Dog didn't alert the next day - of course not because George up lime all over the yard in between.

Dogs most likely didn't alert on the remains site because the racoons or other critters ate those other bones they were searching for there.

Dr. Lee will not be testifying.........removed from Defense witness list back in 2010.

At the end of this case when you go back home and someone says to you why did you not find Casey guilty.  It all boiled down to one thing, they could not tell me how she died, they could not prove murder, they could not prove manslaughter, they could not prove child abuse

It was really smart of the state to point out in their opening that when Casey gets painted in a corner she makes up an even more outrageous lie.  That is EXACTLY what they just did, I hope they recognize it.
