Bounty Hunter: Bond For Mother Of Missing Girl Will Not Be Revoked
Caylee Missing Since Mid-June

In a sudden reversal, the bounty hunter who helped get Casey Anthony, the mother of a missing 3-year-old Orlando girl, out of jail, says he will not revoke her bond.

Leonard Padilla told Local 6 News that he will not revoke Casey Anthony's $500,000 bond. She's currently being monitored by an ankle bracelet on home confinement at her parents' house after being bailed out of the Orange County Jail last week.

Casey Anthony was charged with child neglect and filing a false statement in mid-July, about a month after she said she last saw her daughter, Caylee.

Threats Mount Against Family

Threats of violence against Casey Anthony and her family have escalated after DNA results indicated the child is likely dead and a decomposing body was in the woman's trunk.

"(Callers are saying) kill the (expletive), burn the (expletive) and fry the (expletive)," the bounty hunter who helped free Casey Anthony, Leonard Padilla, said.

The threats have become so frequent and so violent that Padilla said Casey Anthony and her family are no longer safe and are easy targets for people who could harm them.

"Most of (the callers) are nuts," Padilla said. "They are abusive and they are probably out of their minds but you can't pass up the fact that somebody might just do something stupid. Something has to be done and the safety issue is paramount to us."

A group of people were waiting outside Anthony's parents' home for a chance to confront the family about missing Caylee Anthony.

"(Casey Anthony) does not deserve the air she breathes," resident Denise Payton yelled outside the Anthony home. "And her parents, I don't know how they live with themselves."

"They are disgusting people," resident Tamara Silva said. "Anybody with any kind of sense whatsoever knows they are hiding whatever and they know," Silva said. "I knew from day 1 that baby was not alive."

Padilla said he is throwing Anthony back in jail and revoking her bond for her safety and his piece of mind.

Padilla said he wants to get Anthony back behind bars now that there is talk that protestors may be planning a demonstration against her.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla made a surprising change in plans late Friday morning when he told Eyewitness News he will not be taking Casey Anthony back to jail, something he'd been insisting as recently as 30 minutes earlier.

Padilla's surprising change in plans comes on the same day he insisted she would be returned to jail Saturday and said he was sure Caylee is dead.

"I guess the breaking news is that Casey will not be surrendered by Mr. Padilla," attorney Jose Baez announced late Friday morning.

UPDATE at 12:05 p.m. Friday: Leonard Padilla has changed his mind and will NOT revoke the bond, the bounty hunter just said. He said he plans to add more protection. Padilla spoke with reporters at the office of attorney Jose Baez. Padilla has repeatedly said that Casey Anthony and those around her are in danger by people who are anger at the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

Meanwhle, State Attorney Lawson Lamar has an offer of limited immunity on the table until 9 a.m. Tuesday, designed to help investigators find Caylee. "We don't do it frequently at all," Lamar said, "but in this case it has been so difficult to get any information that might help the police in finding this child that we said, look, if she wants to help in the search, then we'll her tell us what she knows and we won't hold those statements against her." If, however, there was evidence found from the information Casey offered, that could be used in court. The reporter on the local6 video I just posted, stated that Baez had approached the State about immunity awhile ago. The immunity would only be granted if she told where the body is. That means that Baez knows and has known for some time, that Casey disposed of Caylee and probably where Caylee is.

GEORGE ANTHONY: It could have been Sunday. I believe I was in there Sunday. I don't believe I was in there the day before that, like, on the 23rd. I'm almost positive it's a Sunday.

As she comes in the house, and I said, Hey, how're you doing? And she says, Fine, Dad. I says, Well, what's going on? And she says, Oh, I'm just stopping home for about 10 minutes, get some clothes. I go to go back to work. Where's Caylee? She's with Zanny. And I said, OK, when are you guys coming home? She says, Oh, we'll be back home maybe late tonight or the next day.

I said, OK. Have you been talking to Mom? Oh, yes, I talk to Mom every day. I said, I know, but did you talk to Mom today? She sort of hesitated for a moment and she says, Yes. And she says, Oh, by the way, it's a shame what happened in the shed. And I said...

GEORGE ANTHONY: And I said, Really? She says, yes. I said, Interesting. And I just said, Hey, by the way, I said, I'm getting ready to rotate your mom's tires on her car. There's a little metal wedge that fits underneath your tires so your car doesn't rock back and forth. And I said, Well, I'd like to have it, so in case you're not here over the weekend, I'd like to be able to do it.
She was hesitant about letting me get in the car. And I said, Well, listen, I got an extra key. I'll just go get it. Well, she was adamant about -- about that.

VAN SUSTEREN: What, not letting you into the car?

