Re: pictures of Caylee, 2 or 3 months ago a friend of Cindy's got into a fight with her hubby
and LE was called. Apparently it was about some pictures the wife was holding for a friend.
I think these were pictures of Caylee that she was holding for Cindy. I can't remember her
name, was it Holly. Maybe this is where the new pics of Caylee came from. Just a thought????

Holly Gagne - babysitter to Caylee when she was a baby and supposed friend of Casey.

I am so disheartened to see that they are going to depose Shirley.  My heart breaks over and over for this kind woman.  She has a husband in a Nursing Home, a Great-Granddaughter who has been murdered, and a family of liars.  Hasn't Casey taken enough from this woman?  Does she need to drain what is left of her?

Bearly, I too worry about Shirley being deposed. This has to be very stressful for her and she is not in good health. Such a shame.

This could kill Shirley, all this terrible stress, and to know what your grandchild has done, and I'm sure at the same time she wants to keep peace with Cindy, she still is her daughter. What a mess

If they have to depose Shirley and Rick, and any of Caseys friends and relatives for that matter, then they should make Casey watch.  She could be in an adjoining room with a one-way window or something, so they don't see her.  Let the twat see what she is putting them through, maybe ( I am not sure) she will feel some remorse for what she has done.

IMO, Casey never cared about her grandmother. Stole from her as if she were a faceless victim.

She simply only cares about herself. Always did, always will.

Amazing that we, who have never met Shirley probably care more about her welfare than Casey.

Me too. I do feel sorry for her. I'm sure she has Cindy laying on the guilt and blame for the previous comments Shirley made. So maybe she might let the defense interrogators lead her where they want. I certainly wouldn't blame her. What a horrible position to be in! But I think Rick will be another story. Having to deal with a nutjob sibling (Cindy) is wholly different than having to deal with nutjob offspring. I don't think the defense is going to get anywhere with him. At least I hope not.

George and Cindy Anthony will attend a court hearing on Thursday, but it has nothing to do with their daughter, Casey Anthony.

Court records showed the Anthonys are due for a hearing in connection with the ongoing foreclosure action on their home in southeast Orlando.

The couple is apparently seeking mediation with their bank.

George Anthony said he's fighting to keep the residence. The home on Hopespring Drive was the focus of sometimes violent clashes in the summer of 2008 while their granddaughter, Caylee Anthony, was still missing.

George and Cindy Anthony will attend a court hearing on Thursday, but it has nothing to do with their daughter, Casey Anthony.

Court records showed the Anthonys are due for a hearing in connection with the ongoing foreclosure action on their home in southeast Orlando.

The couple is apparently seeking mediation with their bank.

George Anthony said he's fighting to keep the residence. The home on Hopespring Drive was the focus of sometimes violent clashes in the summer of 2008 while their granddaughter, Caylee Anthony, was still missing.

There is no reason why they allowed their house to go into foreclosure, it is not like they didn't have blood money to pay for the mortgage, and one of George's sister is supposedly wealthy, you would think they could help out

Geez - I thought they might be doing it on purpose. To a normal person, living there would
be a death sentence. It is Caylee's grave site, pretty much.

The other residents in the community must be thrilled they are staying. *gag*
