That's what I don't get. If Cindy's memory is so great NOW, why didn't she just speak with the judge in chambers and explain what happened... then they could put an end to this farce!!!

InSessions is talking about the kids clothing and sizes not being true to size..that jury has dressed kids in clothes and are aware that kids can easily get 2 years out of shorts cause of diapers etc...everything that we have seen..Casey Jordan thinks that this is going to backfire about the shorts..

And how the hell can the jury buy these lies NOW??  They must be pi$$ed that they're being sequestered for this complete BS.. especially when NOW, the defendant's family is going to LIE for her

So Caylee did this herself...she got out of the house unseen, climbed on the ladder and ended getting up and into the pool, she drowns.  Explain the duct tape verses a 911 call?

who cares what cindy says about the ladder being left down.  The defense claimed George was there and found the body.  unless they believe george is lying, that story is disproven.  I don't see why it matters what cindy says about the ladder.