GEORGE ANTHONY: Yes, didn't want me to get into the car to get the stuff out. Dad, I'll get it for you. Dad, I'll get it out. I said, It's no problem. I know where it's at. I'll get it, get it out and be done with it.
So as we're walking out through the garage, she's still telling me, Dad, I'll get it. Give me a minute, I'll get it. I said, Casey, I'm capable of reaching inside your car, and I got it. So -- and she opened up the trunk of the car...

Bounty hunter won't send Casey Anthony back to jail

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has apparently changed his mind and just told the Orlando Sentinel he no longer plans to revoke Casey Anthony's bond on Saturday and send her back to jail.

On Thursday, Padilla told the Sentinel he feared for Anthony and her family's safety, and that's why he planned to put her back in jail. He said he and the bondsmen responsible for posting Anthony's $500,200 bond last week would revoke it on Saturday.

But at noon Friday, Padilla told the Sentinel he spoke with Anthony's defense attorney, Jose Baez, about the security concerns.

Padilla said he told Baez, "I want these changed because I don't feel comfortable."

"If he takes care of those by this afternoon or by tomorrow we won't revoke [the bond]," Padilla said.

Padilla said people have called and e-mailed threatening to kill Anthony. He would not say what the safety concerns are and referred those questions to Baez. Baez said in an e-mail he would not comment.

Meanwhile, e-mails released Friday morning by the State Attorney's Office shows that Baez approached Orange County investigators on July 25 about meeting with prosecutors about a possible limited immunity.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick e-mailed Baez on July 29, saying she had not heard from him about what information Anthony could provide.

As part of the deal, Anthony would have to waive - in writing - any evidence obtained as a result of her statements to investigators, Drane Burdick wrote.

On August 25, Drane Burdick sent another e-mail to Baez about the immunity they discussed on Aug. 12 and how it will expire on Thursday, Aug. 28.

"By that date, you will have had sufficient 'private time' with you client to determine if she wishes to participate in locating her child," she wrote.

Since then, that deadline has been extended to Tuesday at 9 a.m.

"If you would like to attend to this matter over the Labor Day weekend, please send an e-mail to my work e-mail address and I will be able to retrieve it immediately on my Blackberry," Drane Burdick said.

There was little activity outside Anthony's home this morning as the 22-year-old headed to Baez's office for yet another afternoon.

Baez's office is one of the few places the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie is allowed to go.

No reporters saw Anthony get into the minivan to go to Baez's office because the vehicle was in the closed garage.

Anthony's mother Cindy briefly opened her garage door this morning and stepped outside, but said nothing to reporters. The family recently posted "no trespassing" signs in their front yard.

A woman, who only identified herself as a "friend," left the Anthony's Lee Vista-area home this morning and said they will find Caylee.

"A lot of departments that are supposed to be trying to search with the tips they've received that are very -- the tips are right on target to where Caylee could be," the woman said before driving away. "No one's helping them. No one is helping them."

Meanwhile, State Attorney Lawson Lamar spoke Friday morning about the limited immunity offered to Anthony. He said prosecutors offered the immunity - which would only include her direct statements but other evidence generated from her information can be used at trial - weeks ago when they hoped Anthony may lead them to a live child. But that "hope is diminishing" with recent test results that prove a dead body was in the back of Anthony's car. The limited immunity deal is off the table by 9 a.m. Tuesday. The lead prosecutor - Linda Drane-Burdick - is in daily contact with sheriff's investigators. An Orange County sheriff's official disclosed earlier this week that air-sample tests from Anthony's abandoned car showed the vehicle once held a decomposing human body.

"I think [Caylee's] dead," Padilla said Thursday. "I can't figure anybody else that would be in the trunk deceased."

At the same time, Anthony has made no effort to help him find Caylee, he said. Investigative findings detailed in 431 pages of legal documents released this week also made him question the mother's innocence.

"You add all three of those up, and you're headed in one direction," Padilla said.

Anthony was placed on home confinement after leaving the Orange County Jail on Aug. 21. Anthony spent more than a month behind bars before her bond was posted. She faces charges of child neglect and filing a false report to law enforcement.

Baez and Anthony's parents have maintained that her release from jail would enable her to help find 3-year-old Caylee, who was reported missing July 15. Anthony told sheriff's detectives Caylee disappeared a month earlier, when she left the toddler with a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.

During a bail hearing in July, a sheriff's detective said investigators found strands of hair, a mysterious stain and dirt in the trunk of Anthony's Pontiac, which had been abandoned in a parking lot. A cadaver dog also alerted on the trunk, indicating the presence of human-decomposition odor.

That evidence led investigators to suggest that Caylee could be dead and her mother might be involved.

