Now i dont know if im going paranoid or what, but at the beginning of the week my neighbor told me that the police arrested Lorenzo because he had something to do with the case!

I was in shock, and when i heard that there's a dutch person involved, that gave me more reason to think that it was lorenzo!

A few days after they revealed the name of the dutch guy which was Joran, so i thought...oh, so its not Lorenzo after all (that was my first thoughts also)

But the thing thats got me puzzled/confused is that a few days ago i read in the Diario that they have arrested Joran at his house! but the house looks very similar to Lorenzo's house back there in Jaraweg, Savaneta!

So i had to ask myself: what is happening??? did i become paranoid or what? what connection could Joran and Lorenzo have in this case? and even if thats the case, why wasnt Lorenzo's name mentioned in the media?

Well, I went to the pool for awhile and then hung out on my deck with one of my neighbors.  Later, I walked around the corner to her house and her DH shot off fireworks (cul-de-sac) and had a couple beers.  This is a good thing.  


Today is the first day in MONTHS that I have actually had a couple beers and felt NORMAL.

A Note From Tom - A Time For A Change

Folks, it has been a fun and wonderful trip with Scared Monkeys but the time for me to move on is upon us.

Scared Monkeys has matured from a small political blog to the premier missing person’s site on the internet. This is a great thing, but it just is not my thing. Thank God that Red and Klaasend have such an over-riding passion for the topic and each and every individual case that they can make the amazing personal investment of time and passion.

Unfortunately, due to other demands of life I am unable to make these same commitments. One lesson every bloggers knows is that write daily for a site takes a huge amount of passion and dedication. Once that passion is gone, bloggers learn to head out the door gracefully.

So to all the people who have read us and supported us, you have my heartfelt thanks. I ask that you give the same support to Red as he continues his quest for victims rights and those that life has dealt a rough hand.

So today I bid goodbye. Thanks you Scared Monkeys and all of it’s readers, you will always have a place in my heart.

I am about to hug Nemo for the night, but I would like to share with you my conversation I just had with Yapperz.  She is just heartbroken and I wish I could do more to ease her pain.  She hurts for her daughter and her husband.  She hurts for that precious little life that ended so quickly.  Nothing of this earth can offer that comfort that this family so needs right now, but she was so thankful to everyone that sent a gentle prayer her way and for the candles we all took the time to light for the family.  I know that I express her sincere thanks to all the wonderful monkeys that cared at such a sorrowful time.  Please continue to remember her in your prayers.   Goodnight everyone.

Back for just a second.  Testing a new laptop I got from my sister. She just got new one for herself and gave me her old one.  When I say old I mean it is only a year old.  It's pretty cool and it's a Mac and wireless.

I am glad to read that TES is helping with the search for Stepha Henry.  There are some suspicious characters surrounding that story and that missing car sounds like it might have some answers.

Another missing person in the news that probably needs some help is Kelly Nolan.  Something is up with that story too.

Back in my early 20's a lot of us would go to bars and clubs to meet members of the opposite sex.  Frequently we might pair off with someone we liked and we didn't give it much thought.  From reading the headlines, that is just too dangerous these days.  Too many nutz out there that don't give a thought to using and killing a person.  It's sad that everyone has to be so cautious when out having fun, but this is in the news a lot lately.

Is this about Golba's recent visit? lol  Did he just knock on the door and Renfro let him come in and nose around her house?  I think paranoia has gripped some of these people in Aruba and they are jumping at their own shadows now.  The guilt must be eating them alive.

During various storms last week we had a total of 2.5 inches of rain here. They have moved us from the worst category of drought to the second worst category now. That's not a whole lot better, but at least the woods didn't catch on fire when the idjits in the nearby subdivision shot off tons of fireworks last night.  :roll:

EASY made me curious as to the latest ranting at the Dank and Dreary site so I went over to check it out.  More junior high level silliness and from an attorney???  

Is it true attorneys are doctors who couldn't pass organic chemistry as I have been told???  

Anyway, I have a resulting question for monkeys to ponder.  Does anyone here support the boycott of Aruba because RED tells you to do so?  With all due respect to Red (and Red, you know we love ya!) I am just sorry but I still think for myself.

