So yeah whats up, Im Brandon 23 years old. I just got back from my 2nd deployment, which was about 15 months in Iraq. Right now Im just hanging out in North Carolina waiting to get orders to redeploy back to iraq at a later date. I have some of the best friends that a person could ever ask for. They are true and good at heart. These last couple of weeks have no doubt been the best couple in the longest time. I cant imagine anything going better in my life than what is already taking place. Funny how that old saying is good things come to those whom wait. I now believe that. Im thankful everyday for what I have and would never do anything to risk it.

It's all so easy to see and you don't need to be a psychic to see this one on the horizon.

Ok, back to business.  A few days ago a report came out that said there were also scratches on the inside of the trunk and my heart just about stopped.  I wondered if Casey used the trunk as a 'babysitter'.  I could see Cindy telling her to stay home with the baby once in a while instead of partying so much.  If she put her in the trunk, passerbys wouldn't be able to see her like they would if she just left her in the back seat.
I just finished reading the interview of Amy Huizenga and on the last page Amy says: "Um, of us going out she would talk about having to get her parents to look after her.  And then every once in a great while it would be the nanny".

I sure hope no one is going to slam a solider who risked his life for his country based on some e exchanges.

Casey knows a lot of men  ::MonkeyRoll::... this guy hasn't been accused of anything that I have seen, other than knowing Casey. I'm sure he probably wishes he never knew her.

Unfortunately not that I know of.  There was a post at Brians Dreams, I think from one of the psychic searches they said it looked like LE was searching a particular area.  Probably nothing.

And what could Baez live with?  Casey out of jail and no charges?  I don't think Cindy will settle for anything less from Baez.

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick e-mailed Baez on July 29, saying she had not heard from him about what information Anthony could provide.

As part of the deal, Anthony would have to waive - in writing - any evidence obtained as a result of her statements to investigators, Drane Burdick wrote.

On August 25, Drane Burdick sent another e-mail to Baez about the immunity they discussed on Aug. 12 and how it will expire on Thursday, Aug. 28.

"By that date, you will have had sufficient 'private time' with you client to determine if she wishes to participate in locating her child," she wrote.

Since then, that deadline has been extended to Tuesday at 9 a.m.

My Thoughts for tomorrow:
She has held out longer than I tought she would and this makes me think Caylee death was NOT an accident or she would have taken the deal.
She has something to hide that would give her life so she has nothing to loose, by not talking
If the body is found, before the trial is over , she could  face the Death Penatly and she knows it.
If the body is not found by the time she goes to trial she will get a lesser sentence.

In today's Orlando Sentinal:  Meanwhile, Caylee's grandmother, Cindy Anthony, spoke out against general negativity in the case during a vigil Sunday night that drew more than two dozen supporters to the Anthony home.

"We need a voice that's a lot stronger than theirs," she said. "I'm not going to give up."

Padilla said that Cindy hit 9-1-1 before LE came and re-arrested Casey? Did I hear that right?

Padilla: Same story he has told before.  Talking about what they did...moved people in the house with Casey.  Baez didn't get it done and then Casey was arrested again.  Padilla said Cindy called 911 because of the crowd and didn't expect Casey to be arrested.


Padilla said she never did anything to help any of them....ever...Padilla says he thinks what ever happened was between the 24th and 27th.  Still saying it was an accident of some kind.  Padilla says Casey's faculties are not all there. LOL

That 911 call...about the dead body smell is the one time in all this that Cindy was right on honest...and she knows it...she knows that was raw human emotion and it was the exact truth.

I feel that in any case of a missing child, where donations are given, the family should publically account for every penny spent.

Yes, Padilla said the security was a factor so they agreed with Baez to move someone else in the house and move the RV...that was not done that day, but someone, I assume it was the female assigned to Casey, that was in the house at the time and Cindy called the police when the people showed up for the protest...he also said the police came...but they took Casey away.

Usually, there are friends that will handle that part...apparently they have no friends..

The SA has not moved they case further than it was when she was originally locked up.

The "suspicions" are now confirmed, but nothing more has really occurred.