On Thursday, tight-lipped sheriff's officials said they were continuing to look for Caylee as they receive analyses of the evidence by FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement laboratories.

"We do not deal in assumptions," Capt. Angelo Nieves said. "We deal in factual information."

Larry Garrison, an Anthony family spokesman based in Los Angeles, refused to comment on the developments Thursday. He said he and the Anthony family are "outraged" at the Sentinel and would not speak to its reporters.

Klaas ... the desperation heard in the 911 calls convinceS me beyond a doubt that Cindy had nothing to do with ANYTHING in regards to the disappearance of her grandaughter.  She could be heard in the background of one of the 911 tape threatening Casey ... threatening to take custody of Caylee.  She was demanding that authorities arrest Casey for stealing money and her vehicle.  Above all ... Cindy stated her heartfelt concern for her grandaughter who she had not see for a month.

Nevertheless ... Cindy did a flip-flop very quickly in regards to the many aspects of "tough love" revealed in the 911 calls and ... this causes me to think that maybe ... maybe this flip-flop was because she may have learned something that George had already been aware of concerning Caylee and ... damage control was then where it was at.

However ... when I listen to George, Cindy and Lee Anthony in the jailhouse recording when Casey called home ... they were all telling Casey to come clean.

I tend to feel that maybe what Casey's parents portray to the media is not what they feel deep inside but ... they are hoping against all hope that their precious grandaughter is still alive and ... their precious daughter did not do the unthinkable.

Klaas ... I guess you can say ... this wannabe detective is stumped.

ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony has bought herself more time.

Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said Casey's bond will not be revoked on Saturday, as he previously said would happen.

Still, Padilla said he is disappointed Casey has not helped in the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.

"I thought she would discuss the matter with us, she has not. That's all law enforcement wants to know. Was it an accident? Did she die as a result of an accident? If so, she's guilty, at best, of an illegal burial," Padilla said.

There are also reports that Anthony may be offered a limited immunity deal if she will lead them to the child.

So far, the state attorney's office is remaining silent about any possible deal in the works.

Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy, spent her evening Thursday hammering no trespassing signs on her front lawn.

Cindy said Casey is not going back to jail, and she doesn't believe the air sample results of Casey's car, even though she, herself, initially said the car smelled like a dead body.

"I got the car on the fifteenth of July,” Cindy Anthony said. “When they picked up from Amscot on the thirtieth of June there was no odor. (But what about the odor you said you smelled to the 911 operator?) That was 15 days later. I found rotten -- whatever it was -- something decomposing in there. Maybe someone put a body in the car after it went to the tow yard. Why don't you call them about their security?"

Cindy said she is frustrated the media is focusing too much on Casey, and is not out looking for the missing 3-year-old, who she insists is still alive.

Not that I'm defending Cindy, but I know I lose weight when under stress.  Perhaps she is just wearing her wedding ring on her middle finger because it no longer fits on her ring finger.  Just a thought.

Question: What possible scenario would have caused the search dogs to hit on human decomposition in the Anthony's back yard? If there had been say an accidental drowning, and Caylee was removed from the pool and placed on the ground- no smell of decomposition should be detected that quickly. So how the hit(s) in the backyard?

I saw that Des. I tried to research this and this is all I could come up with. It may be that this location serves Orange County as well, IDK. Nonetheless, it made my stomach sick.

I have been married for almost 43 years ... since 18 years old ... to a guy I would not trade for the world and ... the majority of the time my rings on are on a small shelf above the kitchen sink.  I take them off when I am working with detergent and ... forget to put them back on.

For 41 years my husband wedding band has been in his tool box at work.  He is a machinist by trade and ... safety rules state no rings.  However ... for the past two years ... semi-retirement implies that between contracts the ring is on his finger.  I want to impress on all those single and widowed ladies in our church that he is all mine.

As for Georges infidelity, its been stated that he gets around (maybe not as much as Casey) but they were on the verge of divorce anyway.

If I was in the public eye and being scrutinized as they are, I would be sure to have my t's crossed and my i's dotted and hell my rings on the right fingers.

I have the same problem and so does my SIL.  In the past year her husband and her have been caring for an elderly cousin who is an invalid and ... it has taken a toll.  She has taken to wearing her rings around her neck.

I don't know about Padilla, but where I come from a person's word is their bond.  I heard Padilla, when asked on NG last night if he were revoking Casey's bond, say "Definitely."  And further, "She would go back to jail on Saturday."  His word is not worth a pitcher of warm spit.  I think the entire episode was a hoax and Padilla is in it for publicity and a TV show, although not on National Geographic channel as they seem disgusted with him too.  He sure pulled me in with his "Aw, shucks" manner.  Just another sideshow in this circus.

