You would think Finnell would be there. Her absence is shouting at me.

I don't think we'll see Finnel again until after verdict for the mitigation/penalty phase.

Some talking heads were saying it was odd that she was there one day last week.  They said usually the person doing the mitigation phase of the trial doesn't come into play until then because you don't want the jury confusing them with the guilt phase ...IDK

And they are correct in thinking that...BUT...that judge in Florida ruling the dp is flawed in Florida & Finnell's motion to the court for mistrial in my mind says she should be there since introducing that motion.

Judge is taking a five minute break before they bring the jury in and closing arguments.  I can't find a working feed, anyone got one?  Why is CNN not doing closing arguments?  I have relied on CNN this whole trial. Grrrrrrr.