Al that truly happened was - she went from child neglect and lying to authorities and 6 years to 2nd or 3rd degree and 20 years.

Her bond was established by the judge on 2nd or 3rd degree anyway. THAT IS NOW CONFIRMED.

So they need the body to get 1st degree.

The police had been called out to the Anthony home just prior to the arrest of Casey on Friday night.  But, it is probable that neighbors had also called.  I was listening to the Orlando police scanner on Friday night and the word was to "move the crowd out".  I am in the Midwest but you can listen online to the Orlando PD at:

Areas TES searched are places they want searched.  They want these areas searched two or three times.  It is the place where the cell phone pings happened.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Bones found wrapped in a baby's blanket over the weekend during a search for missing Caylee Anthony belonged to a dog.

Volunteer searchers scoured remote areas and swamps in Central Florida searching for missing Caylee Anthony, 3, over the weekend and on Monday.

Searchers thought they had a break in the case when bones were found near the Anthony's Orange County home Sunday. However, it was determined that someone had wrapped a dead dog in a baby blanket.

During Monday's search, several other piles of bones were found on Lee Vista Boulevard.

"It looks like a spine or backbone," searcher Martin Krasinsqui said.

The new bones were marked for investigators.

Meanwhile, a weekend call for volunteers to search for Caylee drew only a handful of people instead of a crowd of thousands originally expected.

"We usually have 1,000 to 2,000 a day (for a search)," Texas Equusearch official Mandy Albritton said. "Unfortunately, Saturday we only had 200."

Even fewer volunteers showed up for a Sunday search.

Some blamed the low turnout -- which was described as dismal -- on Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony.

"Regardless of what your opinion is about the family, the focus is on this little girl who needs to be found," volunteer Magie Woodward said.

"I'd like to see a better turnout," volunteer Lee Mann said. "There is so many people around here. Anybody could help."

"We need them to realize this search is not about the family," Albritton said. "This search is about brining this baby home. Whether to live out the rest of her life or rest -- it's a rescue mission."

The Orange County Sheriff's Office directed the teams to areas that needed to be searched Sunday.

"It's important that we find Caylee whether she is dead or alive," Orange County Sheriff's Sgt. John Allen said.

Saturday, a group of volunteers used sonar and a high-tech airboat to search Central Florida swamps and other remote areas for a missing Orlando girl.

"We still have that glimmer of hope that (Caylee) is still out there alive," Equusearch official Tim Miller said. "But our experience in 920-plus searches is that this is probably not going to end up good."

ya know this is the June 17th pings that were later denied. Interesting that nobody is out searching anything based on Padilla's info, which would be according to him the 24th through the 27th.

If Caylee was submerged in water, that can act somewhat as a preservation. You've all seen bodies that were recovered and did have some or most of the tissue intact. I have never picked a body up from a landfill, but I just learned today that it can actually act as a preservation as well, based on the layers that cover and insulate the remains. If Caylee was buried, there's also the possibility that some of the tissue would still be present though not much.

My guess is they are fairly certain it is human bones but of course need to do DNA

I'm hoping that LE bugged the residence while Casey was home. I'm still thinking that left alone, Cindy and Casey's conversations would be interesting.

I wondered that myself. It would have to be examined, testing done, etc,...which would take who knows how long but we do know that it wouldn't be done by 9:00 am tomorrow morning so I can't see anything in it for LE to let it out. 

an anthropologist would quickly determine if the bones are human or animal and which animal they come from.

There are other people missing in Orlando and just finding human bones would not necessarily mean it is Caylee, unless there were clothing or article that are know to be with her.

we have been over the animal blood v human blood a few times in the past few years also.

and a child vs adult could be determined quickly...hopefully there aren't too many missing kids down there...very vague info

To the residents of Orlando and surrounding communities,

I know that your hearts are grieving and broken over the plight of Caylee Marie Anthony. Our hearts join you in your sorrow. We come to you today asking that you put aside any anger or bad feelings that you may have and instead, focus your energy in the search for Caylee.