She is wearing some heavy necklaces, let me look there for the ring.  Very good eye Janet.  Also, I too admit I remove all jewelry when washing clothes or doing dishes.

I am happily married and do not wear a ring.  Don't like jewelry and years ago when I worked in a hospital lab I contracted this yeast-like infection on my hands.  I had to go without my rings for some time and have never gone back to wearing them since.  My hands tend toward clammy and when that stuff gets under a ring the itching is awful...so I choose not to wear my ring.  Don't mean to be snitty over the ring thing, but just because she isn't wearing a ring on her finger does not mean she isn't dignifying her marriage.  On the other hand, why do I even care?  It's just Cindy Anthony, right?

It should certainly be easy to know if the ground had appeared to have been disturbed ie to have buried something. Did the dogs hit in area that was disturbed? I don't think so. I recall Cindy saying that they had recently moved some type of bush in the backyard(when she toured the yard with Greta), therefore that ground would be disturbed, but according to Cindy  the dogs did not hit there. Another point is it should be easy enough to tell if dirt /soil found in the trunk of Casey's car matched the soil type(sand/ mixture of soil/sand, soil) found in the Anthony's yard. Has anyone heard mention of this?

I think that soil samples are what they are still waiting on results from as well as other DNA evidence.  This case is so public that they are keeping everyone informed as results trickle in.  Hopefully that information will come in soon as to help narrow down this large area for Tim and TES.

My thoughts on this...

Law enforcement & bounty hunters aren't bending over for Casey.  They are bending over for Caylee.  I seriously doubt law enforcement are impressed with Casey and are not cutting her slack.  I think they desperately want to recover Caylee's body and are working to do just that.  They most likely have strong suspicions what happened, but they need all the evidence they can gather to make a good, strong case for trial.  They must also not only be able to say, but prove without doubt in a court of law who did what and when.  They need to find all parties involved and what their part in this was, and prove it, backed up with evidence.  I think LE would prefer to wait and make certain when they bring charges, they are charging those responsible.  There seem to be a number of player here, including Cindy, George, boyfriends, friends and etc.  Many law enforcement officers have children of their own, and I believe it's important to them to get this right.  Even the prison population dislike those that harm children.  I firmly believe there are those in law enforcement, those searching (Tim Miller with TES and others), are being patient and keeping leaks out of the news to make certain justice is served for Caylee.  I think law enforcement know Caylee is dead, so there isn't a rush as would be if there were a chance no matter how slim that she were alive.  I think law enforcement want to NAIL the ones that harmed her to the wall.  Legally, of course... JMHO  Rant over.  (this case is frustrating, ain't it!)

They took soil samples and I am sure they have compared them.  I remember Cindy telling  Greta the hits by the dogs were inconsistent.  I am not sure what that meant...I don't think that is what LE said about the hits, but Cindy said that is what happened.  I think it was another attempt to plant doubt in the minds of prospective jurors should the need arise.  To me decomp is decomp.  If dogs are trained to smell human decomp, then it won't be George's sweat they hit on.

Yes I have seen dogs allowed to range, when they hit they go back to where the trainer is, and "bring" them to the area. They were within visual distance of one another but not on leash.

Des, I'm climbing out on the limb with you on this one. I resented Padilla coming in and getting Casey out. I felt he was just doing it for the ratings. That may have been and probably was a big part of it initially. I feel he truly believed he could talk to Casey and find Caylee. Instead, he was scammed out of $50,000, literally. If He had been given access to her, he may have been able to get some information. We'll never know. What I see now is a man who has admitted his errors and is trying to rectify a situation that is probably the worst he has ever seen.

Yes, he got himself into this but he's going the course and for that I commend him. I do wish he had revoked the bond and I'd like to know what changed his mind. In saying these things, I reserve the right to retract my statement if I see the Koolaid has gotten to him, too.

This is very interesting.  It appears that Casey requested the limited immunity to be extended until Tuesday.  Did I get it right?  Maybe new development will be forthcoming this weekend.

I think that Cindy and George turning on the media the way they have indicates that they know Casey will be arrested very soon.  The closer it gets, the more angry and bizarre their behavior becomes.  Cindy is definetly on Xanax, I think  would be too.  Cindy and George remind me very much of Scott Peterson's parents who are still looking for Laci's killer!!!  They will NEVER believe that their son could be a killer.  Same with the Anthonys.  Casey never seems to be upset about anything, ever.

GRETA VAN SUSTEREN, FOX NEWS HOST: ... On June 15, Father's Day, Caylee's grandparents saw Casey and little Caylee.

