Research on gas Aruba Venezuela

July 20, 2010, 1:22 p.m. (GMT -04:00)

ORANGE CITY - Valero, WEB and the government consider the creation of a gas pipeline between Venezuela and Aruba is financially feasible. It also looks at the possibility of building a Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) plant.

Last week, Amigoe that Valero is considering the San Nicolas refinery to run entirely on natural gas instead of fuel. The electricity in this Valero gas generates, will thus be cheaper. The refinery has the Government that they are part of the cheaper electricity is sold to Web. The utility company can thus allowing a cost savings of water and electricity may be cheaper ..

Committee
Since then the Government's "high level" talks with Venezuela, where the gas would come from. "We have now received a positive response from Venezuela. The idea is that there is a committee, which includes engineers from both countries. This committee will look at the two facilities, a pipeline or an LNG facility, "said Premier Mike Eman (AVP).

Eman explains both possibilities. "If we want gas, from Venezuela to Aruba will be charged. It goes through large tanks. But it takes a lot of money. The price of gas relative to fuel it partially destroyed. In order to cope, there is the possibility of an LNG facility in Aruba to build.

In such a system may liquefied gas - a little easier to transport than just gas - are converted into gas that is suitable for production, "said Eman.

"Another possibility is a gas pipeline between Venezuela and Aruba to build. For this we need the cooperation required of Venezuela. "Proudly shows Eman know that the government of the South American country's first call for proposals Aruba positively received. "The creation of such a pipeline will be approximately one and a half years to complete. The committee should go and see whether such a pipeline is technically and financially feasible, and what the consequences for both countries. "

Electricity
The Prime Minister dismisses any concerns already established path. "If the gas through a pipeline Venezuela provide, they also slam the lead when there is disagreement. But then prepared to Aruba. Web has been informed that it was technically able to within fifteen minutes to switch to gas fuel. In this way we have always assured that we have electricity. "

Gas
According to the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs is the policy of the Venezuelan government aims to diversify the energy sector, including by developing the natural gas industry. In the east of Venezuela in the Paria Peninsula become major gas project realized toe. In addition, the Venezuelan government signed an agreement with Trinidad & Tobago for joint exploration and exploitation of gas fields in the maritime border. Last year in Latin America discussed the establishment of a 8000 km long pipeline, in addition to Venezuela include Brazil and Argentina calling.

ORANGE CITY - The oil refinery of Valero restart within 90 days. The target date for full resumption of work is September 1. Valero is investing 50 million U.S. dollars (90 million florin) to make this possible.

This was yesterday afternoon in the Cabinet announced by Prime Minister Mike Eman (AVP), the Minister of Finance, Utilities, Energy and Communications Mike Meza (AVP), Valero director Ray Buckley and Kim Bowers, executive vice president of the oil company. The reason for this so-called turnaround was "significantly improved the economic situation" indicated. In January agreed new tax regime for Valero and the abolition of export-BBO, both approved last week by parliament, were also important for the restart, so Valero and Prime Minister Eman.

All, more than 600 employees of Valero remain employed and contract workers are back in service. This would certainly have secured thousands of jobs. Valero director Buckley did not address the question of how many contract workers will be attracted. The turnaround means that starting with a major maintenance of the refinery and the implementation of a number of projects at the refinery back ready to make oil processing. This also attracted the contract workers.

ORANGE PARTY @ Confession Night Club 10Juli 2010 / Orange Party By REX

Valentijn seems pretty despondent over his brother's plight locked up in hell hole of a prison in Peru.
Why shouldn't he have fun while taking a break from college? I really think Val will turn out to be the best of the VDS clan. Just because he has an asshole for a brother, and a mother who is the queen of denial, doesn't mean he cannot overcome that infected gene pool. I think he deserves a fair chance in life.
JMO of course. Having a hard way of it myself here.
Not that I blame him for trying to forget his brother............................but, I think if he truly wants to be a better person, if he really wants to distance - he should come out publicly and DENOUNCE his brother and tell the world what HE knows about his brother. Until then - I have no use for him or anyone else in his family.

Agreed Wreck.  And according to Paulus, Val was at home the night Natalee disappeared.  Let him tell the truth about what happened at the Van der Sloot house that night.  Val knows.

I agree.  And he was never even questioned, right?  Two years away from home in the US going to college would seem like the prime opportunity to share anything on his mind that might have been bothering him since May 2005?  Nope, didn't happen.

Wonder where his love of "film" came from?

Cut from the same cloth my friends.  He was a "pimp' too.  He has the same friends.  I haven't seen many of the kids his age that weren't also Joran's friends at least as far as the social pages go, over the five years that Joran has been the prime suspect in Natalee's disappearance and murder.  Why?...because Val has been promoting the same lies that his mother and her sleazy friends have been.  Thing is...HE KNEW BETTER!

JMO

And I think it is disrespectful to Stephany and her family for Anita and Val and Sebastian to be out
yuking it up.  At least they should refuse to be photographed.  They don't seem to be embarrassed
by Joran's actions at all.

Magnolia, get real.   These are people who have never expressed concern for another human being, and are students of autology.  They care nothing for anyone but themselves and now that Paulus is gone, touche.  He is dead and it is survival of the best (who they consider themselves to be).  They don't give a wooden nickel about Stephany or Natalee.  Embarrassed?  They have no idea what the word means.

'Evening, Monkeys.