My granddaughter, Riley Ann Sawyers, was taken from this world on July 24, 2007 by an act of violence that will forever haunt our lives. Texas Equusearch played an instrumental role in identifying her and returning her to her family. They continue to play a large role in supporting our family in our grieving and healing process, and helping us to bring awareness to the plight of missing and abused children.

We come to you today to ask that you join law enforcement and Texas Equusearch in their search for Caylee. Searching for a missing child is a difficult and daunting task, both physically and emotionally. Those that choose to volunteer their time and efforts to do so are truly angels that walk on earth. Even if you cannot physically search for the child, there are many, many things that you can do. There is a great need for food, water, supplies, monetary donations and other assistance. Even making a small donation can make a big difference and I am asking you to please consider doing so.

One of our spokespersons talked to Tim today. They will have spent a minimum of $25,000 on this search by tomorrow in gas, lodging, food, supplies, etc. His word were “We are not going anywhere until this baby is brought home.”

This is a time that we can all come together and do something positive for Caylee. Our thoughts and our efforts should be on finding Caylee and bringing her home. Texas Equusearch is there in a role to support Caylee, nothing more, nothing less. Please think of Caylee as one of your own, and do all you can to help in bringing her home. Focus your efforts in a positive way and with love for a little girl lost. Please come together as a community for the love of a child that so desperately needs you now. As a family who’s child has been there, we know how great of an impact you, one person, one voice, one loving heart, can make.

I kinda no what kinda of person Caysee is I have  afriend that lives in florida that asks the same way , Sleeps around , lies to get her way , uses everyone in her path ...... But I really knew this when I listened to one of the phone calls from jail "when she talking to her friend Kristine , My friend does the same thing HONEY SWEETHEART , you know I love you ,, Honey............ Same thing when she has done wrong and does not want to hear she starts the same BS talk .... As far as wanting to talk to Tony ..... She didnt want him to believe all the lies that where going to start coming out , she wanted to make sure she got to talk to him before he found out about her BS, she was just trying to cover her tracks... so she had someone to go to when she got out .... she does not want to be at home , she knew all of her other friend would already no the lies becasue of Amy , but no one really hung out with TONY......

I can understand everyones feelings about finding Caylee and bringing her "home" when you think of that "home" being George & Cindy Anthony and I struggled with that myself but ultimately I choose to make a donation online (I live in Maine so volunteering to search isn't an option for me) because I know that when she is found she will be in the hands of the investigator's and the evidence will speak for her and justice can be done. 

No she was probaly in chat rooms looking for her next victims of her BS , she has to have new one show she can spin the next web of lies to a new party crew ... thats what pathological liars do .......

I believe Casey did take a lie detector (polygraph test) during her first seven hour meeting with Mr Baez when she was released on bond.

There are several reason he would want to have her take one.

He would want to know for himself if she is telling the truth about certain areas of the case. He knows she lies.

He would also like to publicly claim that Casey is willing to take a test if he knows she could pass. I believe someone has made the claim that Casey would take a test if it did not focus on her guilty or possible role in a murder.

No such claims lately - so she probably failed miserably.

Lab tests confirmed a decomposing body had been in the trunk of a car driven by a missing girl's mother, and investigators believe the 3-year-old is dead, the sheriff's office said Monday.

Investigators have called Casey Anthony, 22, a "person of interest" in Caylee Anthony's disappearance. She faces charges of child neglect, obstruction and making false statements in the case.

"(FBI) laboratory evidence, along with additional evidence that has not been made public, leads investigators to the belief there is a strong probability that Caylee is deceased," the Orange County Sheriff's Office said. "If any evidence to the contrary is provided, it will be vigorously pursued."

The statement said the forensics tests confirmed there had been a decomposing body in the car. Detectives disclosed at a July hearing the trunk contained hair samples appearing to belong to Caylee, a strong odor and suspicious stain that glowed under black light.

A spokeswoman for Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, did not immediately return a telephone message Monday. He has repeatedly said his client doesn't know what happened to Caylee.

Caylee was reported missing in mid-July, about a month after she was last seen. Casey Anthony told investigators she dropped the girl off with a baby sitter and went to work. Sheriff's detectives have said those details, and just about everything else Anthony has told them, was a lie.