I support the boycott of Aruba because a U.S. citizen and citizen of my state and known to my children disappeared on foreign soil and a standard, basic investigation was denied that victim and her family.  I continue to support it even now because of the dreadful lying and bashing of that family, friends and entire community of the victim--NOT BECAUSE RED TELLS ME TO!

I don't recall ever so much as exchanging private emails with Red.  I do with Mrs. Red but never with Red directly or if so, it was so rarely I don't remember it at all.

I don't support the boycott because Beth says so either, much as I admire her.  Not Governor Riley, either.  

I do it because it is the RIGHT THING TO DO!  I do not endorse this treatment of our citizen in this manner and certainly not the hatred and trashing of her family subsequent to this.

Imagine if the police had claimed they could not arrest Bobby Cutts because of the victim's mother or the FBI in this country!  Wouldn't fly and doesn't in Aruba either.

Yes, I do think we are going to see new names and statements we have never seen before.

The reason we have never seen them before is they did not exist at the time Natalee disappeared and it has taken this long for certain individuals to coerce statements from people dependent on work visas to lie as instructed or led to do.

Otherwise, if these people existed at the time, we certainly would have heard all about them.  Instead we had Dompig saying he knew for a fact that J2K were "guilty as hell" as also said Steve Cohen.  Cohen further stated two of them confessed to having sex with Natalee then just like Joran, he later retracted and redacted all that and changed it completely.  

People need to be made aware of how your entire family can be brought into a disappearance in Aruba and trashed and accused of the most ludicrous things imaginable.  I would not want this done to my innocent family and it is a reason to continue to boycott by all means possible such a place that does this and has supporters who do such things as we see daily being done on the internet.


Would you want your family treated this way should you disappear on foreign soil?  I sure wouldn't!

I don't know if the elevation causes the moisture to bypass us but so far we have had only trace amounts of rain.  Sure wish we could take from from the folks being flooded right now.  It rained last week but was more like a heavy drizzle, nothing like the rain to which we are accustomed.  Still, it was welcomed and I am grateful for what little we did get as the grass did green up a bit from it.

Keep thinking sooner or later, it has to rain here, it always has in the past.

According to Dompig, they did not achieve everything they wanted to investigate in the States and the family because of the FBI "cooperation", but stressed that he was talking about the FBI stationed at Barbados, not the complete FBI, who in the beginning did a professional job.

Bepaalde tv-zenders overwegen het videomateriaal van de makers Renée Gielen en Dolph van Stapele te gebruiken. Het is onbekend wat de Amerikaanse media met de informatie hebben gedaan.

De tegenwerking in de zaak-Holloway werd vooral duidelijk toen de legal attaché samen met de Amerikaanse consul-generaal voor de Nederlandse Antillen en Aruba op het eiland waren en Dompig duidelijk te verstaan gaven niet gediend te zijn van het verzoek van het korps om medewerking, om de familie Twitty en Natalee’s medescholieren te kunnen horen.

Volgens Dompig ‘dreigden’ zij zelfs met ‘diplomatieke gevolgen’. Politie en justitie in Oranjestad konden zich volgens de hoogste FBI-baas in de regio en de consul maar beter concentreren op de lokale verdachten, waaronder de drie jongens Joran van der Sloot, Deepak en zijn broer Satish Kalpoe. Dompig heeft het verzoek uiteindelijk toch bij de Amerikaanse autoriteiten neergelegd. “Maar wat we allemaal wilden is niet gelukt.”

Ten aanzien van de toenmalige stiefvader van Natalee Holloway, George ‘Jug’ Twitty (inmiddels gescheiden van moeder Beth Twitty), zegt Dompig dat het korps niet specifiek onderzoek naar hem wilde doen, maar de ‘mogelijkheid van ontvoering’ van Natalee wilde onderzoeken. “Daarvoor moesten wij meer te weten komen over de achtergronden van de stiefvader.” De politie hield namelijk serieus rekening met de mogelijkheid van afpersing van Jug Twitty, die als president van Phoenix Metals een vermogend man is en internationaal zaken doet. De FBI-topfunctionaris was daar echter bepaald niet van gecharmeerd.

