems to change with whatever is released by way of evidence & there is not any uniformity.  And now we're just finding more and more the statements they make regarding the evidence isnt true and it makes them look desperate and it makes them look untruthful, none of which is to Casey Anthony's benefit."

I concur, have said this since July 17th 2008 when we first saw Bozo & Cindy bloviating bunk and bull, belligerently at times I might add.

I haven't been through too much of this stuff because of the storms.

Tks Trimm, its getting a bit better.   I'll drink plenty of fluids & go easy on what I choose to eat the next day or two - have an appt Mon scheduled because I have to make sure I dont let infections or congestion go...no worries this too shall pass

I dont see it but what is notable today is that there were other references to it in the discovery so it cant be claimed now that it was seen by or noted by one person & that it was an interpretation

I thought I saw it on the left end of the tape on slide 5 and 6. But I agree it looks like it could be on 8 as well.

I have stared and stared, and maybe I'm trying too hard. I'm not good at those picture things where you see pictures in pictures either, so maybe that is it. I will stare at it some more.

Yes.  It has not moved from the OCSO CSI garage.  It still smells horrible.

NR that was also in the last doc drop.  What I took from it was that the FBI wanted to come look at the entire trunk and the entire interior because OCSO didn't process the entire car.  And I am still waiting to see where those docs are for processing the rest of the car..not the bits and pieces that OCSO sent them.

The clothing being washed was I thought Cindy was more or less saying all the clothing taken from the car had been washed..and anything in the closet had been washed prior.  However almost every piece of clothing that Casey owned showed up as stained at the lab.....yet they couldn't find any DNA per the items we have seen tested so far.  Just thought that was interesting.  Cindy most do all of Casey's laundry...I know that would have been the last thing on my mind at the time.  I also would have given to the OCSO to do whatever they wanted with it..I wouldn't want to put clothing with that smell on it in my house or my washing machine.

Rosebud calls 911 to report "I found my daughter's car today and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

Rosebud said  when they picked up from Amscot on the June 30 there was no odor NO ODOR (that video rings in my ears still..NO ODOR!)


Mid July Rosebud said they found rotten pizza-- whatever it was -- something decomposing in there then goes on about the whole "you know how hot it has been in Florida"

Lastly Rosebud says "Maybe someone put a body in the car after it went to the tow yard. Why don't you call them about their security?"

The car still smells horrible Oct 1, so  Rosebud has gone through many stories and much effort but still looks like an idiot on a cover up mission with each doc dump over the car smell. JMO

Isn't the image #8 the backside of the tape? It looks to me as though all the adhesive from the duct tape has mostly worn off, leaving the tangle of strenthening threads. The print of the duct tape is back wards too, leading me to believe it is the back of the silver top part. Does that make sense? But now I do see the outline, and wonder why it would be on that side.

Casey's Tat DID NOT Match the Art from The Shop.. Why?

Aside from the fact that a missing dot on a design could just simply be an artist omission, it only bolsters the fact that Casey KNEW Caylee did NOT make it to her third birthday, & got this tattoo in a premeditated attempt to forward her story to cover the fact that she killed Caylee herself in addition to the concept that she got it to indicate that Casey would now have a "beautiful life" being free from the responsibility & burden of motherhood.   A few hollywood types have gotten this phrase tatted, Lindsay Lohan for one, but like everything else Casey has attempted she got this wrong too.  One could also theorize that it had something to do with the known triangle of grandmother/mother/daughter & now one's shining star is not lit.  Plainly put, you dont get a tattoo of this homage in the past tense if you are sick with worry over your missing child of unknown fate, you just don't, especially when you tell that tat artist that you will bringing in Caylee the following week...not rocket science, just logic.

Looking closely at #5 & 6, it looks like the flip side of the same piece of tape. The Heart outline is on the other in and you can see all the little holes in a pattern  in the tape. The only thing is, I can't see the printing on those pieces, so now I have confused myself again. 

I got up really early this morning. Maybe I am just tired.

]Could they have a statement from the tatoo artist,that she requested the omission? As the owner of several tatoos, I know how detailed the converstions get with the artist over every small nuance of the "piece". In addition, those of us who like ink plan ahead, and add to our piece, often marking anniversaries of events. For example, my daughter is military and travels. Whenever we get together we add a star to each of our ankles (my most recent was done in tokyo). I add a musical note to my memorial tatoo each year since my grandsons death.
It would be possible that KC and the artist had a plan like this for the future.