Anthony was released on $500,000 bail Aug. 21, but returned to custody Friday following new theft charges unrelated to Caylee. Prosecutors have offered Anthony limited immunity in exchange for cooperation, but that was set to expire Tuesday.

You can see the red glow using a black light or even a strong fluorescent bulb, such as an overhead projector lamp, which (you guessed it) gives off ultraviolet light.

    * Antifreeze
      Manufacturers purposely include fluorescent additives in antifreeze fluid so that black lights can be used to find antifreeze splashes to help invesitagors reconstruct automobile accident scenes.

    * Laundry Detergents
      Some of the whiteners in detergent work by making your clothing a bit fluorescent. Even though clothing is rinsed after washing, residues on white clothing cause it to glow bluish-white under a black light. Blueing agents and softening agents often contain fluorescent dyes, too.     * Tooth Whiteners
      Whiteners and some enamels contain compounds that glow blue to keep teeth from appearing yellow.

    * Postage Stamps

IMO, unless Caylee's body is found and shows signs of murder, Casey will not get the death penalty. Even then, I'm not sure she would..  I just don't see it playing out that way.

I don't know about that. If they do find Caylee and there are signs of trauma, I think they would have a public riot if she didn't receive the DP.

The two cases that come to mind as possible precedent to this one is Trenton Duckett & Sabrina Aisenberg (?).  Didn't the Aisenberg's walk away with $300,000 by suing the county?  Wasn't a suit filed against the NG show by the birth mother of Melinda Duckett?  IMO, regardless as to how much distress or pressure exerted by LE innocent, decent persons would NOT take civil action against those who were working diligently to find a missing child unless they were framed, tried & spent 25 years in prison.

Again imo the actions taken in this case demonstrate the desire to commercially capitalize in addition to freedom & vindictiveness motivations & involve financially distressed persons who were putting on a show & had but a pot to p*ss in.  Bunch of phonies.  JMHO

O/T  Just spoke with Cubbee...no power now and she doesn't think it will be back on anytime soon...lots of trees down and damage around there and up her block...she and son are doing fine...they are okay...she hasn't heard from Cajun yet...she asked about Lisa too.

Hello Destiny, we are waiting.....

The laundry soap was bought after they picked up Casey's car. Cindy noticed the dirty clothes in the back seat after she stormed off and was smoking a ciggy next to the Pontiac. The nerve of that PARASITE at the tow company! They clearly deserved a discount on the fees because she is CERTAIN that the MAGGOT who towed the car was the one who left pizza in the trunk when he was doing inventory on her car. Casey had told her many times that she HATED pizza, and she knew Casey would never lie about it. Now it would cost them a lot of money to clean out the car. They might even have to have the upholstery professionally cleaned to get the rotten smell out!

She had George stop at the store to get some laundry soap so she could wash the clothing as soon as they got home. He  put it in the trunk, and didnt realize til he got home that the SCUMSUCKING checker at the store has somehow loosened the cap on the detergent, and it spilled ALL OVER in the trunk!


And thats the truth pffffffffffft!

He's just stalling, just like Casey, but geesh, he should know, they are out of time on this thing. He made a statement the night she was arrested saying everyone is assuming that Casey doesn't know where Caylee is. I'm like oh no we're not, we know she knows exactly where she is and that statement confirms that they both know.

I'd like to know where he's getting all his money from, Casey doesn't have money topay him and he's spending alot of time with her which is taking him away from other paying clients, and now hiring a PR firm, they aren't cheap, I sure hope they aren't using donation money for Caylee.

Hello kind monkeys. I return after three years. This case has really gotten to me, so I registered again.

Let me reintoduce myself. I am a single dad with three teenage children. Work: I have performed more DNA analyses than anyone would like to admit. If you have questions on technical aspects, feel free to ask. I will give you fast answers if it is based on my own work, otherwise the answers will be slower. Either way, I will cite the reasons for my statements.

Caylee's situation is really a sad situation. Briefly, I believe there is a very young mother who is related in some way to her child's homicide. The two older Anthonys really need to step up to the plate, IMO.

