This story of Baez is BS. Casey drove around with her daughter in the trunk for days. She taped her mouth shut, she put a heart sticker on it. She was hiding this from everyone even George. Pathetic.

I'm new...... I don't know if this has been mentioned but Prosecution needs to run the pre-trial hearing tape where George testifies saying he would do anything to protect Casey. I always wondered why JB asked that question several times.... George Knew then that he was going to be thrown under the bus then. This is insane! If the jury buys this it will be like the OJ jury. Dumb Dumb Dumb.
I agree that the Kronk story is ridiculous. Where did he get the body from?? He snuck out at night and took her from the trunk?? This is crazy!

Snake autopsy doesn't show desperation it shows thoroughness and Casey didn't outsmart anyone - she is on trial for her life.  So that is his big defense, something is not right with his client?

I disagree..This is not a brilliant defense move..this is exactly what we knew Baez would..lie and throw everything up against the wall and see what sticks.

When you throw so much out there it is much harder for people to believe the story...it is too much info..he should have stopped at one or two points..but this is the spaghetti defense..and nothing is sticking with me.

When Linda and Jeff get done with placing their witnesses on the stand these stories Baez are weaving are going to look like the lies they are...BS

Baez has even gotten dates wrong..but he isn't sworn to tell the truth..he can lie as much as he likes.

But the point is ..it is so many lies..so many different fabrications..His client is gonna be found guilty.

this defense strategy is going to back fire completely and is going to make the jury even more disgusted then they prob already are . the state will outline their case perfectly in a manner that is clear and concise

I think the jurors likely will be overwhelmed with confusion by Baez, because he truly is over the top now.  IMO, he really should have stopped pointing his finger when he was at George.  The meter reader stuff I think will take the jury over the edge.  And with that, they might just start thinking WTF is wrong with this atty?  They do that, and the whole case he is trying to build will likely crumble.  One can only hope.   

WE know Baez is lying his azz off.. but do the jurors?  And at what point will they begin to realize it?

Not to be snarky, or anything like that, of course, but could the state of Florida sue Casey and Co. for perpetrating the Zenaida Gonzales lie, and costing the taxpayers all that money for investigating the imaginanny?

Only Casey.

I believe the strategy is that George will deny Casey's allegations under oath but ... reasonable doubt will prevail within the mind of each jury member.

Caylee is the victim not Casey! Yes, there is alot of  evidence that links Casey Bozo!