DE DRIJFVEER VAN DE MAKERS

Renée Gielen is vlak na de verdwijning betrokken geraakt bij de zaak-Holloway. Zij ontdekte gaandeweg dat de Amerikaanse kant in het onderzoek onderbelicht bleef. Recent was ze opnieuw twee keer kort achter elkaar op Aruba. Ze legt uit wat voor haar het belangrijkste is:

* De tijdlijn op de dag dat de groep scholieren terugging naar Alabama. Dat Natalee niet aanwezig is bij het inchecken wordt pas aan de moeder gemeld nadat de kinderen door de douane en immigratie waren, dus op Amerikaans grondgebied. De moeder wordt bereikt in de auto en zij belt meteen 911 en de FBI met de mededeling dat haar dochter is ontvoerd op Aruba – daar was nog geen sprake van. Binnen een paar uur heeft ze een heel gezelschap ‘geregeld’ dat met haar meereist in een private jet naar Aruba. Ze komt daar aan met een grote stapel flyers met een foto van haar en Natalee en een lokaal Arubaans telefoonnummer. Op de flyer roept ze Natalee op contact met haar te zoeken.

* De Twitty’s hebben vanaf dag één gezegd dat Joran en eventueel de Kalpoe’s als enigen schuldig zouden kunnen zijn aan de vermissing van Natalee. Het onderzoek naar eventuele verdachten aan Amerikaanse zijde is door de Twitty’s gefrustreerd, waarvan Dompig getuigt. Deze ‘high profile-zaak ging om geld, niet om Natalee. Aldus Gerold Dompig.

* Het feit dat Julia Renfro en Angela Dilorenzo betrokken werden in een plan om Natalee levend naar het ambulance-vliegtuig te brengen vanuit een crackhouse, geeft aan dat Joran van der Sloot haar niet vermoord kan hebben.

Gielen is sinds 1997 woonachtig op Curaçao en heeft in die jaren zes documentaires gemaakt vanuit haar eigen bedrijf ReGie NV. Tevens heeft zij een aantal praatprogramma’s en een dertiendelige serie over gezondheid op haar naam staan. Ook is zij correspondent van twee actualiteitenprogramma’s in Nederland en heeft zij lokaal opgenomen programma’s voor Nederland medegeproduceerd.

Dolph van Stapele is sinds 1996 woonachtig op Curaçao. Hij kwam als marinier en is nooit meer weggegaan en heeft nu zijn eigen audiovisueel bedrijf. Hij is voornamelijk werkzaam als cameraman en editor. Hij draait ook lokaal nieuws voor de Nederlandse omroep. Alle producties van Gielen zijn door Van Stapele opgenomen en een aantal hiervan zijn ook door hem gemonteerd.

Regarding SM, Red, the boycott, etc., here is my take on things.

There are sure to be kind, respectable, law-abiding citizens in Aruba, just as there are in any other country. They were born there, love their homeland, and live productive lives there with their families. I have the utmost respect for these folks and their feelings.

On the other hand, Aruba also has its share of people whose main object in life seems to be to take advantage of unsuspecting tourists who visit there. If you take a close look at them, many of them are NOT native to Aruba. These folks behave in ways that we in the South would term as "trashy." They hang around tourist areas in order to take advantage of the tourists, intimidate them, sell them drugs, rob them, rape them, etc. And there are others on Aruba (mainly not native Arubans) who support and defend that type of behavior.

Since I don't have a lot of vacation time and dollars to invest, I would prefer NOT to invest them in a place where the tourist areas are surrounded by trash (both animate and inanimate). If I go somewhere to enjoy the ocean, I don't want to wade through all that stuff in the process. It is for this reason that I will not be visiting Aruba. It doesn't matter to me what anyone else at SM wants me to do in regard to Aruba (although I love you all  :D ). I'm sure Red is a nice man, but if I don't let my husband tell me what to do, I'm sure not gonna let Red tell me.  :lol:

Each person simply needs to look at all the facts and make up their own mind what choice they make in regard to vacationing in Aruba. If they like what they see, they should go there. If they don't, they should invest their tourist dollars elsewere, IMO. I think what SM has done a good job of is getting the information out there so people can make that choice.

“FBI crossed police in Holloway-case”

(Novum) - The American federal police (FBI) systematicly crossed the work of police and justice during the investigation into the disappearence of student Natalee Holloway at Aruba. That was stated by former police-commissionar of the island Gerald Dompig tuesday on a videotape that is in the posession of the Aruban newspaper Amigoe. Dompig was in control of the investigation to the disappearence of Holloway untill May last year.