I assume this means that Casey is not going to accept the Limited Agreement offer prior to the 9:00 AM Tuesday deadline.

Spoke with Cajun 'bout 20 mins ago...limited power is back on in her very small area...wind damage to trees...house, poochies and people all A-OK...generator is on right now...so they can watch local news...they are worried about her Daughter's house...that area was hit worse...but her Daughter and family evavuated to Houston...so Cajun is very happy her kids are OK too.

I agree, he's stalling but I don't think they have much to lose. He's not a seasoned lawyer to start with and his track record isn't so hot. He's not playing with rinky dinks here. The big guns will be out and he doesn't have the financial means to counter everything with expert witnesses. He's probably doing this pro bono or at a public defender cost.

My guess is he will try to have the case moved to another venue, like Miami, where he can draw a jury from a heavily hispanic population and use his heritage as a prayer.

How long would a body have to be in a car ( Fla. heat ) before the odor would remain for an extended period of time after it was removed?

Would Bodily fluids be required to produce a lasting odor after the body was removed, and if so, would there be a production of fluids in a few hours from an intact, non-bleeding body? I guess I'm saying that if Casey suffocated her, or she drowned or died from heat exhaustion, would those fluids be present in a couple of hours? Thanks!

I don't know. Except for the root, hair is not good for human DNA analyses. There must be some other way to determine if the sample is human.

Living versus dead. What I have learned is that hair in my own head (probably yours too) is contaminated with very characteristic bacteria. These bacteria have their own ribosomal RNA signatures. Very well studied. We can tell common soil bacteria, skin bacteria very easily. After a someone dies, the bacteria in the scalp change due to a huge variety of things, often the presence of soil, and the ribosomal RNA signatures change.

Casy will die in prison...at the hands of other Moms...jmo

Let me rephrase that......I'm sure he'll be able to come up with experts who will do so, but do you think there's any way they can make a convincing argument that could cause a jury to doubt the accuracy of the tests or any other aspect of them?

Well Monkeys ... I have been doing some catch up reading.  I still have not started reading the 400 page document.

My hard drive did crash on Saturday morning ... youngest son just confirmed.  I am fortunate that he had backed up my files last Tuesday so my loss of save stuff was not too great.

Rob ... my son is looking into on-line backups services as you suggested.  According  ... to the reviews ... the backup process is not a problem but ... retrieving files can be a problem with some back up services.  He said experimenting with one service right now.

Anyways ... a new hard drive and monitor is where it is at.  If all goes according to plan ... it will all be set up tomorrow night with WINDOWS VISTA.  I know I should be happy but ... I HATE change.

I was just looking over the 400+ pages of discovery and would not be surprised if there was another party involved (perhaps another boyfriend). In Tony's testimony, he states that Casey would not use the phone in front of him when speaking with her "mom." I have a feeling that she was never on the phone with her mom, but instead with another boyfriend, drug dealer or perhaps setting up a rendezvous Ricardo.

What was said by the forensic specialist on NG was that there are several ways to tell from hair sample if the person is deceased at the time the hair comes out. 1) In a dead person a dark band forms around the hair shaft near the follicle. 2) You can tell if hair has fallen from the head of a person who is dead because in addition to the "band" the root follicle will remain round as opposed to someone from whom hair has been pulled in any way. In that case the hair root will appear elongated.

It appears that she knew a Jeff Hopkins - just not one that worked at Universal or lived in Jacksonville.

#1 IMO yes. So far the felony is child neglect. How does this relate to the stain? Not too much in my opinion. Holding back results? My real time PCR DNA analyses are over in less than a day. I would assume OC LE has grid marked the entire Pontiac and have identified every single positive sample. There is a very good possibility they are building a "clock" based on the degradation of common DNA samples one would expect to be present.

#2 I have no idea. That's one of the primary reasons I have registered again. There is so much to Caylee's case that is psychological rather than forensic. The family holds so much. But they don't give much at all.

The scared monkeys site over the years has given me valuable insight into how it might be possible to probe even reluctant folks.

