I believe if she were in that position on the bar...

gravity would take over, we'd be seeing some of that strap.

Yet magically gravity is not affecting her shirt.

WHY? Because it is a fake.

Holloway mom to speak at child safety session

DECATUR - Beth Holloway Twitty, whose daughter, Natalee Holloway, disappeared in Aruba in May 2005, will be a featured speaker at a child safety conference this month.

The Mental Health Association in Morgan County's fifth annual Child Safety Conference will be April 19 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Decatur Baptist Church, 2527 Danville Road.
 
Other speakers include Kevin Turner, a drug and gang investigator for the Madison County District Attorney's Office; Dr. Larry Little, a specialist in identifying at-risk behavior in school-age children; Jeffrey L. Arney, who has investigated child sexual exploitation cases for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service since 2005; Sheriff Jeffrey J. Dawsy of Citrus County, Fla., chief spokesman for the Jessica Lunsford kidnapping case; and F.J. "Rocky" Harnen Jr., an agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration.

The conference will be open to the public. Film or tape is not allowed at Twitty's presentation.

HAPPY EASTER!

Klaas, I'm on the run for a little while, but wanted to ask your opinion on that brown bottle. My opinion right now is that it was imposed to obscure the "fit" between Lee and the guy at the bar. The light reflection is wrong, even though it's shaped differently than the other bottles. I haven't looked really closely, but it just doesn't look right to me.

When we get all the pictures compared as well as we can, we should start a thread for them as a reference. I need a clean pic ( the highlighted corner is ok ) and now that we have a somewhat realistic size of the "Lee", I can correct some of my painting out and see how the photo originally lined up, I think.

I won't have time to work with photos today but I'll look tomorrow.  Could be.

That shot certainly shows the difference between it and the bar photo. You're right about the strap.

CBB - I don't think that photo has been tampered with, I'm sure it came from one of the MB kids cameras.

Right. So Carpe has found a really good "proof" of the difference in the strap of the top on the bar photo. Good work, Carpe!  Wink

There's a lot of absolute proofs on the fakery of that photo, and this is a good one!

I'd bet money that if the width of the upside down bottles were cut out of the photo, that the top of Lee's head (or whoever's head it may be) would fit exactly the end of Nat's "disappeared" arm.

Later tonight or tomorrow morning I'll start a thread for all this.  Red will be doing the front page post on the inititial finds of the photoshopped picture.  

WE need to start going back and looking at any photos released in the beginning.
