Thanks Trimm for that article, I guess the tax payers should pay his legal costs, but I'm sure many people don't want to. But why should he pay for finding a missing child?

And why should he be persecuted for finding Caylee's remains?

I thought he parked his car the first time on the same side of the street Caylee was found on..but searched and found the bags and balloon on the opposite side of the street.  That is how I was taking it..and that being parked on that side has thrown people off.  He did say he glanced into the woods on Caylee's side..but searched on the opposite side.

Also it is confusing with the officer saying facing the school , etc....but I am pretty sure the bags he found were across the street.

Still..I have the same question..Why did LE never go back and retrieve those bags?  The missing sandel, she was missing her tiffany ring..her lanyard.....it would have been worth a looksee to me.

Man all this squabble about the county paying for Kronk's legal fees, the concern I have with all of this is how it effects other citizens from considering to come forward with pertinent information in cases be it evidence or that they witnessed something.  Very disheartening.

I am beginning to doubt myself so much, I went outside to check my address to make sure I am in the right condo!!!   

I would think the LE did that too, but up till April when that news cast was done, they were still laying right where they were left.

I am usually one to say "Go to the authorities." But in this case I would have to be weighing my options carefully before I might/might not get involved.

Thank you PTLB,it looked to me like he was on the same side of the street as where Caylee was found....dunno....I couldn't get a clear view in my head.

In the video, he was on the same side of street. You can see a street light post right in front of where he is showing the stuffed animals just inside the wooded area. The light posts are on the southside of the street. It also looks like the clearing right in front of the school when they were standing talking.

This is not the same video I was referring to in reference to the chain link fence. I have a link for LiveSearch. If you put 8900 Suburban Dr, Orlando Fl in the search at the top of page, you can clearly see all the area. Click the labels off so you get a clearer view. I really hate being such a pain in the azz but surburban dead ends right?Then across surburban(on the same side of surburban where Caylee was found),in that clearing with woods is where Williams found the bags with stuffed animals and a balloon correct?
We are not talking about the woods on the other side of the school's parking lot are we?

Okie Dokie..

I went back in. George says, "Back years ago, the thing that I did, I don't want to get into it, it was already decided in the Judge's chambers ahead of time. That's the way it works." I am paraphrasing somewhat as I do not want to listen to it over and over.

This was at the time George and Skanky were talking about the bond hearing and she was given a high bond.

I am going outside and look at my beautiful courtyard and pull some weeds. I must have been out of my mind to listen to that stupid video again.

I think they are showing in the video the south side of Suburban, the same side as Caylee was found. It has to be further down toward Hopespring but not as far as where she was found. If you look carefully, when the camera pans down, there is one of those metal light posts right in front of them. The lights are very close to the street, and if you look on LiveSearch (Bing as of last month or so) you can see the posts are only on the south side.

The clearing you see where they are standing and talking, I believe, is right in front of the school on the south side. That is not where they found the toys and ballon. The toys and balloon were more west of there. Also, they were not together. Holly said several hundred feet away from each other. IMO.

Sticking my foot firmly in my mouth, I will say that I never thought the teen hangout was in those woods. From the descriptions I read from Kio and others, I believe the hangout was at the end of Suburban, past the gate, and on down the dirt path and more BEHIND the school. I think the gate was put up to keep them from gathering there, especially at night and with cars. JMO

Saying all that, I do remember a video somewhere of K Williams showing where he went around the end of the chain link fence on the NORTH side of Suburban. You can clearly see a chain link fence there and not on the south side. Unless I have totally lost my mind, that is.