MARK FUHRMAN, FMR LAPD HOMICIDE DETECTIVE: June 16, George and Cynthia still have Caylee and Casey in the house. And at about 12:50, Casey leaves with Caylee from the Anthony residence. Cindy is already at work, the mother. The mother of Casey is already at work. George leaves at approximately 2:30 PM that day.

Now, what we're learning here is that this timeline is tightened up to June 16, and now we can even tighten up just exactly what kind of activity was actually going on that afternoon. Later in the afternoon, starting at about 3:00 o'clock, we have a source that has shown us that there is a flurry of cell phone activity from Casey's phone. Some of those calls, six in a row, that are just a two minute or two apart, trying to get a hold of her father, six phone calls to her mother and two other individuals which we are not describing at this time.

Now, the activity ceases for about two hours at about 4:00 o'clock, and then continues several other phone calls to the mother, the father and a couple of other individuals between about 6:00 and about 7:30.

almost all caught up, and I believe I have discovered A VERY IMPORTANT CLUE.

You tell me what you think. I am now ready to reveal something that has been on my mind, and I think I can now confirm it.

In going over the documents posted by Klaas with the immunity deal, I checked Joseph Jordan's post to see who was the sex crimes investigator - Joseph indicated this was Appie Wells, IIRC. I do not see that name included in the doc, but believe Joseph is probably correct and the info filtered up the chain of command to the people who make the ultimate decision.

The limited immunity may not be able to get the truth because the truth does not lie with Casey - it lies with George.

When George contended he hemmed an hawed about the removal of the gas cans from the trunk I contended at the time (you may check my posts) that there was something missing and that was a cover for why he was in the trunk.

After-all the trunk is the most critical piece of evidence to date.

I contend that the initial lie about the stolen gas cans was a lie to conceal his culpability. I knew at the time that the gas cans were going to play a role here somehow, but at the time was unable to figure out how they fit in.

I now contend that George did discover the body of Caylee in the trunk and as I also posted that ~ we will keep this between us and don't tell your mother.

At the time, I knew that Casey could not be in a conversation with George about the stolen cans, AND BE ENTERING A MESSAGE THROUGH MYSPACE. Time stamped at 2:30pm. (IIRC and I think I do.) I NOW CONTEND THAT GEORGE TO TOOK THE PONTIAC WHILE CASEY WAS CREATING AN ALIBI AND HID THE BODY OF CAYLEE.

IT is GEORGE.

Offering limited immunity to Casey will not reveal the body, in my opinion.

It may explain how George was involved, but to find the body - you will need to get to George.

What is with this missing since June 9th stuff?  People at the nursing home said Caylee was there on June 15th.  Police took a picture off a laptop that showed Caylee with her great grandpa on the 15th at the nursing home.

George said June 9th, Cindy said June 9th and Cayse said June 9th.  I can see one person maybe 2 being wrong about the date, but not all three.  Why is is so important that we are led to believe that June 9th was the last day Caylee was seen?  What is it that they don't want us to know?

You guys are really the best! I'm so lucky to be a part of this group. I am a smoker and I have COPD. Klaas can tell you what it's like to have respiratory problems from smoking. 30+ years of it has taken  it's toll. In all honesty, the job was getting very difficult for me. I'm not a spring chicken anymore and nursing is pretty hard. In a way, this is a blessing. I still have my DBL and I have time to look for something else. Maybe a desk job where I can log in here during the day!  ::MonkeyWink::

I agree 100%..I have always believed George played a part...

There is an area up against the house, 2 ft from the pool, there looks like mulch because is a rectangle of dark soil, right beside the pool, Cindy was showing Greta this big outside bend looking thing, plastic trunk, said it was here at the pool (where is was when she was with Greta) but they had moved it over by the house because Caylee could now climb and they didn't want her climbing in the pool. Cindy also told Greta there was an inconsisitant hit by the cadaver dog in that area by the house, so what bothered me was, why was the container thingy back by the pool? Did the police move it there? Do they know Caylee isn't coming home so it doesn't matter now? Reports said there was an impression in the ground, and George agreed, so is this where the impression was? I think Caylee had temporarily buried her there under that container, because otherwise, those 2 little dogs would have dug her up.
 Hope that makes sense but if anyone has that interview with Greta, they'll see what I'm talking about.

Could it have been George that left the car at the Amscott (sp) Parking Lot? That would explain why Casey's purse was left in it! Men don't think of those things......

I agree....I'm with you, I always thought George used the finding gas cans in the trunk for his own cover my @ss benefit....reason for his DNA, prints on cans....and saying (or not saying) he didn't detect an odor to help Casey cover her @ss.....

I agree...I was skeptical about this to begin with as well as it seemed odd to just report gas cans missing.  I mean if someone was going to break into a shed like that would they not take some lawn equipment too like an edger or weed eater..something hawkable?  It does seem as just to be an aliby.