I agree with Magnolia and Wreck that the Sloots are beheving like the low class trash they are whooping it up while another family grieves for their child that their son and brother brutally murdered.

Total lack of empathy for others.  Makes one think they might be as big a psychopath as Joran not to even be bothered one bit about these deaths.

Remember the night Natalee disappeared, both Val and Joran were logged onto the computer at the same time.  How convenient!

I agree with Magnolia and Wreck that the Sloots are beheving like the low class trash
Anna, low class trash?  That is synonymous with Anita.

Valero Announces Maintenance at Aruba Refinery in Anticipation of Possible Restart Later this Year

6/3/2010
San Nicholas, Aruba
Officials with the Valero Aruba Refinery announced today that maintenance would soon begin at the refinery with the aim of potentially restarting the refinery later this year, unless economic conditions deteriorate.

The refinery was temporarily shut down for economic reasons in July 2009. Since that time, employees have remained on the payrolls while Valero has considered its strategic options for the refinery. Those considerations will continue, but economic conditions have improved to the point where restarting and operating the refinery is possible.

In addition, the tax settlement agreement recently approved by the Aruba Parliament has provided Valero the visibility on future taxes so that it could make the decision to restart the refinery.

“We appreciate the efforts of Prime Minister Mike Eman and Finance Minister Mike de Meza toward negotiating the tax settlement agreement and its approval by Parliament,” said Kim Bowers, Valero’s Executive Vice President and General Counsel. “We also appreciate the patience and flexibility of our employees and the Aruban people during the shutdown period.”

The refinery-wide maintenance, called a “turnaround,” will commence in the next few weeks and will involve projects to prepare all of the refinery’s production units for restart. The turnaround is expected to last approximately 90 days.

IMO, it's not Haleigh Uncapher.

And now I don't believe that girl two years ago was Haleigh either.  All I know to say about that is that I'm truly sorry I was duped and mislead anyone.  My sincere apologies to Haleigh and her sister Kathryn especially!

I've seen the girl that I had been convinced was Haleigh many times since in pictures from Aruba, the picture below is from the DJ Tiesto concert in December 2009.

Maybe one day I'll know who she really is, along with those who are almost always with her.

Initiated review of laptop Dutchman

The police initiated a proceeding before a judge and the lawyer for the family of Stephany Flores. It was not the defense of Joran van der Sloot.

Without the participation of counsel of Joran van der Sloot (22) Police today began a review of the laptop in the Netherlands charged with the murder of the young Stephany Flores (21). According to the defense of the victim, diligence was conducted in private and in the presence of the judge, the prosecutor and computer technicians of the police.

"He has verified the integrity of the hard drive and most importantly should be in court within 10 days," said Edwar Alvarez, a lawyer for the Flores family, to his departure from the seat of the Dirincri.

The digital content is important because the Dutchman told police that killed Stephany in a fit of anger, after reviewing discovered compromising information about his past on his laptop.

According to AP, the attorney for Van der Sloot, Maximum Highness, did not return his phone calls.

Dato:

◦ learned that the delay in the inspection of the Van der Sloot's computer will take 120 days.

Peru: Police computer analyzes Dutchman accused of murder
Updated 21-Jul-2010
The content of the artifact is important for research, since Joran van der Sloot would have killed the Peruvian Stephany Flores when she tried to check the equipment

Peru's police began to review the contents of the personal computer of Joran van der Sloot, Netherlands citizen accused of murdering a university Lima in a fit of rage and was arrested in Chile.

Edwar Alvarez, attorney for the family of the victim Stephany Flores-fatal-informed about the process. "The private diligence was done before the judge, the prosecutor, the civil and police without the presence of the Dutchman's defense," he said.

The practitioner said that "it has verified the integrity of the hard drive and most importantly should be in court within 10 days."

The computer information is important in the case, as the Dutchman in 22 years would have revealed to police that Flores killed it after finding a checking fixture.

Van der Sloot is being held in Lima from 11 June. This confession after the assassination in a hotel room where he was staying in the Peruvian capital.

My response to your question was the correction, and without the question it won't make much sense.  By the time I was able to find enough information to confirm (to me anyway) that I'd been wrong the discussion was far behind us and most of those that had taken part in it were not even here anymore (or seldom).  I didn't see the benefit of rehashing it, and decided to address it if/when it came up again.

JMO, but I don't think the girl is Aruban.  I think she visits Aruba at least twice a year.  But I don't really know.

I stand with the girl, Natalee Holloway.

"I can look back over the past 10 years and there were no steps wasted, and there are no regrets,'' she said. "I did all I knew to do and I think that gives me greater peace now." "I've lived every parent's worst nightmare and I'm the parent that nobody wants to be," she said.

What is the name of the tourism website on which Natalee's disappearance was first posted and who was the lady who posted there, and was it not ArubaGirl who was, at that point in time, playing defense for Aruba on the tourism website.

TripAdviser?

Thanks, Spooky.  I had a file someplace with some of those early postings and could not recall what I had named it.  Indeed, it was Trip Advisor/Aruba.  Yes, that Aruba Girl would post one set of statements on there and another here, and then pretend it was some other person pretending to be her.

Later on, after Red went Aruba, after we pissed her off here at SM, she had a blog. I only looked at it a couple of times but I think it was all about how awesome Aruba is and how stupid SM is. Don't have a link to it on this laptop and don't remember what it was called. She and Nativelingo always frustrated me so. Hindsight and all it was simply the typical island attitude that we are so acquainted with today.