A high ranking FBI official told Dompig to mind his own bussiness when he started investigating the direct family of Holloway en the some 120 fellow-students that were with Holloway on the schooltrip on Aruba.

According to Dompig there was great pressure of the FBI on him en the headofficer of justice on Aruba, Karin Janssen. “The FBI in no time was on the Island, we were crossed and they even went as fas as directly threatening us.”

The then 18 year old Natalee Hollwoway vanished in May 2005 after an evening out. Dispite many search attempts and large scale police investigations her disappearence was never cleared.

I've been respectfully laying low around the cage until Tom made his official annoucement, but I'm privileged to now be the new monkey on the block! I am more of a tech nerd and I officially have a lot of catching up to do regarding the topics you all discuss here. So, if I don't contribute very often, it's only because I'm still learning the cast of characters. The knowledge of the issues that you guys all possess fascinates me, so forgive me if I do more reading than posting in the coming months.

Regarding some upcoming changes, I'm not sure how much of the plans that Red and I are discussing are public knowledge, but I do want to assure you that the changes won't be disruptive in any manner. You might need to re-learn where a button or two is located, but in principle things are going to remain the same when our updates are complete. Red and I are deeply thinking through every aspect of the upcoming adjustments to make sure we don't rock the boat too much. And because Tom's technical contributions have been solid, so we've got a good base from which to expand. So yeah, I'm pretty excited about it all.

The best-built houses still need a new coat of paint every few years, so Red and I are putting on our painters hats and about to get dirty. I for one can't wait.

Actually I am hoping Chuckie and BHammommy fall in love  :wink: they seem so perfect for each other  :D

When we were first told Natalee missed her flight, we had no idea what had happened to her and still don't to this day.  As any parent, we had high hopes of going to Aruba and bringing Natalee home.  The family was told that Natalee could be in a crackhouse so, in hopes of a live Natalee, what parent in their right mind would turn down the assistance of a MedJet to bring her home.  This was all happening in the first days that Natalee disappeared and we had nothing to go on but what we were told in the beginning.   As soon as we got on the island, everyone began searches all over the island looking for her in every area including the crackhouses.  We were going on information provided by the ALE and had no reason to doubt their word at that time.  

Who would not have done the same for your missing child, do whatever you could to bring her home safely?

He (Jacobs) told us to go to Charlos'n Charlies's rather than the crack houses where he said that Beth's husband, Jug, and his friends had gone the night before.  They went there due to information received from the police that a lot of the kids do drugs and party and that Natalee was probably with them.

The Tacoma Police Department and the State of Washington issued the Amber Alert on Thursday morning after the girl was apparently abducted Wednesday night.

Zina Linnik is described as being a 12 year old white, Ukranian female, blond hair, 4'10". 80lbs The victim was last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail. The victim was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, pink/orange/yellow capri pants, and red flip-flop sandals.

The suspect is described as being a male, Asian. No further description available.

The suspect vehicle is a Gray Older Van partial plate number is 1677.

If you have any information on this incident, please call 911 or contact the Tacoma at 911.

Deze hele zaak stinkt verschrikkelijk. De betrokkenheid van de ouders die het onderzoek letterlijk hebben gedwarsboomd is veel groter dan doet vermoeden. De politie en justitie hebben met de hulp van Nederland alles uit de kast getrokken (het hele eiland is met behulp van F16's gescanned) om het meisje te vinden. Volgens politie bronnen die het zwijgen is opgelegd is het meisje ontvoerd mbv de FBI, door zakenpartners van de stiefvader van Nathalee, als vergelding voor het mislukken van een zakentransactie.

None of it leads to MB... and if it did I would be the first person asking for the FBI to Investigate Beth. I'm sure a lot of others would too.

Asking to look at areas already searched, including the lighthouse after 15 searches will not turn up anything at this point. Areas not searched should be.

Lorenzo was called in and questioned in the first 15-20 days of the case. His house should be searched again. (If it was searched the last time). And anyone else associated with the investigation.

This investigation can never be over until everything is searched. Even if Natalee is found in the sea.

As for Robin, I feel bad for her. She and others like her are in a bad place and need help to get Natalee back. Sometime people rely on people who take total and complete advantage of them.. Ask Mrs Bradley... she'll tell you what can happen.

Well things have changed for Leif.  He has a big drug problem now (putting it nicely).

COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Maury County deputies and federal agents are looking for a man who is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl only hours after being released from jail.

