Hi, y'all! 
What you all don't realize is, our snow here is a lot different than the powdery stuff you get up north. It is wet, icy stuff, and there is always a layer of ice underneath... because the ground has to freeze first before the snow will stick.
Please don't make fun of us... we just don't see snow all that often here. The northern part of Texas does... Amarillo and Lubbock, and sometimes the western part of the state... but in the southern part, they don't see snow but about every 10 years!! My hubby was raised in Kansas so he is used to driving on snow and ice... but HE sometimes has problems here when the roads are icy.

Just having a bit of fun.. in defense of the southerners... The equipment to handle the snow is not as available.. Up here in America's Winter Playground...we've been dealing with the snow for a long time..and the equipment is always on standby..

It's raining right now..the temp is supposed to drop 18deg within an hour of this front coming in. there will be a good coating of ice under the expected snow...but, the trucks are already out laying down the salt and sand..

Your can poke some fun at me in April... I'll be out shoveling snow while your picking flowers and planing your day at the beach 

Oh yeah, I know. For one we DO deal with the black ice thing all the time, we just do it with style. You have to remember to wave as you skid past someone, or do the shoulder shrug thing with your hands out, palms up like What else can I do?    In April they will be complaining about the heat, describing flowers and wearing shorts while we curse under the winter weather advisory just put out... Again!!! And wondering what the hell grass looks like, can't remember.

Thank you.  And congratulations on your marriage!  I hope Lucy was born after July, that's a horrible thing for a child to get over!   
One last question O/T . . . when did you get married?  Oh yea, and I just love love love Lucy!!!!

Just reading ... Hasn't LP said recently that he plans to come back and search the Little Econ River again?  He can't really think LE has a body if he's going to search again ... IMO ??

ANTHONYS TO TESTIFY IN CIVIL CASE

Later this month the Anthonys will have to testify in a civil case filed against their daughter, Casey. They are scheduled to give depositions in the suit filed by Zenaida Gonzales. That's the name of the woman who Casey claimed was the mystery babysitter, who kidnapped Caylee.

However, Gonzales said she doesn't know Casey, and that she ruined her good name. Casey has also filed a countersuit against Gonzales.

If KC looses this, does it give her a criminal record???

I think he said he had raised around 50,000 dollars and planned to return in January.

Your pup is sure cute. You know last night after LP made that bombshell statement on NG, I thought about the so called rocks the divers found in the river. Maybe those were not rocks, and were indeed fragments of bones. Something about that day never sat right with me.

Perhaps the mall has some common (marketing) sense.  If they release the videos..perhaps parents will stop shopping there for fear that there little ones' pictures will be broadcasted all over the nation and exploited?
