he was released 17 minutes later.... 1/2 mill would have had to be 50k up with the bondsmen right? so who bailed him....
whatever happened to his old case where misty and ggm bailed him ? was that dismissed? if not why was he even bailed again to begin with?
also dumb question because i used to know the answer but what constitutes trafficking as opposed to distribution? isn't it doing it over state lines? i could be totally wrong on that i just fried my brain on myspace for no reason... also it seems like the qualification is 4grams to 30 kilograms... seems like a small amount to me...an eight ball of coke is 7 grams and you don't get traficking for that as far as i know... also it does not say perscription drugs or a drug class it says "other"... weird

Ok now what happens to Jr, since KP has outed Crystal?

typically they willlook for a family member but the ron charge might eliminate ggm sykes house as a possibility... since jr is not in schoolyet that i know of then relocating him to maries house would not be a problem... also dcf is more forgiving of drug addiction then drug dealing... crystal might actually have a chance and she should actually sue the chit out of kim p for revealing that stuff to save her own ass... client privilege is never supposed to be broken unless you flat out say to your atty that you are planning to hurt someone

i would think so too... but like i said an eight ball is seven grams and usually doesn't constitute traficking so i don't know... also there is no class level and if i am right about traficking meaning over state lines they could have been meeting someone like a connect at the store from out of state....