Try Medical Transcription...with your back ground...and you can work from home...I have a friend here that is an RN...and has moved to medical transription for a couple of small Dr. clinics...she said it pays way more...and she can do it in her jammies  ;-)

The only thing I've ever been able to come up with is they wanted to move away from the real time frame of when this occurred and take emphasis off that week like when Casey borrowed the shovel.

Nothing would surprise me at this point and Tony did say that Casey told him that her father would take care of the car. I've often thought the gas cans were to mask any odors in the car, I know when I go to get gas for the mower and put the cans in the trunk, I can't get home fast enough, the fumes are horrendous.

I think in one of the statements it was mentioned by the Tow company that Cindy and George bring along some gas as the car was almost out.  I think I remember reading that.

The following theory that can change at a moment's notice (LOL) was arrived at because in the Greta interview George Anthony did not reveal a foul order when he claimed he opend the trunk of Casey's vehicle on June 24th and ... logic dictates that Casey was deceased prior to June 24th.  I contend that any other vehicles owned by the Anthonys should be tested for decomposition.

OK ... here goes!

1. On the afternoon of June 16th Caylee dies (neglect/implusive action/premeditated action?).  In a panic she attempts to contact her parents ... she is not successful.

2.  On June 17th ... the panic has subsided and ... Casey spend the day contemplating what to do with her daughter's remains.  She drive to a secluded area near the airport to look it over.  She only spends ten minutes in the area and ... decides against this location for burying her daughter.

3.  Casey has decided that Caylee should be buried at the only home she has known and ... on June 18th Casey borrows a shovel from a neighbour and buries Caylee in her parent's back yard ... the spot which the dog/s hit on.

4.  On June 24th Casey returns to her parents home and ... confesses everything to her father and ... George Anthony moves Casey to another location.  Cindy is kept in the dark.

TIMELINE ACCORDING TO MEDIA SOURCES:

June 15:  Fathers Day at Caylee‘s Great Grandparents
June 16:  George sees Caylee and Casey leave residence at 12:50 PM
June 16:  Cell phone activity attempting to reach George and Cindy - 3:00 PM-4:00 PM

June 17:  Ten minute pinging from Casey’s cell phone - Airport
June 18:  Casey backs vehicle up to the house and borrows a shovel from a neighbour.

June 24:  George reported the theft.

I think they are hoping Casey gives up george.I believe they have alot of evidence that also points in his direction but, if they could get casey to implicate him it would make their job a little easier.

George told the guy at Johnson's Wrecking, while walking to Casey's car that they found Casey but his granddaughter was missing....this was before the 911 call, where Cindy tells George that Caylee is missing, and he says "what" like he's surprised.....yet he had mentioned the fact hours before to the tow guy.

Also, IIRC, LE would have to let the defense look at all their information if charges of murder (or manslaughter) are filed. 

Maybe they don't want to tip their hand yet.

I truly feel  LE is being as careful as they possibly can so they can prosecute and get a conviction.

Someone (sorry, I forgot who) posted the fly life cycle a thread or two back and that information revealed that the flies were second generation when found in the trunk.

June 16th - to - June 24th is second generation.

In the information posted by so many, it was revealed that the decomposition of the human body would need roughly 9 days (and in the Florida heat this could happen even faster) for scalp material to dislodge from the cranium.

I believe this is the frame.

Now, WHY would he tell that little fib?  What is the big deal about saying - Oh Casey took them and brought them back?  Who would care?

Also, the insistance about him wanting in that trunk for a stupid wheel chock (or whatever) and Casey NOT wanting him in that trunk - Why?  Because she had stolen 2 gas cans worth a questionable $50?  Hell, she had already stolen from Cindy to the tune of 45K.  Big deal about $50.....

Casselberry Citizens Camp Out At Anthony House; George's Temper Flares 3:05 p.m. Friday: Tempers flared at the Anthony house when two Casselberry citizens set up lawn chairs, an umbrella and a tripod onthe grass between the street and the house. When asked what they were doing, the men said they wanted to get video of Casey for themselves. George emerged from the garage and told them to get off his property. When they refused, he knocked over their tripod, threw their umbrella across the lawn. He started to grab one of the men by their shirt, but a neighbor intervened and calmed him down. George then left in his car.

Oh MB, that is so sad to hear.  Not only are you trying to deal with your health, they let you go too.  I think the way the economy is right now, employers are looking for any excuse to downsize.  File for unemployment right away.  Do you have any insurance on your credit cards/mortgage/loans that helps you if sick or unable to work?  Was respiratory problems due to anything at work?