Juan Villa, 24, has been in the Maury County Jail 11 times since 2001 on charges of assault, public intoxication, driving without a license and contempt of court.

He was released from jail on $1,000 bail on Friday at about 9:45 p.m. and is suspected of raping the 15-year-old shortly after midnight. During the investigation, a 13-year-old girl also told deputies she was raped by Villa, Sheriff Enoch George said.

Detective Jerry Williams said Villa knew the 15-year-old but the two were not close.

Villa is suspected of being in the country illegally and George said the department had contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement about him before he was released from jail but the federal agents said they would deal with him later.

"It is very frustrating," George said.

While searching for Villa at a mobile home park on Tuesday, authorities rounded up at least 13 people they believe are illegal immigrants.

The sheriff's department has detained about 80 illegal immigrants since May, including 25 in a single day. The arrests have prompted some immigrant rights group to accuse the department of racial profiling.

George defended the actions, saying the immigrants who were detained were encountered during criminal investigations.

"If they are here and they are trying to support their family, they are still here illegally," he said. "They are still here violating the law."

The sheriff said he will continue to work with federal immigration agents, but he also wants to enroll in a federal program that trains deputies to determine whether arrestees are illegally in the country.


When are we gonna do something about these illegals? This is a repeating story day after day.. and why was he released in the first place? prolly because he was an illegal.

Belgian Dinner Guest Finds Bodies of Host's Wife, Stepson in Freezer

Police detained a man in eastern Belgium after a dinner guest found the bodies of the host's wife and stepson in a freezer, authorities said Thursday.

The female guest opened the freezer while helping to clear up after a dinner with a group of friends Tuesday at the man's home in the city of Verviers, 78 miles east of Brussels, said Christine Wilwerth of the city prosecutor's office.

"It was a lady who at the end of the meal at a friend's house, and after washing the dishes ... decided to take the leftovers of the meal down to the basement to store in the deep freeze," Wilwerth said. "Once she opened the deep freeze, she discovered the bodies."

Guests alerted police, who identified the bodies of the man's wife and her 12-year-old son. The bodies appeared to have been kept in the deep freeze for several weeks.

Wilwerth said the suspect acknowledged that a domestic quarrel had escalated and his wife had been stabbed, but she said he had not explained the circumstances of the child's death.

It's sad Beth and Dave has lived this for two years now and there is no end in sight.

After all this back and forth today I am struck by something Anna has said to me often, that the lively needs to be a place we are reminded has Natalee's name attached to it, and therefore needs to be a respectful place? I hope we don't bring over posts like MiP6's or the like anymore, ospainter explained so well why it's so offensive, but I also hate to think of his garbage on Natalee's thread.

Isn't losing their daughter, their beloved child enough torment to last a lifetime? How can these sick people wish one more ounce of pain upon any parent whose child is taken from them by thieves in the night???? They stole her life, they stole her parents heart's desires, they stole her future?????

Here's how I remeber it and I have a memory like a steel trap.

The FBI said they were 95% sure Natalee was dead because of the amount of blood seen in the Kalpoe car. I'm not making that up. That's exactly how I remember it and when you hear something like that - you remember it!

They seem to have leave open the possibility that she could have survived with that amount of blood loss at only 5%.

Now how it went from blood to rust from a barrel to chocolate and cleaning fluid can only be Edwin 'Papito' Comemencia. He had the car in his possession and when the Kalpoe's cleaned the car on the night in question they would have seen that blood and tried to clean it or have the interior replaced.

Also, as I recall the DFI - NFI seemingly claims to have taken cloth swatches and sections of the headliner from the car and then reported back that it was cleaning fluid and chocolate.

Now you can see why I am not thrilled about the KLPD and their forensic abilities. If they couldn't get that right, how are they gonna get the samples from the VDS garden correct?

Another point - how can the three be a comparative suspect / match when Karin Jansen ordered the DNA testing without a court order and nullified the prosecutor's office order and was unable to get another one?

If there is nothing to compare the blood to... (meaning J2K) how can anyone say for sure it is their blood  / DNA or not?

Am I making any sense here?

I thought it was said that blood samples from the car were also sent to Quantico?

Aruban officials did ask the FBI, however, to analyze a DNA sample from the backseat of one of the suspect's cars to see if it was Holloway's blood. The blood was flown to the FBI crime lab in Quantico, Va., but tests came back negative for blood.

