I see that a totally different way, its a diversion from what we are here at trial for.   She told LE that she did NOT have an affair with George & she backtracked AGAIN, so she's a liar with a seedy history.   Her alleged affair is totally irrelevant to this case.  Her statements regarding what George told her are hearsay so Im not sure how they would even get it in nor is there any way for it to be proven unless she illegally recorded their conversation (not informing other party is not admissible).    If she wants to push it they should show by video how many times she was out in front of the Anthony's home stalking about with that other nutjob guy supporting Casey.

Yes, but it was said this am. that she was sitting in the hall waiting to testify.
I'm sure she's not looking forward to being a witness in any event.

I spoke to both River and Skye several times. Both admitted the relationship WAS sexual. I think  bringing her in might be the catalyst that might push GA into telling the whole truth, which I do not believe he has done yet. I know in my heart that the A's knew Caylee was dead and where he body had been disposed of when D Casey was sent to the swamp. yep...I'd want to hear her testify.

George told her that snowball stuff cause he was wanting her to believe it was an accident.  Make him look better to this younger woman he was interested in 'being with.'

Yes, Dr. Wise is doing a great job of clearing up that other guy's (FBI) confusing testimony as to why there was only a small amount of chloroform found in the carpet sample.  LOL

In the transcript of the taped interview with investigators River stated that a frustrated  George told her that he accused Casey of killing Caylee and ... he attempted to choke his daughter in an effort to get her to tell the truth regarding the whereabouts of his granddaughter.

The February 10, 2010 River Cruz interview with investigators had the ability to negate the defence's allegations that George knew what happened to Caylee and was a participant in her disposal.

This incident was reportedly witnessed by people that were in the house at the time.  Tracy, Rob, a friend of George's from Ohio.  Discussed many time even prior to River Cruz getting involved.

I think you're onto something Sunny. I also think that if George stated "it was an accident that snowballed" he was simply theorizing, because in his heart he couldn't believe KC would kill Caylee, a denial of sorts.

As far as Dominic Casey poking around on Suburban, I think the A's had been told Caylee was there and sent him in, but when he wasn't able to locate the body, they figured another KC lie, like all the others and it renewed their hope that mnaybe, just maybe Caylee was still out there alive somewhere...MOO

I believe they knew she was dead, but not at the beginning of this travesty.

I agree...not in the beginning but I think GA knew...just like we 'know' something in the depths of our gut, from the time they picked up the car.