HI Kimmy, and ya know - George went to the OCSO on Monday to clear that up that gas can theft, and by Tuesday we were all over it.

He said he couldn't finish the interview on Friday because of the benefit being held for Caylee.

He also had all weekend to go in and have a lil talk. He didn't do it.

Cajun - the only thing new is that BOND will not be revoked afterall.  Personally, I think it's because more charges are about to filed.

MrsK.  I just saw it was COPD and you are a nurse.  Do what I did and go work for law firm or work independently from home.  I lost ER job due to latex allergy that kept getting worse.  You do not have to take any of those "nurse consultant" courses.  You just need your clinical knowledge.  Since you are home right now, reach out to law firms and tell them you will review cases for them.  Heck, give them a free trial and reel them in.  You can start own business from home.  What area are you in?  I am a nurse consultant now and it is wonderful.  I do not know if it is going to let me do this but I will send u my email if you have any questions.  email is pc-rn@comcast.net.

Texas group of volunteers to join search for Caylee Marie

A Texas group of volunteers plans to join the search for Caylee Marie and has set up a command center in the Lee Vista area.

Though the group, EquuSearch, has not started searching yet, director Mandy Albritton said they will focus on areas overlooked by investigators.

They use horses, dogs, choppers, divers and other resources to search for missing people. One of their tools is a remote-controlled plane that shoots pictures over wooded areas and bodies of water.    "We came in at the request of the Anthonys and in cooperation with the Orange County sheriff's office," Albritton said. "Our mission is search and rescue and we are still hoping that we will find Caylee alive."

Miller and more than a dozen volunteers have been arriving in Orlando this week to help search for the missing toddler. Albritton and others set up the command center in the parking lot behind the Holiday Inn, off T.G. Lee Boulevard, near the Orlando International Airport. More volunteers are expected over the weekend from Miami-Dade County.

Meanwhile, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla has apparently changed his mind and told the Orlando Sentinel he no longer plans to revoke Casey Anthony's bond on Saturday and send her back to jail.

On Thursday, Padilla told the Sentinel he feared for Anthony and her family's safety, and that's why he planned to put her back in jail. He said he and the bondsmen responsible for posting Anthony's $500,200 bond last week would revoke it on Saturday.

But at noon Friday, Padilla told the Sentinel he spoke with Anthony's defense attorney, Jose Baez, about the security concerns.

Padilla said he told Baez, "I want these changed because I don't feel comfortable."

"If he takes care of those by this afternoon or by tomorrow we won't revoke [the bond]," Padilla said.

Padilla said people have called and e-mailed threatening to kill Anthony. He would not say what the safety concerns are and referred those questions to Baez. A telephone message and e-mail sent to Baez have not been returned.

Meanwhile, e-mails released Friday morning by the State Attorney's Office shows that Baez approached Orange County investigators on July 25 about meeting with prosecutors about a possible limited immunity.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick e-mailed Baez on July 29, saying she had not heard from him about what information Anthony could provide.

As part of the deal, Anthony would have to waive - in writing - any evidence obtained as a result of her statements to investigators, Drane Burdick wrote.

On August 25, Drane Burdick sent another e-mail to Baez about the immunity they discussed on Aug. 12 and how it will expire on Thursday, Aug. 28.

"By that date, you will have had sufficient 'private time' with you client to determine if she wishes to participate in locating her child," she wrote.

Since then, that deadline has been extended to Tuesday at 9 a.m.

"If you would like to attend to this matter over the Labor Day weekend, please send an e-mail to my work e-mail address and I will be able to retrieve it immediately on my Blackberry," Drane Burdick said.

There was little activity outside Anthony's home this morning as the 22-year-old headed to Baez's office for yet another afternoon.

Baez's office is one of the few places the mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Marie is allowed to go.

No reporters saw Anthony get into the minivan to go to Baez's office because the vehicle was in the closed garage.

Anthony's mother Cindy briefly opened her garage door this morning and stepped outside, but said nothing to reporters. The family recently posted "no trespassing" signs in their front yard.

A woman, who only identified herself as a "friend," left the Anthony's Lee Vista-area home this morning and said they will find Caylee.

"A lot of departments that are supposed to be trying to search with the tips they've received that are very -- the tips are right on target to where Caylee could be," the woman said before driving away. "No one's helping them. No one is helping them."

Meanwhile, State Attorney Lawson Lamar spoke Friday morning about the limited immunity offered to Anthony. He said prosecutors offered the immunity - which would only include her direct statements but other evidence generated from her information can be used at trial - weeks ago when they hoped Anthony may lead them to a live child. But that "hope is diminishing" with recent test results that prove a dead body was in the back of Anthony's car. The limited immunity deal is off the table by 9 a.m. Tuesday. The lead prosecutor - Linda Drane-Burdick - is in daily contact with sheriff's investigators. An Orange County sheriff's official disclosed earlier this week that air-sample tests from Anthony's abandoned car showed the vehicle once held a decomposing human body.