Second, I have been reading back & have been wondering about a few things about 2 of the people who were so available to the family in the beginning & are now trying to peddle their lies:

1. Renfro & Muzenhofer's cell #'s were put on the posters posted on the island
2. Muzenhofer gets an urgent call from a source who says Natalee is "staying in a downtown house with unnamed friends"
3. Muzenhofer states these "friends" agreed to turn Natalee over to her family for $4000
4. Renfro relayed the message to Beth
5. Muzenhofer's husband took Jug & his friends to scout out this house
6. The so called "house" turned out to be a choller house
 
Why would they put their cell #'s on the posters in lieu of the ALE? Were they screening the "tips" that came in & accidently on purpose forgetting to pass on legit tips?
When the so called "source" called Muzenhofer, why didn't she contact the ALE? When Renfro found out about this call why didn't she call the ALE?
Were these two, Renfro & Muzenhofer, trying to scam the family of Natalee out of money?
Sure Muzenhofer pulled $3000 out of the till at their restaurant, but did Jug tell them he would pay that money back as he only had $1000 in cash on him?
Again, I wonder was this all a scam perpetrated on Natalee's family????

Will cleaning fluid erase traces of blood?  Is it similar to bleach that would elimnate blood stains, or DNA?

I don't trust the KLPD any more than ALE. They are part of the coverup.  KLPD knows exactly what happened, who covered up what, and what was found in the car. They don't want to put MEP and ALE on trial.

CARPENTERSVILLE, Ill. —  Authorities tracked down a 4-year-old girl who called 911 nearly 300 times last month by offering to deliver McDonald's to her suburban Chicago apartment.

Unbeknownst to her mother, the girl used a deactivated cell phone to call dispatchers 287 times in June — sometimes as often as 20 times a shift.

Dispatchers heard the child's voice but could only track the phone's signal to the apartment complex.

So authorities used a ruse to pinpoint her.

"We asked (the caller) what she wanted. She said she wanted McDonald's," said Steve Cordes, executive director of QuadCom's emergency center, which covers Carpentersville.

"We talked with her and we convinced her if she told us where she lives, we would bring her McDonald's," he said. "She finally gave us her address. So we sent the police over — with no McDonald's."

After police arrived, the girl's mother took away the phone, Cordes said.

Under federal law, deactivated cell phones still must be able to access 911. Many deactivated phones will contact an emergency call center if the user holds down the nine key.

That is what I thought of when I read it!

I can understand Van Der Straaten covering for his best friend's son (not that it makes it right...but his motives are pretty obvious), and everyone at ALE doing what Van Der Straaten said because he was the boss. But I can't understand why the Dutch would cover for everyone on Aruba. It seems to me that a Dutch investigation would be entirely impartial. What would their reason be for covering for the entire law enforcement machine on Aruba?

I'm not saying it's impossible that the Dutch received some false evidence from Aruba. But I do still trust the Dutch as impartial investigators. I think Aruba is wholly corrupt; maybe I'm just overlooking a logical motive for a Dutch coverup. But I do have doubts that the Dutch would have any incentive to cover up the crimes of this group of teenage boys, especially with the international implications of the case.

This DOES go deep into US and The Netherlands relations. This will lead eventually to exposing Aruban corruption -- but the US and The Neterlands will have to put ALL their ducks in a row first. Unfortunately, this means DELAYING justice for an American tourist. I truly believe that this case will eventually be known as the straw that broke Aruba's back.

I don't get it if Van der Straaten wasn't angry with Joran's  words in his book giving Joran a deal the mental institute and NO jail but Jan said Joran would "have to tell the truth"-Since they offer no deals there...lol..If I was Joran I'd have taken that and ran with.I m,ean it's not like a few of us think he (Joran) is mentally impaired anyway. :P

Apparently ... the ALE had check Deepak's vehicle on or before his May 31, 2005 statement which was taken at the police station at Bubali and ... did not notice blood or chocolate all over the car.  The interrogator  implied that Deepak's vehicle was very clean.

Rob you are absolutely correct about the blood as verified by the fbi and ale before it turned out to be chocolate. Also there was blood in the trunk of that car not just in the back seat. That is why jug said if he woulda known what was up he would have blocked the Kalpoe car in that night to search the trunk.

