He left   the Dawg  tied out  in the yard....Rain coming in....could I got take care of her.

Not a problem except the garage is full of FUN stuff that she should not PLAY with...  Moved all that I found that could be hamful...  but all the other re-cycle / Goodwill / TRASH laying about... NO way to move it all.

records broken in the court of Queens Bench for the number of charges and counter charges laid. Our family court system here has been desrcibed as the Court of Character Assasination.
One divorce thing I was reading, the couple were fighting over the travel miles from the business.

We discovered last thread if you go back to your "profile" and re-load the URL of your Avatar in the "3rd" option (use off-site location) -- the Avatars are working again. (provided you saved your Avatar to "photobucket" , "imageshack", or the like!

OF - At this point I would be thrilled to get a call like that from one of my 4.  It would mean several important things.

1:  They are finaly out of my house and on their own with a yard that can house a dog.

2:  It isn't another car accident call.  I have had 6 in 6 months and I am very sick of sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the next one and helping to replace vehicles.  Now that was only the last 6 months.  The four of them average about 3 incidents combined per year with some years being worse than others.

Look, research is my livelihood and I am published several times a month in industry publications as well as live interviews and speaking tours.  I have no desire to allow my name to be drug threw the mud any further as a result of this case by those how have nothing better to do than paint targets on innocent people trying to help in their own way or those that are tar & feathering people for doing their own homework and sharing what they find.

So, in short, the answer is no.  I will not be sending my research documents to any one on this board or any other.  As I found information I passed it through the proper channels to ensure it landed in the hands of the family and their agents.  I also sent key pieces to the various law enforcement and media contacts.  I was asked to not publicly discuss only a few issues concerning the matter until given clearance and I complied.  Once I received an okay I know for a fact that all of my information on Shango had been posted openly on the forums at least three different times.  The accusations that I have been withholding information and only sharing it with special people behind the scenes are incorrect.  I cannot be held responsible for the memory loss of others or the technical difficults resulting in the lose of previous post on the board.  I have shared all I am going to share on this topic.

I am fully aware that before that I had offered to send the information or post it several weeks ago but after the posts I have seen surrounding my offer and the nasty emails, I have decided it is best to just drop the subject.  To be honest, I was very hurt by some of the words I received.  Sorry for the inconvenience but my time and emotional bank is too valuable to me to go down that road again.  Go ahead and blast away.  I can take it.  As you can see I have taken to lurking for the most part without even logging in.  Please stop linking all of my work to what ever Rob says or doesn’t say.  It wasn’t his research and I can not control any ones’ statements other than my own whether they are correct or incorrect.

I hope that they have stopped.  Do you think any of the emails you received were a result of the problem Tom is fixing?  I understand if you don't want to answer as I have been lurking also.  I feel that I know what your integrity and motives are and I wouldn't question you for a minute!

But saying that I have sent you NASTY EMAILS if just not true.  It is not my fault you offered the information.  Yes, I did state that it was still an issue as it comes up from time to time and also I stated that Rob posted he did not know for sure who Shango was so that was why I was asking for it again but that is in no way a nasty email.  It is a fact.

I am very glad that I have kept a copy of every email I ever sent to you as I have documentation that absolutely NONE of them were "NASTY" as you claim.  I cannot imagine why you would react in this manner because I have politely asked you only for information you volunteered to give.

Prince was from my era and I like some of his early classics from back in the day but he later stuff after he changed his name to a symbol wasn't very appealing to me.

Yeah, I've heard that argued a lot actually anidac!  I too have been a fan since the early days (probably dating me a bit, but I was a young buck when I first started listening to him).  But, you just have to listen w/an open mind (to the new stuff), and you'll begin to feel what you felt with the so-called "classics".  All the elements are there.  Even hisn newest disc "3121" has an old time Prince feel...

Actually :3121: is much better than the short period that I didn't care for much but then again, I had four young children then and some what stressed with my husband in Germany and no family around to help.  I leaned toward calming sounds during that time.  LOL

Yeah, I've been reading through it myself actually.  Got about half more to go.  There's a few things I didn't know in there (like Boeti was the one who they used to "pin" the initial suspicion on the 2 guards, for example).  I'm looking forward to reading the rest after leaving all you fine people...;)

Yes, another life snuffed out...hope they catch the bastard.  I had read earlier that while her friend was being transported to St. Vincent's, she slipped away from the attendant at the impound lot..neither were in good condition due to alchol or whatever.  Article said she told bf on call at 5am that she was being followed.  If only she didn't wander off..

However, I do have a question....  Why didn't she go to the hospital with her friend in the ambulance?  Strange how they would just abandoned her in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night.  Would'nt there at least be a cop around when the ambulance showed up?  Unless I missed something.   I'm just thinking out loud....

I read they were at police impound lot, cops would not release car to them because they were too intoxicated. Her purse and ATM were locked inside car. They thought maybe she was worried because she was underage and intoxicated and walked away from police. Called her boyfriend at 5am saying she was lost and a man was following her

I had it rough coming up, San... And yet, I know now ~ that I had Angels walking with me...

I was there a very long time ago when my car got towed because a parked truck was blocking the no parking sign. I was with my bf at the time -- it wasn't even late -- both of us wanted to get the he$$ out of there.