They ask for donations for a "trust fund" to be sent to their house. They ask for people to send them grocery cards/Target Gift Cards/gas cards etc...again to their house.

Between the way the family is acting towards the media and the public and their lack of involvement in the search, it makes it easier to understand the low turn out for searches. It makes it easier to understand why the companies we have contacted are unwilling to donate food and supplies.

They don't want their grandaughter found, am I wrong in my thoughts?

Garrison has really dropped the ball with the Anthonys.  He's in charge of PR and he's doing nothing as they continue to humiliate themselves.  I really believe that they don't want TES in Florida and they don't want Caylee found.  Cindy called Tim Miller because we launched into Garrison over that stupid letter that he sent to us.  We put pressure on Cindy to call TES.  At least we know that Caylee will be found with Tim's efforts.  The Anthonys are accomplices and they are ignorant.

It was also interesting to learn on NG tonight that when Tim was in the Anthony home prior to starting the search, I believe it was said he was there for several hours......that Casey did not speak to him. She stayed in her room on her computer. That action alone IMO tells us she doesn't want to find Caylee. Someone concerned would be there and anxious to get the search started. The truth is she knows Caylee is dead and doesn't want her found.

It was difficult to imagine and physically reenact her going through the motions of discarding her child.

We lasted for about a 9 hour day and then went back to the command center. Subway sent sandwiches which were extra yummy (THANK YOU PREGODEGO!!!!)

It was good to meet Tim of TES. He was very insightful and such a hero. Oh! and we did swing by Anthony Central on the way back to CC - We told Fox news to put more announcements out that TES NEEDS HELP!!!! Unfortunately they dont report half as much about the searching as the drama

I don't know if Mr. Baez can do that. I watched some of his court appearances. He seems to be a bright guy but maybe less experienced than others.

What I have heard of the FBI results is that they have identified their test subject DNA to be Caylee's. Subject identification at this date is so well regarded it would be difficult to challenge. They have the comparables from the Anthony closets.

I am sure they have thought of this but how tight is the association. Certainly Caylee had been in that Pontiac before June. Someone could testify that they saw Caylee in the Pontiac. Second, there must be "Caylee DNA" all over that car. If I were going to present a defense to a jury I would stress that it would be impossible for Caylee's DNA, live or dead, not to be in the trunk. Therefore, I do not think Mr Baez will refute the accuracy of the tests.

You know I agree with you here about Garrison.  Whether the Anthony's are serious about it or not, it would have been good PR to add TES to their Help Find Caylee website.  They are stupid and by all accounts turning most the public in Orlando and the rest of the nation against them.

I dedicate my Glow Worm avatar to Caylee!  A small light to help her find her way home.  I used to buy these for my children to sleep with.  "Press their tummy if you get scared".  I had forgotten about them until the two of you posted the avatar here.   Imagine my 11 PM call to my adult children asking if they remembered them and "what were they called?"  At first it was, "has Mom lost it"" and ended up with updates on Caylee.

Carpe - ok, let's' think about this.  What reasons could there be for wanting people to think Caylee was missing a week longer than she was? 

Thank you so much Daryl for your expertise & willingness to share as well as explain to us laypersons.  That's how I was taking the information in that was released regarding the FBI.

It is rumored that there may be evidence that an actual clean-up was attempted of the trunk by what appeared to be a knowledgeable person, so that will be interesting if that ever comes out as well.  I hope they have reams & reams of evidence that makes it clear what went on with this poor little girl.  Obviously GA didn't stay current on the forensics or CA wouldn't have discounted the ability to ascertain if hair could be analyzed as to from a live or deceased person.  It actually sounds like there were more than one hair & that it was attached to tissue, which I took to be the scalp.

If they had disposed of Caylee on their property, dug deep down, put lots of gasoline & lime into the hole, deposited the body & then again put loads of lime & then placed all that dirt on top, jumped around on the dirt as they were filling in the hole, adding more lime each layer, placed pavers on top.  Wouldn't that be a way of fooling even well trained cadaver dogs?  Hoping you may know by some of the people you peer with.