I was never fully convinced that the evidence sent to Holland and Quantico actually came from Deepak's care.  They were still in cover-up overdrive at that point.

Well, he is right.   American's were so appalled at the treatment of this family that it did become an American issue.  Natalee could have been my daughter.  Maybe Arubans overlook female degradation, but I don't.  Guess that could be very American.  Sell your tales and woes to the islanders.  I'm not buying any of it.  There's a reason Renho and Munzenhofer gave up the states and it has nothing to do with their brainpower.  They deserve to live with you.

OS- something is not right about this blood incident. Follow me here.

The second night when the AB posse got to Aruba and then went to the Noord station, they then went with an officer to the VDS home along with Claudio Eldridge and CC. This is not disputed.

At that point Paulus says he calls Joran, who is at the casino and he has just met up with Deepak (according to his book). They then went to the casino and then found out Joran and Deepak went to the VDS home and their wires were crossed.

The first nite Deepak cleans the car out from the 'ants' and then drives the car the next day to the casino where he hooks up with Joran.

How can Deepak be driving around the Honda with Blood all over the back of it and he drives it right into the VDS compound where Beth and Jug are waiting for them?

Isn't that a huge risk? I say that blood wasn't there until later. After the first nite that Beth and Jug got to Aruba.

Yes, this is truly shocking after all this time that they march out these lies and like Janet, I am somewhat hurt by Robin's apparent support of these theories.  Just a couple of days ago, she was posting to allow MIP6 to explain and stating that he only wanted to help on BFN and I don't know what to say to that.

If this is help, what would hurt be?  I didn't spend hours and days of my life researching and following and trying to support to have it all torn down by lies and misinformation put out by anybody, I don't care who they are.  The truth is the truth and trying to say Jug Twitty did this for insurance money is about as far from the truth as it can get.

The statement where he mentioned vacuuming the sand out of his car was 6/10--is this date significant, since so much seems to have happened around that time regarding the breakdown of the original Holiday Inn lie and the change in the Kalpoes' stories, as well as other suspicious activities?

When I think of all the things that Beth and Jug went through that I know about and I probably only know a very small amount, I just don't know how they managed to keep from losing their minds.

And the picture of Beth (about the time of the draining of the pond), well that just does it for me. I cry every time I see it. It just tears my heart to pieces.  

Why would so many be so cruel??? Is it a way of life there? I know dumb question?

TWITTY: I think he's going to get down there and start asking questions. I mean, there are so many things that went wrong in the beginning. And probably people know by now, Beth said the other night, we had an agent there on the ground when we got there with a chaperone, and we didn't find out until two days ago that this is an American — I think he was a DEA agent. I think he was just there vacationing, though. But anyway, he helped us that night, and he also waited and said, Wait before you go to the judge's house. I want to go with you.

And I find out two days ago that the Aruban authorities never took this man's statement. Beth and I are going, It's unbelievable. But you know what? They didn't take my statement until 30 days later, and I sat there and talked to the man for two hours, and his son. And they didn't take any of the statements from the people that were there. I probably had seven people in my so-called search party that night that we hit the ground, and it took them 19 days to take their statements.

So you know, if I had it all to do over again, Greta, when we got to that judge's house that night, we would have taken — we had three vans. I would have blocked that car in, and if I didn't think, you know, that the police were going to do anything the next morning, I would have parked those cars there and let them tow them away until I could open that car, open that trunk and look in that silver car the next morning.

The Governor General comes to mind.  Maybe he don't like Cheney?

That's a good point (about Deepak's "precious" car)--if he was so meticulous about his car--as he and others state numerous times that he was--I doubt he would have allowed spilled chocolate to fester there.

This is why I boycott, not because Red says or Beth says but because of what I have seen and heard with my own eyes and ears and what I think in my own mind and my own sense of RIGHT and WRONG!

These people are crazy!  They can't win with this tactic.  Yes, now they are blaming the White House and Aruban/American relations and saying that they are NOT GOOD!

That is even more reason for a boycott than anything I can think of.  Americans should never travel to places and countries with whom we do not have good working relations.  If what Dompig says is true, that ALONE would be reason to boycott and also for the Dept of State to issue a travel warning.  If he keeps talking, he just might get one for he is the one doing the damage as far as that is concerned.  They can't ignore his rants and claims about this.