"I think [Caylee's] dead," Padilla said Thursday. "I can't figure anybody else that would be in the trunk deceased."

At the same time, Anthony has made no effort to help him find Caylee, he said. Investigative findings detailed in 431 pages of legal documents released this week also made him question the mother's innocence.

"You add all three of those up, and you're headed in one direction," Padilla said.

Anthony was placed on home confinement after leaving the Orange County Jail on Aug. 21. Anthony spent more than a month behind bars before her bond was posted. She faces charges of child neglect and filing a false report to law enforcement.

Baez and Anthony's parents have maintained that her release from jail would enable her to help find 3-year-old Caylee, who was reported missing July 15. Anthony told sheriff's detectives Caylee disappeared a month earlier, when she left the toddler with a baby sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.

During a bail hearing in July, a sheriff's detective said investigators found strands of hair, a mysterious stain and dirt in the trunk of Anthony's Pontiac, which had been abandoned in a parking lot. A cadaver dog also alerted on the trunk, indicating the presence of human-decomposition odor.

That evidence led investigators to suggest that Caylee could be dead and her mother might be involved.

On Thursday, tight-lipped sheriff's officials said they were continuing to look for Caylee as they receive analyses of the evidence by FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement laboratories.

"We do not deal in assumptions," Capt. Angelo Nieves said. "We deal in factual information."

Larry Garrison, an Anthony family spokesman based in Los Angeles, refused to comment on the developments Thursday. He said he and the Anthony family are "outraged" at the Sentinel and would not speak to its reporters.

I have been in your position (I was out of work for a year and a half).  The disability people were pressuring me to go back to work when I knew I wasn't ready to go back.   In the mean time reach out to friends, former colleagues and let them know you will be looking.  Make up a nice resume for yourself (it does help).  Before you know it you will find a job.  I took a temp job for 17 days (I hated it  ::MonkeyHaHa:: ) because I was very nervous going back after being out so long.  It gave me the little push I needed to get back to work.  A month and a half later I was offered a job.  So in the end it will work out.

George was probably going to attack the umbrella people again and Cindy pulled him back in the house.....lol

bb ... her partying while Caylee's disappearance went unreported is not good.  An unintention death whether it was an impulsive action or negligence ... would imply remorse/grief.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Local 6 News on Friday exclusively obtained e-mails from Casey Anthony, the mother of a missing 3-year-old Orlando girl, that she sent to a 12-year-old girl she befriended since being bailed out of jail.

The e-mails, letters and gifts were sent to a middle school student who helped organize a vigil in St. Cloud earlier this month for Caylee Anthony, who has been missing since mid-June.

Sources said that DNA results and air sample tests from Casey Anthony’s car suggest that Caylee is likely no longer alive, causing the girl to became distraught to the point of hospitialization, Local 6 News reported.

Casey Anthony was charged with child neglect and filing a false statement in mid-July, about a month after she said she last saw her daughter, Caylee. An ankle bracelet is currently monitoring her on home confinement at her parents' house after she was bailed out of the Orange County Jail last week.

There was dirt in the trunk and they did analize that also but I haven't heard anything about the results from that.They were also testing the shovel.
I think if all of the DNA and evidence results are in,that would be enough to rearrest Casey......maybe they are waiting to find Caylee's body(with this immunity deal).

Again about Tony and Leonard Padilla.Leonard is a bounty hunter and has no say so in revoking the bond.Tony is the bonds man and it is up to him to revoke the bond....or not.

Is Cindy gonna go ballistic and DEMAND that they quit the search??  Because "Casey is ALIVE!"......

I'm concerned that whenever TE gets close to a discovery....The Anthony's are gonna demand they quit their search....

If that happens...will TE stop????

Let me get this straight.....  Someone broke into the tow yard, then borke into the trunk of Casey's car.  They then placed a dead body in the trunk.  Left the body in the trunk to decompose so there would be an odor.  This person(s) then returned & removed the body before the car was claimed.  They probably stole the gas in the cans for their getaway. 

If this wasn't so crazy it would be funny.

What is with these people and their sense of entitlement? They think they own the sidewalk, can tell the media where to go and what to report, even have Baez joining in telling media not to follow him to his office. Who the hell do these people think they are? And boy, seems tempers flare in that household, very easy to see how something may have happened to Caylee. And perhaps this is exactly why Padilla is not revoking the bond, let em fight it out in that house til it all boils over. They want to get rid of the media, tell the truth!