Most people/possible witnesses would remember seeing someone or something unusual if asked about a day they could associate with an event as opposed to just a Sunday in June. (June 9th)

The only reason I can think of for someone doing this is if her body was discovered and time of death was found to be say around the 16th. CA saw the cover up as the perfect opportunity of capitalizing on the loss of her grandchild.  Sensationalizing the circumstances, drawing out the timeline, bringing in the vultures who create books, movies, entertainment shows but under no circumstances was she going to be framed.  That's how I'm looking at this, that's why the lack of emotion & the anger, her plan isn't going well.  She had come to terms with the loss of her grandchild & is trying to make the best of a bad thing.  Her thinking & value system is WARPED, plain & simple to me.

We are in temporary housing. One of our neighbors, who seem nice and quiet on the outside, well let me tell you, they have times when they do not get along. To actually hear a neighbor having a dispute, they really have to be yelling loudly.

They knew there was a sighting that week, and hoped people would believe it was the babysitter and Caylee together, alive after she claims Caylee was kidnapped.  You know?  Like people would remember her at the mall and misidentify who she was with, or see her on the walk with Amy and think it was the babysitter.

And, I think George making a big deal over the gas cans was not for insurance purposes (there is a deductable) but was for building a case against his daughter to get custody of Caylee.

That's why Carpe the only way that explains GA's wwwwhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatt during the 3rd 911 call.  He couldn't believe that CA was saying it to the 911 operator, it's on tape, there is no taking it back, there is no misunderstanding, but CA I really believe that she knew what she was doing to protect herself & him in the end from being accused, from having CA frame them, they had in deed tampered with evidence.  For all we know the pants that were washed weren't even in the car to begin with, she could have taken them from the closet washed them & handed them over to LE knowing nothing of forensic value would be found.  These people were tampering, of course the KC skank liar told them it was an accident, but deep down they KNOW what she is, you don't become that overnight, she is what she is & as Judge Judy says "that doesn't make sense & if something doesn't make sense, IT IS A LIE.  If there was an accident 911 would have been called the evidence would have been there to substantiate that it was an accident.

A bit O/T but all the parents I know worry when they don't hear from their kids (young adults), which they never do when they are out partying or just out & the parents don't know where, they ignore the cell calls from the parents, they are of the entitled type, but believe me when something is going wrong, to they have a splinter, to a flat tire, the car has been stolen or towed or have had an accident the phone call comes in no matter what time of day or night.  No matter how sick their parents may be or if they know their parents have been working a lot or the stresses are high, they CALL IMMEDIATELY.

Anyway, aside from God, I don't think Casey will talk.  I say this because Cindy was basically calling Casey's bluff when she confronted her on the car/the smell(I'm sure)/missing Caylee and Casey said "Go ahead and call them.", as unemotional and cool as can be.  IMO Casey has always been strong-willed and the parents never knew how to handle or control her-Casey called the shots and ran the show.  Casey's always been able to lie her way out of everything and no one (until Amy) has ever held her accountable for anything.  Sounds like Cindy maybe has had a bad case of "They're picking on my poor baby." for about 22 years too.

As for the TODAY Show and Nancy Grace (no offense, Nancy-I think you're awesome and respect you a lot) and all the other media outlets-time to pull the plug on the Cindy show.  The public is fed up with the lies, what looks like a cover-up and evidence tampering, the lack of any real searching (which would definitely be verifiable with tons media coverage), and all of the ever changing stories and denial of factual evidence.  We don't want to hear another word from Cindy or George, unless it's to tell LE where Caylee actually can be found.  Cindy hasn't been frantically (or politely) asking people to look for Caylee at all.  She's been crusading for Casey ("I'm not going to lose another one.").  If it was my network, I wouldn't give the Anthony family the time of day-all my news airtime would be focused on TES and the search for Caylee-where it belongs.  Just my 2 cents.

