In the one photo of Casey leaving the courtroom, Baez is clearly looking at her ass...then in the other photo, he is practically devouring her with his eyes....just my opinion of course...I think that he definitely has the hots for her...

Hi Monkeys thanks for the play by play today! I watched the beginning on HLN, but turned it off when the commentators were yakking too much! I finally got back online and caught up! I did skip the last 20+ pages of the previous cage. I kept trying to catch up from yesterday, but finally gave up!

I am sure that his wife is not happy about all of the flirting...Also remember that he was twice reprimanded for being too physical with his client...And remember when she was out on bond that she would spend up to 6 hours a day at his office...that was one of the places that she could go to while out...Now what do you do at your attorney's office for 6 hours??? anyone?

DID SOMEONE SEE CAYLEE IN A PICTURE'S AT THE NO CLOTHES PARTY..AND IF THAT IS THE CASE WHY DID HE KEEP SAYING IMAGES..IF THERE WERE PICS LIKE THAT WITH CAYLEE IN THEM...AND WHAT DID THE JUDGE RULE ON THE PICS FROM PHOTOBUCKET? I MISSED IT, MY LITTLE BOY FELL DOWN OUTSIDE AND HIT HIS HEAD..BUT HE IS FINE..

I never saw Caylee in the "anything but clothes party" pics.  Still, I believe the photos are relavent to show her mindset during times she was searching the internet for "neck breaking" and "chloroform".  The "anything but clothes" party was in May 2008 I believe.

I saw her in one of the first batches on no clothes party pics and it disappeared when Crazy got out the first time and went home and purged her photobucket

I've seen a couple photos where people THOUGHT they saw Caylee but after blowing it up and enhancing it was not her.

Casey Anthony Attends Hearing, Trial Date Set

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony arrived at the Orange County courthouse Monday afternoon to attend a hearing as her lawyer tried to block prosecutors from using Casey's party girl pictures against her in court (read motion) and video of her reaction to her daughter's remains being found.

While the judge only ruled on one of the two motions, Judge Stan Strickland did set a trial date for October 12.

Casey's lawyers want the public to see her the way she looked when she walked into court Monday, professional, dressed in a blue blouse and dark slacks (images | raw video). But the Casey Anthony most people know is a party girl featured in pictures all over the Internet.

One might ask not whether you've ever seen the party photos of Casey, but how many times. It's been all over the Internet, and not just because of a Casey doll that briefly went on the market, but because of the defense motion to stop prosecutors from releasing it.

"I don't feel these images are relevant in any way," Baez argued in court Monday.

Casey Anthony sold photographs of her daughter Caylee only months after her disappearance for almost $200,000 and there is a report that the defense offered People Magazine an exclusive story for $500,000.

The defense now says a recent eBay pitch to sell a Casey doll is going too far. The doll resembles a PhotoBucket.com picture of Casey at an "Anything But Clothes" party on Memorial Day weekend, a party she took Caylee to when she told her mother she was working,

Now, after that photo and hundreds of others from her PhotoBucket site have been shown repeatedly, locally and on national television, the defense asked the judge to prevent prosecutors from releasing them.

"The horse was already left the barn. Now he goes back to lock the barn door. It doesn't make sense," WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.

Sheaffer said the defense argument that the photos are irrelevant is weak.

"A mother has an infant, a child is missing, and she continues to party," Sheaffer said.

The defense also asked the judge to seal from the public a videotape of Casey at the jail on December 11 as she was told that her daughter's remains might have been found down the street from their house (read motion). Investigators say Casey hyperventilated and asked for medication. The defense says it was a violation of her privacy.

The judge agreed to issue a stay on the release of the jailhouse video, but said he was still deciding on the issue of the photos.

I see nothing alarming about Blink's post regarding this new attorney.   This attorney specializes in class actions suits.  My initial best guess,  this butthead is probably going to try to bring forth a class action suit against OCSO, OC jail & the State Attorney for conspiring to harm his client  O BROTHER he cant be that stupid, he was taking to church today in court as is when the OC jail rep told the court what they did with that videotape was STANDARD PROCEDURE   

The entire time Baez has been looking for ways to claim conspiracy and police misconduct blah blah blah - he better watch his own evergrowing behind because its gonna bite him hard