Also, if Casey really had known Zanny the Nanny for as long as she claims, she'd know faar more personal defining details about her, her home, Zanny's family & friends, etc.  Women talk... alot-it's physiologically hardwired into their brains and it's a scientific fact.  I could describe in infinite detail my "friends'" hairstyles, eye colors, homes, children, spouses, vehicles, eating habits, personal hobbies, etc.  Why can't Casey?  Because Zanny doesn't exist.  I think when Casey left every day, she took Caylee to the Mall, the Park, different friends' houses, and snuck back home after everyone went to work.  JMO

There are 2 main reasons Casey is not talking. Casey LOVES Casey. And her "Mouth Piece" aka lawyer, told her to shut up. If Casey says nothing and Caylee is not found, better for Casey. Still a reasonable doubt. Baez is not stupid. I don't think the immunity offer was all they had hoped. Casey would roll anyone under the bus and not regret it, she had no problem dumping Caylee and then sleeping with the Tonys. She is heartless. The judge will have more leeway in passing sentance on Casey as well, first time offender, and I bet a drug problem will arise as well. That would explain erratic behaviour and her poor memory. This is my theory of her defense, NOT how I feel towards her or her family. Nothing normal can explain this entire mess.

Today may be a very busy day. Let's hope that Casey takes the immunity and tells where Caylee is. It's a longshot and I don't think it will happen but, I can hope.

I went back again to Craigslist in the hope of finding some volunteers for today and the coming days.  The majority of the section is about the Anthony family. Here's an example from this morning:

Of course, the information is incorrect but it just shows the animosity in that town toward the family. People are angry that the family won't help in the search, that they're covering up for Casey and they feel the money donated isn't being used to look for Caylee. One young woman who works for a Dentist gave $600 and the Dentist gave $1000. She's hurt, feels like a fool and this may truly impact on any future donations for anyone else who may truly need it. These are only 2 people here. There were tons of donations and no accounting for the funds. Most of the supplies, tee shirts, gas cards etc. were all donated. Where is the money? How is that being used? Another thing is, people don't want Caylee brought back to the family, even just for burial. They don't feel they deserve her. One poster questioned what happens to the trust funds if Caylee is found or declared dead. He/she indicated that depending on how the trust fund was written, the monies in the accounts could go directly to the next of kin/heirs of the baby. That would mean Casey and the Anthony's would have this money to do with as they want. The speculation was that there had to be close to, if not more than, $100,000 collected. I firmly believe, after 2 days of reading, this is why Equusearch is having such difficulty getting help or donations.

Somebody with a head on their shoulders, who truly wants Caylee found, needs to talk to this family. Their actions and behaviors are hampering this recovery. Does anyone close to this really care about the baby? I seriously have to wonder.

See Carpe,that is exactly why I think whatever happened to Caylee,happened directly after July 15th(fathers day).
When this case was first reported,Cindy,George and Casey stuck like glue to that June 9th date.....like it was a well rehearsed story.....implying that at least those 3(I'm not sure about Lee yet)went over and over this story BEFORE 911 was ever called.

With that amount of money, I hope the IRS is watching this.  They asked for donations for Caylee's trust fund, and if they did indeed get money sent to them, they have to account for donations.  If it is used for anything other than that, such as living expenses, it would have to be declared as income and they would have to pay taxes on it.  I would love to see the IRS in on this one!

I saw the garage door open and a black sedan in the driveway. Could not tell if it was an unmarked LE car or not. Someone came out of the garage and got into the driver's seat.

A few minutes before, I saw a news crew, I believe, testing lighting, etc.

And so does Cindy.Wasn't she with George when he picked up the car at 1:55 that day?Also found out(400 page documents)that Cindy claims she recieved the registered letter about the car,on June 15th...same day car was picked up.

Jaggard, Lee had posted on his myspace to send donations to the house or to contact him. Donation jars are set up at every benefit and fundraiser. There is no way they are reporting all the cash they get. I just don't believe it. Not with this family. And with cash, there's no paper trail or record to worry about.

Cindy and Garrison were just on with Matt Lauer.  They both came across as pretty hostile.  Cindy claims that Caylee is still alive and that Casey has been betrayed.  She says that people are still calling to report sightings of Caylee.  She says the people in Orlando aren't volunteering to help TES because they know that Caylee is still alive.  Garrison says that he's concerned about the crowds outside the Anthony home and he stated that the Orlando police will not help the Anthonys.
